remove Upper Radiator Brackets
disconnect Overow Tube
(driver)
unplug Fan wiring
(passenger)
remove Front Shocks for easiest access

disconnect stock Hoses from Tubes

disconnect Hoses
from Radiator
disconnect Hoses
drain coolant from Radiator

disconnect stock Hoses from Tubes
(passenger)
remove Surge Tank

- Remove Radiator from machine.
- Remove Fan from Radiator.

- Use a hole saw and create a Ø2” hole in Cargo Box.
- Insert Hose and route to Water Pump.

leave approximately 13” of Hose
- CutHosetotandsecuretoWaterPumpwithClamp.

stock
- Use a hole saw and create a Ø2” hole in Cargo Box.
- Insert Hose and route to passenger side of Motor.
Ø2” hole
leave approximately 13” of Hose

Cut stock Inlet Hose to approximately 12”
- Install Elbow to stock Inlet Hose; secure with Clamp.
- Secure stock Inlet Hose with stock Clamp.
- CutpreviouslyinstalledHosetotandsecuretoElbowwithClamp.

- Remove stock Cage hardware shown; repeat for passenger side.
- Install Mounts with hardware shown.

Washers between Mount and Cage
DO NOT TIGHTEN ANY HARDWARE COMPLETELY WHEN INSTALLING COMPONENTS

- Install Fan Bracket to Mount - R with hardware shown.
- Secure Radiator to Mounts with hardware shown.
Fan Bracket
if SuperATV Radiator is being installed, place provided
Spacers between Mount - R and Fan Bracket

Fan Bracket
- Install Fan Bracket to Mount - L with hardware shown.
- Install Fan to Fan Brackets with hardware shown.
if SuperATV Radiator is being installed, place provided
Spacers between Mount - L and Fan Bracket
Center assembly between Cage and tighten all hardware completely.
