USER INSTRUCTIONS
Welcome to the family of SWAG Type S owners. In this manual we will guide you through
each function for the right and safe use of SWAG electric motorcycles. To ensure your
safety, please read this manual carefully before riding and make sure to follow the
requirements below:
• Fully understand the information in this manual, including but not limited to the relevant instructions, pre
cautions and warnings.
• Fully understand the operation and contingency measures of SWAG electric motorcycles.
• Be fully aware of the warning labels of SWAG Type S model.
• SWAGdoesnottakeanyresponsibilityresultingfromtheunauthorizedmodication,failuretouseoriginal
spareparts,orinstallationofcomponentsthataecttheperformanceandsafetyoftheelectricmotorcycle.

To ensure the safety of you and others, please make sure to observe the following:
• Donotridewhentakingmedications,drinkingalcoholorwhenyouarefeelingunwell,asitmayaectyour
riding ability.
• Observetracregulationsandtracsigns.Conrmyoursurroundingroadconditionsandbikeconditions
at all times, to actively avoid danger.
• Wear safety equipment, such as a helmet and appropriate protective clothing if necessary.
• Performabasiccheckeachtimebeforeriding,conrmthelight,brake,treadandtirepressureandcheck
other parts for looseness or abnormal noise.
• In order to ensure safety for yourself and others, please DO NOT use high beams in good lighting conditions.
• Please do not use your mobile phone while riding.

1. High/Low beam switch button
Press up to turn on the high beam indicator.
Press down to turn on the low beam
indicator.
2. Winker button
Dial to the left side to turn on the Left winker.
Dial to the right side to turn on the Right winker.
3. Horn button
Press to make a sound and release to stop.
1. Headlamp button
Dial left to turn on the headlamp. Turn downwards
to AUTO to automatically turn on the headlights.
The bright headlights turn on automatically
according to the brightness of the environment.

2. Gear shift button
The bike has three (3) Gearmodes. 1 “Eco”,
2“Cruise”,3“Sport”.Dialrightwardsfor“Eco”,mid-
dlefor“Cruise”andleftfor“Sport
3. Parking button
The parking button has two modes: press to park
thebikeandyouwillseetheparkingindicator“P”
come on, press the parking button again to exit
the parking status.
4. Recover button
When the motorcycle has a failure warning on
theMotor/Controller/Brake/Accelerator,pressthis
button, slow ride to a nearby service center for
repairs.

GUIDE OFIGNITION KEY
1. After the motorcycle stops, turn the handlebar to the far left, insert the key into
the physical handlebar lock, push and rotate it to the left to lock the motorcycle.
Insert the key into the physical handlebar lock and rotate it to the right to unlock
the motorcycle.
2. Insertthekeyandrotateittotheleft,openingtheseatandstoragebox,a[Click]
sound would be heard which indicates that the seat has opened.
3. Insert the key and rotate it to the right to start the motorcycle.
WiththeadvancedSmartRemoteController,youcaneasilylockorunlockyourelectric
motorcycle by simply pressing the button within 50 meters of your motorcycle.
1. Unlock
Press the unlock button and start the button. The motorcycle will enter into the
[UnlockedState].
2. Lock
Whenthemotorcycleisinthe[StaticState],pressthelockbuttonandthestart
buttonwillash.Themotorcyclewillenterthe[LockedState].
3. Search key
Pressthisswitchwithin50meters.A“Beepbeep”soundwillsearchthemotorcycle.
4. Remote keyless entry
Afterunlockingthemotorcycle,pressthisbuttontwicewithintwo(2)seconds,
andthemotorcyclewillbeinthe“Powered”statewithoutakey.

CHECKS BEFORE RIDING
1. Air switch ON/OFF
Before opening the key, please turn ON this air
switch in advance.
NOTES: In order to protect your safety,
pleaseturnotheairswitchwhencleaning,
storing the motorcycle for a long time, or
removing the battery pack.
2. Open the Seat with the key, plug the battery cable
inside the socket, connecting the battery with the
motorcycle.
3. Unlock and remove the battery case step by step.
Open the seat with the key, unplug the power
cable then pull up the battery case with one hand.
As the protection switch is for the main power of electric motorcycles, the air switch can
automatically disconnect to ensure safety when the motorcycle circuit is abnormal or
the current caused by short circuit exceeds the set safe value.
Make sure to check the following items before riding
an electric motorcycle, which will guarantee your
safety on the road.
1. Thehandlebarisstableandexiblewhenturning.
2. The switches on the right and left handlebars
work normally.
3. The speed accelerator works normally.
Make sure the tire pressure is normal. The sug-
gested tire pressure is 26-29 psi for the front
wheel and 29-32 psi for the rear wheel.
4. Check the tire surface for cracks, damage,wear
and forgein matter puncture or attachment.
5. Thetreaddepthissucient(>0.8mm).
6. Any fault warning light on the instrument panel
goes on after being powered.
7. The battery is fully charged.
8. The head and tail lights, brake lights and winkers
work normally.
9. The horn works normally.
10. The rear mirrors are clean and can be adjusted to
the appropriate angle.
11. The brake oil is sucient, the handlebars and
brake system works normally.
12. For any abnormality or operational concern,
please contact the local customer service center.

Make sure to check the following items before riding, which will guarantee your safety
on the road.

now ready to ride.
• Before riding, make sure the electronic side stand is retracted and rotate the han-
dlebar to ensure that the handlebar lock is closed. If the parking button is pressed
while riding, the bike will be de-energised. DO NOT press it when riding to avoid any
danger caused by the sudden loss of power.
• If the electronic side stand is extended when riding, the bile will be de-energised.
DO NOT extend the electronic side stand when riding to avoid danger caused by the
sudden loss of power.
• The motorcycle must be fully stopped before starting. In case of abnormality, during
riding please ride carefully or push it to a safe place. DO NOT try restarting the bike
while riding to avoid danger.

HOWTOCHARGE THEBATTERY
1. Insert the main charger plug into the charging port of the motorcycle.
Insertthe charger ACpowerplug intoanypowersocket, the batterystarts chargingwhenthe charger
indicator turns red. The battery is fully charged if the charger indicator turns from red to green.
2. Pull up the battery from the motorcycle, insert the main charger plug into the charging socket of the
battery.InsertthechargerACpowerplugintoanypowersocket,thebatterywillstartchargingwhenthe
charger indicator turns red. The battery is fully charged if the charger indicator turns from red to green.

BATTERY USE INSTRUCTIONS
STORAGE, MAINTENANCE ANDTRANSPORTATION
• Please charge the battery to half-saturation state when storing or transporting it (after the battery is dis-
charged,chargeitfor3hours)
• Place it in a dry and ventilated place:
- Battery and charger should be kept in a clean, dry and ventilated place. Keep away from corrosive
materials, power source and heat source.
- Storage conditions: ambient temperature -20-35c, humidity <65% RH:
- When storing the charger, please disconnect it from the battery.
• Regular maintenance can enhance the service life and driving safety of the electric motorcycle. Please
refer to the following suggestions and take care of your motorcycle.
• Short circuit of the cathode and the anode at the battery’s input.
• Keepawayfromchildren,reandheatsources.
• Onlythespeciedchargercanbeused,otherchargesareprohibitedtochargethe
battery.
• This product has been subject to strict inspection before leaving the factory, it is
strictly prohibited to dismantle.
Please contact our company’s after-sales department for any questions.
• Do not expose the battery to water and prevent it from being damped by water.
• Chargetemperature:0-45C,dischargetemperature:-20-45C
• Battery capacity will be reduced when placed in a low-temperature environment.
• Chargethebatterywhenyouuseit,butmakesuretochargeitbeforethecapacity
is lower than 20%. When it is not used for a long period of time, please remove the
battery from the motorcycle.

MAINTENANCE
ROUTINE CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
REGULAR INSPECTION AND MAINTENANCE
Cleaning: :
• Please use clean water and neutral detergent to clean it, use soft cloths and sponges to clean the surface.
• It is prohibited to use metal brushes, sandpaper etc to cleanit, in order not to scratch the parts surface.
After cleaning, dry it with a soft cloth.
• Thenewmotorcyclemustbesubjecttotherstinspectionandmaintenanceintheservicecenterwhenit
reaches1,000kmortwomonths(whichevercomesrst).
• The motorcycle is recommended to be subject to regular inspection and maintenance in the service
centeratevery6,000kmorsixmonths(whichevercomesrst).
Storage :
• Try to park it in a dry and cool room to reduce the exposure to sun, rain and to avoid the reduction of service
life due to corrosion of parts.
• Whenleftunusedforalongtime,pleaseturnotheairswitchanddisconnectthepowersupplytothe
circuit to prevent over discharging.
• After long-term storage, please fully charge it before use.
• Please disconnect the air switch before cleaning.
• Do not use a water jet to directly wash it, in order to avoid the default mechanical parts
caused by water invasion.
• Please disconnect the air switch before cleaning.
• Do not use strong water jet to directly wash it, so as to avoid the default of mechanical parts
caused by being damped.

MAINTENANCE
Regular maintenance can improve the service life and driving safety of the electric
motorcycles. Please refer to the following suggestions and take care of your motorcycle.
Failure Causes Solutions
The motorcycle has no electricity
and the READY lamp does not

When turning the speed
regulator, steer the handlebar.
