A.Eggwhiskforwhiskingcream,eggwhites,lightbatters.
B.Spatulabeaterforsmalleramountofmixtureorforfoldingingre-
dients.
C.Doughhookforkneadingdoughandheavymixtures.
• Pressheadreleasebutton,easethemixerheadbackwardsuntilitlocks
intoitstiltposition.(Fig.1)
• Selectthedesiredattachmentdependingonthemixingtasktobeper-
formed:
• Attachtheselectedattachmentontothedriveoutletusingthebayonet
attachment.Placetheattachmentintopositionwiththefeederrollat
theback.Simplypushtherollerbackdowntolockintoposition.(Fig.2)
• Putyouringredientsintothemixingbowl.Placethebowlonthebase
thengentlyrotatethebowlinaclockwisedirectionuntilitlocksintoposi-
tion.Thebowlshouldfeelfirmwithnomovement.(Fig.3)
• Do not overfill the appliance, the max amount for ingredients is 2 Kg.
• Pressthereleasebuttontolowerthearm.Pressthearmdowntolock
inthelowestposition.(Fig.4)
• Connectthedevicetoaproperlyinstalled220-240V~50Hzwalloutlet.
Turnthespeedcontrolknobclockwisetocommencemixing.(Fig.5]
• Whenmixingiscomplete,turnthespeedcontrolknobanti-clockwiseto
OFFposition.(Fig.6)
• To protect the powerful motor, the maximum mixing time for this
product is 5 minutes. It is unlikely that any type of food would require
any more mixing time than that. In the unlikely event that your ingre-
dients need more than 5 minutes mixing, switch off the machine and
allow the motor to cool for 3 minutes before starting again.
