IMPORTANT! SAFETY -/ ACCIDENT PREVENTION -/ WARRANTY CONDITION!!!
In all cases, please provide the proof of installation made by a professional PWC mechanic before you start using
the kit at: [e-mail]
Failure to do so may void the warranty!
• Follow the PWC owner’s manual.
• Follow the connected HYDROFLY device’s manual.
• Using HYDROFLY mode some of the functions can NOT be used, for example:
no ladder, no longer PWC ability (brake, reverse, etc.).
• Follow navigation rules, state -, and local laws that apply to HYDROFLY.
• ONLY for racing purpose!
• In HYDROFLY mode with connected U-pipe avoid steering, because it can
damage the U-pipe, and the steering system and the nozzle-pump.
• Remove the U-pipe when transporting or removing the PWC out of water.
• Make the mode changing only with stopped engine! (remove and insert U-
pipe or inserts, etc.) Avoid unauthorised starting!
• Change to PWC mode with connected U-pipe can damage the U-pipe and
PWC parts! (eg: trimming ring, iBR system)

STEP 1- GETTING INSIDE OF THE HULL
1. Push the opening buttons on both side at same time of
the seat and by pulling the seat upward remove the rear
seat.

2. Pull the opener up and remove
the front seat.

STEP 1A- GETTING INSIDE OF THE HULL
3. Remove the screws from the cover.

4. Open and remove the cup.
5. Remove the screws.
6. Remove the cover.

STEP 2- DISCONNECT THE BATTERY
1. Disconnect the negative battery terminal.

STEP 3- INSERTING ECU
1. Remove the clamp.
2. Remove the pipe.

3. Disconnect the cable from iBR unit
(push the button and use screwdriver to push the connector down).
(The unit shown is taken out from outside of the hull)

STEP 3A- INSERTING ECU

4. Connect the ECU to the iBR unit. With
pulling try that the connection is OK!
5. Connect ECU’s cable to the original cable.
7. Connect the pipe back.
8. Fix the clamp.
6. Ensure the connection with
plastic clamp. Avoid cable
damage!
WARNING Avoid to contact the ECU and the cable with the exhaust system!
Fix the ECU to the PWC part with plastic clamp to avoid the ECU crash! Avoid cable
damage! Fix the ECU on the highest level to avoid contact with water!

STEP 4- RECONNECT THE BATTERY
1. Connect the negative battery terminal back.

STEP 5- LOWERING THE B/R BUCKET
1. Insert the key.
3. Pull the brake lever continuously and push „VTS”
down button until the trim reaches it’s lowest position.
*avoid the unauthorized starting while
setting up the system
4. Remove the key.*
Insturmetal dash shows you the trim’s position
2. Push the „START/STOP” button once.
Don’t start the engine!

STEP 6- REMOVING LINKAGE ARM SCREW
1. Remove 1 screw from the linkage arm.

STEP 7- PULLING UP THE LINKAGE ARM
1. Insert the key.
*avoid the unauthorized starting while
setting up the system

2. Push the „START/STOP” button once.
Don’t start the engine!
3. Pull the brake lever continuously and push „VTS” up
button until the trim reaches it’s highest position.

STEP 8- REMOVING THE STEERING SCREW
1. Remove the nut and screw from steering.

STEP 9- REMOVING THE TRIMMING RING ASSEMBLY

2. Pull the trim assembly out (trimming ring+nozzle
pump+brake/reverse bucket).
1. Remove the screws on both sides from the trimming ring.

STEP 10- REMOVING THE VENTURI

1. Remove the screws from the venturi.
2. Remove the venturi.
3. Remove the water outlet pipe and
insert our water outlet unit from the
set.

STEP 11- DISASSEMBLING THE TRIM UNIT
3. Remove the bushing from the
trimming ring.
1. Remove 1-1 screw.
2. Remove the nozzle pump.
