This product is a bluetooth barcode
scanner, support Windows, Android
and IOS systems. With barcode
scanning, data storage, query,
transmission and display functions.

2. Power On and Power Off

Press the Power button to power on the
terminal.
Long press the Power button to power
off the terminal.

3. Windows XP Connection
Plug the Bluetooth adapter into the PC
USB interfaces, the Bluetooth icon will
appear in the lower right corner of the
taskbar.
Right - click the Bluetooth icon (as
shown in FIG. 3-1), select “Add the
Bluetooth Device”.
Pop up FIG. 3-2 check “my device is
set up and ready to be found”click
“Next” .
Select the Bluetooth device has been
found as FIG. 3-3 shown click “Next”.

Select “Let me choose my own
password”, and enter “0000”, click
“next” as FIG. 3-4 and will pop up the
dialog box as shown FIG. 3-5.
Click on “Finish” and complete settings

shown “found new hardware icon” at
lower right corner in the taskbar.
Otherwise it’s not successful, need to
reset again.

Turn on XL-9038,
T u r n o n X L - 9 0 3 8 , t h e n I O S
(as FIG.4-1-1)will search “XL-9038”
automatically.Choose”XL-9038” to
pair successfully.

Create a text in the IOS can enter the
text name. (as FIG.4-2-1 shown)

Then press scanner “S CAN”button
scanning barcode, data will be
displayed in the mobile phone text
box, (as shown in FIG. 4-2-2) .
Click to save the text,the saved
document will list in the memo.

Note: Andriod connection method is
same as IOS.

1. Scan Mode V
Press “Select” button the screen will
display as FIG. 5-1, Press “Up/Down
and Righe/Left Control ” buttons to
choose“scan mode” and press “Select”
button to enter the scan mode, setting
as shown in FIG. 5-2.

Select “Data Query” shown as FIG. 7-
1. If have date records, the first record
will be displayed. Press the
“Up/Down ” Control buttons on
query other records. If no scan data
will shown “No query record”.
7. Date and Time Settings
Switch to “System settings” by press
the “Up/Dowm” control buttons. Then
press “Select” button into FIG.7-1. And
press “Select” again into FIG.7-2.
Press the “Select” button to set the
selection, through “Up/down” key to set
the value.
