WARNINGS:
1. Assembly Instructions must be followed.
2. Carefully consider the possibility of falling rocks or tree limbs, lightning strikes, flash floods, avalanches,
strong winds, and other objective hazards to reduce the risk of injury to the occupants, or damage to the
canopy.
3. Anchor your canopy properly at all times to reduce the risk of injury to the occupants, or damage to the tent.
This includes staking out all guy lines, and securing the canopy top to the center pole by staking down and
adjusting the center peak rope.
WARNING: KEEP ALL FLAME AND HEAT SOURCES AWAY FROM THIS TENT FABRIC.
This tent meets the flammability requirements of CPAI-84. The fabric may burn if left in continuous contact with
any flame source. The application of any foreign substance to the tent fabric may render the flame-resistant
properties ineffective.

Assembly Instructions:
Remove canopy from the bag, unroll it and lay it out flat on level ground.
Step 1: Assemble the ten two-piece corner and side poles, connect the two four-piece center poles and base
plates as Fig.1.

Step 2: Starting at one of the canopy corners, measure out approximately 4 ft. at a right angle and drive a 15”
stake into the ground at a 45-degrees (as Fig.2) with the hook portion of the stake facing away from the canopy
(as Fig.5). Pull the loop of the stake-out webbing and loosely wrap the webbing around the stake. This should
be done on each of the two straps of the canopy corner. Go to the remaining corners and repeat the process.
Locate the webbing straps between two corners on the sides and ends of the canopy. Drive a stake at a right
angle to the canopy in the same manner as above, and loosely wrap the loop of the stake out webbing around
the stake. Repeat the process on every side.
Step 3: Slide a two-piece corner pole underneath the canopy and mesh walls with the top of the pole angled
toward you. Place the tip through the grommet located on the eave corner, being sure that the tip of the pole
goes through the grommet and the metal ring where the webbing attaches (as Fig.3). Lift the pole to a
45-degree angle or until the stake-out points at the opposite corner won’t allow you to raise it any further (as
Fig.4).

Step 4: Go to the bottom of the stake-out webbing, which should be looped over the hook part of the stake,
and adjust the tension of the stake by pulling the free end of the stake-out webbing (as Fig.5). (Below the
ladder lock buckle, towards the ground. Do not over tighten. You want to have the canopy tension just enough
to support the poles.) Go to the remaining corners and repeat steps 3 and 4. It is important to make sure all of
the door zips are fully closed at this point.
Step 5: Go to each corner pole and raise the pole into an upright position, erecting all side walls (as Fig.6).
Once each corner pole is upright, enter the canopy through one of the zippered doors and place the tip of one
of the assembled side poles through the grommet on the eave of canopy top between each corner pole, being
sure that the tip goes through grommet and the metal ring where the stake-out webbings attaches (as fig.3).
Stand the sidewall upright, and adjust the tension of the stake-out webbing as described in step 4. Repeat the
process for all pole positions along the remaining sidewalls and ends.

Step 6: Re-enter the canopy through one of the zippered doors. Place the tip of the four-piece center poles
through the grommet in the top of the canopy and push the pole upward to an erect position (as Fig.7). If the
center pole will not stand at an erect position, loosen all of the corner staked-out webbings slightly and retry.
Tighten all corner stake-out webbings after the center poles have been erected. Drive two 15” stakes into the
center pole base plates and attach the center peak ropes to one of the stakes using the loop (as Fig.8). Use
the guy-line tensioner to tighten the top of the canopy to the center poles (as Fig.9). This is very important to
keep the canopy top in contact with the center poles during high winds. The 9” stakes can secure the screened
walls using the dual loops at the base of the zipper on each screen. You can also roll up the screens and attach
them securely inside the canopy eaves with the attached toggles.
Once canopy is fully erect, retighten all staked out web straps at every corner, and side pole and
tighten the center peak ropes with the guy-line tensioner.
Taking Down Your Canopy:
1. Roll up and secure all the screened walls with the toggles on the inside of canopy eaves. This will make it
easier to raise the canopy next time.
2. Remove the stake holding the center peak ropes and center pole base plates.
3. Remove the center poles, then each side and corner pole.
4. Remove the stakes.
5. Place all poles and stakes into their individual bags.
6. Fold the canopy so the width is equal to the length of the carry bag.
7. Place the pole bag at one end of the folded canopy and using the poles as a core, roll the canopy and
place it inside the bag. Also place the stake bag inside the carry bag.
