Change the Clock for all phones
From the programming phone, receiver down,
dial #652, enter new time HH:MM:SS press # to
confirm
Change the Date for all phones
From the programming phone, receiver down,
dial #651, enter new date YY:MM:DD press # to
confirm
Day Mode / Day 2 Mode / Night
Mode
Your system has the facility to have up to 3
ringing modes, Day, Day 2 and Night.
To change the mode of your telephone system:-
From the main handset
Receiver down
Day Mode: Press Night key and then 1 [Red LED
off]
Day 2 Mode: Press Night key and then 2 [Not all
sites use day 2 the engineer / trainer will advise]
[Red LED flashing]
Night Mode: Press Night key and then 3 [Red LED
On]
Enter and name system speed dials
From the programming phone, receiver down, dial
#9876, press the key, enter speed dial
location 200 –999, enter 9 + tel number, press
spkr key, enter name of the speed dial using the
numeric keypad e.g. press 4 twice for the H etc, [If
you need 2 letters on the same number use the
scroll key to move the cursor along], press the
key to store, lift and replace receiver to exit
Editing and deleting system speed
dials
From the programming phone, receiver down, dial
#9876, press the key, enter speed dial
location you want to edit/delete, 200 –999. Once
entered the number will be displayed if you want to
edit the number enter 9 + tel number, press spkr
key. If you want to delete the number enter # and
press spkr key. The name of the speed dial will now
be displayed to edit and delete press the down
arrow of the volume key for each character. Once
the name is cleared you can press the key
to store or enter new name of the speed dial using
the numeric keypad e.g. press 4 twice for the H etc,
[If you need 2 letters on the same number use the
scroll key to move the cursor along], press the
key to store. To repeat the procedure press the
key, enter speed dial location you want to
edit/delete, 200 –999 and continue as above or lift
and replace receiver to exit.
Voice mail –Reset user password
Dial voice mail extn number _________
When answered, press *
Enter Admin Mailbox number 900
Enter security code 900
Enter option 4 –reset user password
Enter user id –extn number
Then confirm by pressing #
The system will reset the users code to default code
which is their extn number
Voicemail Change time
Dial the voice mail extn __________
When answered dial press * star twice
Then press 7
It will ask for mailbox number dial 900
Password enter 900
1 to review date and time or 2 to change time
Press 2 and enter in new time
