IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
WARNING: To reduce risk of injury:
• Before any use, be sure everyone using this unit reads and understands all
safety instructions and other information contained in this manual.
Save these instructions and review frequently.
•
1 . Avoid Dangerous Environment - Don't use canopy aroundelectrical sources,
damp or wet locations, or on loose soil.
2. Don’t Use In Rain Or When Thunder Or Lightning Are Present
3. Keep Children Away – Keep children a safe distance from assembly area.
4 . Must Be Staked – The frame must be staked or properly weighted down at all times.
5 . Use Caution – Use extreme caution, even in light wind conditions!
6 . Never Leave Unattended – Never leave your shelter unattended! Wind and rain can
cause damage to frame and or possibly result in serious injury to you or others.
7 . Do Not Leave Open – Your SunVilla Beach Canopy is a temporary pop-up shelter, we
do not recommend leaving the canopy open for an extended period of time.
8 . Store Indoors - When not in use, canopies should be stored indoors in a dry
location and out of the reach of children.
9 . Keep Away From Fire – Keep all flame and heat sources well away from the
fabric top. DO NOT build fires within the shelter.

WARNING:
KEEP ALL FLAME AND HEAT SOURCES AWAY FROM THIS TENT FABRIC. This tent
meets the flammability requirements of CPAI-84. The fabric may burn if left in
continuous contact with any flame source. The application of any foreign
substance to the tent fabric may render the flame-resistant properties
ineffective.

STEP 1 - Opening the Canopy Frame (Fig. A)
With a person on each end, lift and partially pull the
canopy apart.

STEP 3 - Locking the Frame (Fig. C, D)
From under the canopy, push straight up on
the central hub until it clicks onto the central
pole. Keep fingers clear of the connection
area.
STEP 5 - Adjusting the Canopy
Height (Fig. F)
Height adjustments to the legs are made by
pressing and holding the red button while
sliding the lower leg upward or downward.
The leg is locked into position when the
button secures into the holes on the lower leg.
STEP 2 - Attaching the Canopy (Fig. B)
SETTING UP THE CANOPY
CAUTION: Take care not to pinch
your fingers in the frame during set up
and take down.
CAUTION: Avoid setting up the tent
on steep inclines.
CAUTION: Do not use this tent for
permanent shelter. It is designed for
temporary use only.
CAUTION: Never leave the canopy
unattended.
WARNING: Never set up or continue
to use in any rain, wind, or storm
conditions, especially lightning storms.
Damage can occur to the tent and put
you and others in potential danger.
Drape the canopy over the top of the
frame and center it, then secure the hook
and loop fasteners at all four corners.
STEP 4 - Attaching the Hook and
Loop Fasteners (Fig. E)
Finish attaching the canopy inside the
canopy frame using the hook and loops.

STEP 7 - Remove the Stakes,
Disconnect Guy Lines, and Shorten
the Legs (Fig. H)
Reverse Set Up Steps 5 & 6. Do not
disconnect the hook and loop fasteners.
STEP 8 - Collapsing the Canopy (Fig. I, J)
From under the canopy, push the release
button on the central hub so that it
disconnects from the central pole. Do not
stand directly under the hub during this step
as it is under tension. Once disconnected,
pull down slightly on the central hub to sure it
is disengaged.
STEP 6 - Attaching the Guy Lines
and Securing the Canopy (Fig. G)
Measure out from the each leg to a proper
distance (Minimum of 3 ft / 0.9 m) and
secure four stakes to the ground. Tie the
pre-attached ropes to the stakes in the
ground. Ensure the rope has the proper
tension by adjusting the plastic adjusters on
the ropes. Do not attach the ropes to the
drain holes.

environments are no place for a
pop-up canopy. Reduce the risk of
injury and damage by taking down
the canopy in windy conditions.

STEP 9 - Folding the Frame (Fig. K, L)
One person folding: Lift one corner of the
frame until all legs are raised off the ground
except for the 1 leg on the opposite corner.
Push inward until the frame is fully closed.

Two person folding: People should stand at
opposite corners, then both people lift up on
the corner and walk towards each other.

STEP 10 - Packing the Canopy in the
Storage Bag (Fig. M)
With the canopy standing upright on its feet,
slide the storage bag over the canopy. Next
rotate the storage bag so that the wheels are
upright and zip the bag closed. Then rotate
the bag again so that it can be wheeled away.
TAKING DOWN THE CANOPY (CONT.) CARE AND MAINTENANCE
•Hand wash the canopy using only mild
soap and water. Never use harsh deter-
gents, abrasives, or bleach.
•Never fold or store the canopy when it is
wet or damp. Allow it to dry completely
to avoid mildew.
•Do not machine wash.
