Charging
1.Whenthe StatusIndicator(2) turnsblinking red,thebatteryislow.Charge
the unit using the provided charger.
2.Connect the charger’splugtothe ChargerSocket
(5) intheSUPERTOOTHMOTO.Plugthecharger
tothe mains.(Note: StatusIndicator(2): Blinking
Red/Green whencharging).
3.Whenthe StatusIndicator(2) turns SteadyGreen, chargingiscomplete.
4.Disconnect thecharger.
PowerOnorOff
PowerOn: Press MFB(1) until StatusIndicator(2) turnsblue
or pressfor approximately1second(1st beep).
PowerOff: Press MFB(1), until StatusIndicator(2) turnsred
orpressfor approximately5seconds(3rd beep).
PairingtoyourBluetoothMobilePhone
Pairingwillcreatethe linkorconnection betweenthe SUPERTOOTHMOTOand
yourBluetoothmobilephone.Pairinghastobedone onlyatthe firstconnection to
aphone.
1.FromOFF,pressand holdthe MFB(1) ofthe SUPERTOOTHMOTOfor
about5seconds(or untilyouhear the 2
nd beep).Whenthe LEDturns
blinking red/blue, the SUPERTOOTHMOTOisinpairing mode.
2.Whilethe headsetisinpairingmode,accessthe Bluetoothmenu ofyour
phone.Turn onthe Bluetoothfunctionthen executeaBluetoothsearch,or
discover (Seeyour phone’smanual).
3.When thephonedisplaysthelist of Bluetoothdevices, select STMOTO.
4.When thephoneasksfor the passcode, enter 0000andpressok.
5.Pairingissuccessfulifthealternating red/bluelightsofBluetoothIndicator
changestoblinkingblue.
ImportantNote: Somephonesdonotconnectdirectlyafter entering0000.
You need toconnect manuallyafterpairingby:
Pressing MFB (1st beep) toconnect.
Orusing the menuof yourphone:
Gobackto Bluetooth>Paireddevices> highlightthenameofthisheadset
(STMOTO)> press Options> thenpress Connect).
The SUPERTOOTHMOTOisnowreadytouse.

Installation
Important: There are2typesofHeadsetClipsincludedin
thispackage. HeadsetClipwithfastening screws and
Headset Clipwithbi-Adhesive Sticker.Usewhatsuits
best for your helmet.
1.UsingHeadsetClipw/Fastening Screws
Takethe HeadsetClip
w/ fasteningscrews
and find the best
locationtofixit tothe
shellof the helmet.
Tighten the screws
usingthe provided
ScrewDriver.
Note: A Spacer maybe
needed toput inbetween
the2partsof the Headset
Clip(if the helmet’sshellis
thick).
UsingHeadset Clipw/ bi-AdhesiveSticker
Takethe Headset Clipw/ bi-Adhesive
Sticker andremovethe filmcovering
theother side. Find the best location and
stickit tothe outer shell of thehelmet.

2.Takeyour SUPERTOOTH
MOTOand slideitdown
intothe slotsinthe
HeadsetClip.Makesure
thatit’sperfectlyfitted and
locked intoplace.
3.Stickthe Velcro pad tothe
helmet’searpocket. Attach
the EarSpeaker(7) toit.
4.Connectthe Headset
Plug(9) tothe Headset
Socket(5).
5.Secure thecordofthe Headset
Plug(9) insidethehelmet.
Ensurethatonlyfew
centimetersofthe cordcomes
out.
You havesuccessfullymounted theSUPERTOOTHMOTO.

Removingthe SUPERTOOTHMOTOfromyourhelmet
Removethe SUPERTOOTHMOTObypushing downthe
lockasshownandthentakeouttheSUPERTOOTHMOTO
inanupwardmotion.
BasicOperations
IMPORTANT:
The SUPERTOOTHMOTOneedstobe ‘paired’ withyour Bluetoothmobilephone
before youcan usethe followingfunctions. (See PairingtoyourBluetooth
MobilePhone onpage3.)
Make aCall: Dialthenumber usingyourphone. Audiowill automaticallybeon the
headset.
Note: WithsomephoneslikeSiemensS55 andPanasonicX70, audioisalways
on the phone during an outgoing call. You willneed topress MFB(1) totransfer
the audiotoyour headset.
AnsweraCall:
Assuming the Vox isactivated:Acceptacallbyloudlysayingawordwithin
10 seconds. (Example:Whenyoureceivethering tone,Sayloudly ”Hello!”)
The callwillbe answered.Audiowillbe on the headset. Note:See Vox
Activation/ Deactivation on page8.
Youalsohavetheoption toanswerthecallnormallybyjustpressing
MFB(1) for 1second (1st beep).
End aCall:
Pressthe MFB(1) for 1second toendthe call(1st beep).
Voice Dial:
Important: First, makesuretoactivatethevoicedialfunctionofyour phone.
Record atleastone voicetag.(Kindlyrefertotheprocedure inyour phone’s
manual.) Note: Voicedialingentriesmust be storedinthephone’smemory,not on
the SIMcard!
1.Press MFB(1) for1second (1st beep)tomakeavoicedial.Voicedialtone/
beepwillbe heardonthe headset prompting the user tosaythe voicetagof
the contact tocall.
2.Saythevoicetag.Thevoicewillbeplayedbacktoyouthen the phonewill
dialthenumber automatically.

Reject aCall (ForHandsfreeProfilePhonesonly):
Assuming Vox isactivated:Besilentfor10seconds.Thecallwill
automaticallyberejected.
Youalsohavetheoptiontorejectacallbyjustpressing MFB(1) for 2
seconds(2nd beep).
Set thevolume:
Whenatstandby,(motorcyclenotrunning,and no backgroundnoise):Press
VolumeUp(3) or down(4) buttonuntil desired levelisreached.
SUPERTOOTHMOTOSpecialFeature:AutomaticVolumeAdjust.When
motor isinmotion(motorcyclerunning,and there isdrivingandbackground
noise):TheSUPERTOOTHMOTOwillautomaticallyadjustthe volumeas
responsetothe backgroundnoise.Thisway,the user cancontinuouslyhear
the audioclearlyevenwhenthereisloud backgroundnoise.
AudioTransfer (For HandsfreeProfilePhones only): During an ongoingcall,
audiotransfer can bemade.
FromSUPERTOOTHMOTOtoPhone:
Pressthe MFB(1) for 2seconds(2nd beep). The audiowillbetransferredto
thephone.
FromPhonetoSUPERTOOTHMOTO: Pressthe MFB(1) for 1second (1st
beep). Theaudiowillbe transferredbacktothe headset.
SUPERTOOTHMOTOSpecialFeature:
HighAudioPower/LowAudioPowerActivation:
Settingtohigh or lowaudiopowerdependsonuser’shelmetdesign or
structure.Somehelmettype mayrequirenear or farpositioning oftheST
MOTO’s EarSpeaker(7) fromtheuser’sear.
High AudioPowerActivation isadvisedifyoupositionthe EarSpeaker(7)
farfromyour ear. Thiswillenableyou tostillhaveaclear andaudibleaudio.
Procedure:
1.FromOff, pressand holdthe VolumeUp(3).
2.Keep the VolumeUp(3) pressedand then pressthe MFB(1) for 5
seconds.
3.Power Onbeep followedbyaHIGHTONEcan beheard.The Status
Indicator(2) willflashred-blue.
4.Releasebothbuttons.
Note:Becareful.At full volume,the EarSpeaker(7) canbeveryloud.Do
not position your Ear Speaker closetoyour ear.
LowAudioPower Activation isadvisedifthepositioningofyour Ear
Speaker(7) isverynear toyourear.

2.Keep the VolumeDown(4) pressedand thenpressthe MFB(1) for 5
seconds.
3.Power Onbeep followed byaLOWTONEcanbe heard.The Status
Indicator(2) willflashred-blue.
4.Releasebothbuttons.
SUPERTOOTHMOTOSpecialFeature:VoxActivation / Deactivation
Whenactivated,the user canacceptacallbysayinganyword within10seconds.
The usercan alsoreject acallbybeingsilent for 10seconds.
Whendeactivated, applynormalanswerand normalrejectionof call.
Activation:
1.FromOff,pressand holdsimultaneouslythe VolumeUp(3) & Volume
down(4) buttons.
2.Keep bothbuttonspressed and thenpressthe MFB(1) for 5seconds.
3.Power Onbeep followedbyaHIGHTONEcan beheard.The Status
Indicator(2) willflashred-blue.
4.Releaseall3buttons
Deactivation:
1.FromOff,pressand holdsimultaneouslythe VolumeUp(3) & Volume
Down(4) buttons;
2.Keep bothbuttonspressed and thenpressthe MFB(1) for 5seconds.
3.Power Onbeep followed byaLOWTONEcan be heard.The Status
Indicator(2) willflashred-blue.
4.Releaseall3buttons.
AdvancedFunctions
DrivertoPassengerINTERCOM
The SUPERTOOTHMOTOhasmotorcycleintercomsystemthatallowsdriverto
passengerconversations.Thisintercomfeaturesfull-duplexcommunication so
driverandpassenger mayenjoysimultaneousconversationsjustlikeon the
telephones.
INTERCOMPairingProcedure:
1.PreparetwoSUPERTOOTHMOTO. Note:Make suretoswitchoff the
phones pairedtothese twoheadsets.
2.Setthe twounitstopairing mode (fromoff,pressand holdthe MFB(1) ofthe
SUPERTOOTHMOTOforabout 5secondsor untilyou hear the 2nd beep).
3.Whenthe twoare settopairing,press VolumeUp(3) button of
SUPERTOOTHMOTO1forabout5seconds(1st beep followedby5
successivebeepswill beheard and then SUPERTOOTHMOTO1turnsoff).

4.Waitfor 3secondsandthen turn onSUPERTOOTHMOTO1.
5.Press VolumeDown(4) button ofSUPERTOOTHMOTO2for about5
seconds(1st beep followedby5successivebeepswillbeheard).
SUPERTOOTHMOTO2pairingblinkwill changetoblinkingblue while
SUPERTOOTHMOTO1willagainturnoff.
6.Waitfor 3secondsandthen turn onagainSUPERTOOTHMOTO1.
7.Press MFB(1) ofSUPERTOOTHMOTO1forabout3seconds(2nd beep)to
connect toSUPERTOOTHMOTO2.
The set-up hasbeensuccessful. Bothheadsetsare nowconnected. Full-
duplexconversationscanbemade.
Note: Thishastobedone onlyonceeverytimeyouwant touse2different
SUPERTOOTHMOTOtogether.
Using Intercom:
Toswitchfromphone tointercom,press MFB(1) for 3secondsor until
you hearthe2nd beep.
Toswitchfromintercomtophone,press MFB(1) for1secondoruntil
you hearthe1st beep.
ImportantNotes:
1.BothSUPERTOOTHMOTOmust be inintercommode toallowintercom.
2.Duringintercommode,the ringofthephonewillnotbe transferred tothe
SUPERTOOTHMOTOautomatically.(Tip:Switchonyour phone’s
vibrateoptiontonoticeanincomingcall.)
3.Pressthe MFB(1) for 1second totransfer the calltoyour headset. Some
phonesmayrequire2timespresson MFB(1) inorder toansweran
incomingphone call fromintercommode (1st presstotransfer thecallto
the headset, 2nd presstoanswer the call).
Multi-Pairing /SwitchingConnectionsbetweenPhones
TheSUPERTOOTHMOTOcanbe pairedto5Bluetoothphones. Anadditional
pairingwillautomaticallydeletethephone that hasnot been used for the longest
time.Thus,maintaining 5phonesinitsmemory.
You can easilyswitchtoanyof the paired phonesby:
1.Disconnecting the currentlyusedphone using the“Activedevices”inthe
Bluetoothmenu of that phone.
2.Connecttothe wanted phone byusingthe “Paireddevices”inthe Bluetooth
menu of that wantedphone.
Note:Reconnection toapaired phonecanalsobe donebypressing the
MFB(1).Butwhenyoupressthe MFB(1),theSUPERTOOTHMOTOwill
attempt toconnect tothe last used phone only. Soit isrecommended toconnect
toanotherpairedphone usingthe phone’smenu.
