READ THE FOLLOWING BEFORE USE!
AREA OF USE:
This helmet was developed solely for skiing, snowboarding and
mountaineering. It is not suitable for moped riders, motorcyclists, or any other
form of motorized activity.
WARNING!
No helmet can protect the wearer from all potential injuries in all accidents.
Depending on the strength of impact, even an accident at very low speed can
cause serious injury or death. This helmet is designed to protect your head. It
does not offer protection from injuries to the neck, the spinal column, or other
parts of the body at risk in an accident. For maximum protection, this helmet
must be tted and attached properly to the wearer’s head in accordance with
this user manual.
WARNING!
This helmet may, after sustaining an impact, be damaged to the point that
it is no longer adequate to protect the head against further impacts. This
damage may not be visible. If this helmet has sustained an impact it should
be returned to Sweet Protection for competent inspection or be discarded
and replaced.
WARNING!
Children should not wear the helmet while climbing or engaging in other
similar activities due to the strangulation risk from the helmet straps.
WARNING!
Action sports (skiing, snowboarding, kayaking, white water sports, mountain
biking etc.) are inherently dangerous, since they involve speed, heights,
natural and man-made obstacles and physical exertion. This product is
scientically designed to reduce the probability of injury when used properly.
However, Active Brands AS makes no claims that this helmet will eliminate all
risk of injury even when properly worn. For maximum protection, this helmet
must be tted properly and all adjustments secured. All our helmets are
thoroughly tested and certied for their specic branch of sports and intended
use. Never use a helmet for activities it is not intended for.
OCCIGRIP:
Your helmet features OCCIGRIP adjustment.
Please follow the diagram instructions for how
to make the proper adjustments.
FIT PADS:
If your helmet is supplied with FIT PADS, Please follow the description in the
Fit Pad manual.
USER INSTRUCTIONS:
Allow the necessary time for adjustments the rst time you try a new helmet.
If the tting procedure seems complicated, ask the retailer to help you adjust
for a good t. Test your helmet t each time you put it on. Adjust as needed.
If the helmet is to be worn by a child, it must be tted and adjusted by an adult.

FITTING THE HELMET:
1. Putting on the helmet: Align the front rim of the helmet above your
eyebrows. Hold the straps on both sides and roll the helmet over the back
of your head. Make sure the front is low against the forehead; otherwise no
size or model will t or protect you correctly. There should be minimal or no
gap between the helmet and your eyebrows. Once the helmet is on, the next
step is to check for comfort and gaps. The comfort padding should be ush
against the forehead with no large gaps. The back of the helmet should not
cover the nape of the neck. Make sure the helmet is positioned all the way
down on the head.
2. Fit test: Gently roll or lift the helmet off your head. If the skin on your
forehead moves slightly, you have a good t.
3. Proper use: Always adjust and secure the chin strap buckle before use.
Adjust the straps to retain the helmet in place. Finally, adjust the two-point
harness for perfect t and protection. Both straps on each side should have
the same tension. Checking the straps: Grab the helmet with both hands
while it is sitting rmly on your head and attempt to take it off by pushing it, to
the extent that you can, forwards and backwards. IMPORTANT! If you can
push your helmet so far forward that your view is obstructed or so far back
that your forehead is exposed, then your helmet is not properly tted. If so, go
back to sections 1 and 2 and repeat the steps for adjusting the helmet. Make
sure that your helmet feels comfortable. Go out and enjoy the ride!
NOTE:
For some wearers the helmet may not t due to the difference between the
shape of the helmet and the shape of your head. If so, you may have to try
different models to nd the right one for you.
NOTE:
1. Before each use of this helmet, make sure that no parts are broken,
cracked, torn, worn or missing.
2. Please treat this helmet as a personal item and avoid lending it to others.
3. Replacement: This helmet is made to absorb some of the potential energy
of a blow. Even though damage may not be visible or apparent, it is imperative
to discard and replace any helmet that has sustained a major impact in
an accident, or has received a similarly severe blow. An inspection of the
helmet might not reveal any apparent damage, but it might be there. Sweet
Protection also advise that any helmet should be replaced after approximately
three years of normal use, or sooner if exposed to long periods of sun, hard
use, or any contact with chemicals. The helmet must also be replaced if it
does not t anymore.
4. For cleaning, use clean water (max temperature 30°C) and mild detergent
only. Leave to dry naturally and not in contact with direct heat or on a hot
surface.
5. Avoid any applications of paint, adhesive stickers/transfers, cleaning uids,
chemicals and other solvents that may drastically reduce the protection
provided by this helmet.
6. The helmet will be damaged if exposed to temperatures exceeding 62°C
(approx. 150°F). Do not leave the helmet in a car (or similar) in hot weather,
as it may easily exceed this temperature. If exposed to such temperatures,
the helmet must be immediately discarded and replaced.
7. The helmet will not perform as intended if you modify or replace any of the
original elements included in the helmet. Please note that any customizing is
not recommended,

and that this will invalidate the warranty. Sweet Protection or its distributors
accept no liability for damage or injuries resulting from misuse or from a
modied helmet.
8. When stowing or transporting the helmet, use the original protective
packaging the helmet came in. After use, the helmed should be stored
unpacked in a cool, dry, dark place away from heat sources, frost, high
humidity, corrosive substances or other potential causes of damage. During
transportation, take care to protect the helmet against damage from sharp
or heavy, falling or crashing objects. Please retain the original packaging
your helmet came in for use in transporting it, or in case you need to return
the helmet, due to a defect under warranty, to the store where you originally
purchased it.
9. Accessories and spare parts: accessories and/or replacement parts are
available from the Sweet Protection catalogue. Use only original accessories
supplied by Sweet Protection.
WARRANTY:
Our mission is to design and engineer the best possible products. We
always seek to use the most advanced materials, technology and production
methods. Sweet Protection helmets come with a one-year warranty against
defects in workmanship and materials. We will replace or repair a properly
used helmet that is defective if returned within one year of purchase. Please
note that this warranty is limited to the original purchaser only. This warranty
does not apply if damage is caused to the helmet through abuse, negligence,
improper repairs, inadequate t, any modications or alterations, or if used
other than intended.
WARRANTY CLAIM PROCESS:
1. Before returning any product, you must contact Sweet Protection by
phone or e-mail to obtain a return address and authorization. E-mail:

2. Ensure that the returned product is washed, clean and dry before shipping.
Dirty and/or foul smelling products will be returned unprocessed or may delay
the process and will be subject to a surcharge.
3. Remember to include a note with your name, address and phone number,
and take care to include a short statement explaining the warranty problem.
Alternatively, you may also return your product to the store from where you
originally purchased the product. Any Sweet Protection dealer will be able
to handle the warranty claim process on your behalf. US/Canadian citizens:
Sweet Protection makes no other express warranties or guarantees, except
as otherwise specically stated. Any warranties implied by law shall be
limited to ninety (90) days in duration. Some states do not allow limitations
on how long an implied warranty lasts; therefore the above limitations may
not apply to you. Sweet Protection shall not be liable for any incidental or
consequential damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation
of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not
apply to you. This warranty gives you specic legal rights, and you may also
have other rights that vary from state to state.

CERTIFICATION:
This Sweet Protection helmet is designed to protect impact caused by
collision of head with an obstacle while doing skiing and snowboarding, it
has passed EN 1077:2007 “Helmet for alpine skiers and for snowboarders” &
EN 12492:2012 “Helmet for mountaineers” to show conformity to the EHSR
of EU 2016/425.
It is also in compliance to the standard ASTM F2040-2018.
Class A and class B helmets are for alpine skiers, snowboarders andsimilar
groups. Class A helmets offer comparatively more protection.Class B
helmets may offer greater ventilation and better hearing, but protect a smaller
area of the head and give a lesser degree of protection from penetration.

INSTRUCCIONS DE L’USUARI:
Permiti el temps necessari per als ajusts la primera vegada que provi un casc
nou. Si el procediment d’ajust sembla complicat, demani al detallista que us
ajudi per a un bon ajust. Comprovi que el casc s’ajusta cada vegada que s’el

posi. Ajust segons sigui necessari. Si el casc ha de ser usat per un nen, deu
ser col·locat i ajustat per un adult.
AJUSTAR EL CASC:
1. Posar el casc: Alinear la vora frontal del casc per sobre de les celles. Aga
les corretges de tots dos costats i giri el casc per la part posterior del cap.
Asseguri’s que el front és sota contra el front; en cas contrari, cap mida o
model no s’adaptarà ni li protegirà correctament. Ha d’haver-hi mínima o cap
distància entre el casc i les celles. Una vegada que el casc està posat, el pas
següent és comprovar la comoditat i els buits. El farciment per a la comoditat
ha d’estar a la vora del front sense grans buits. La part posterior del casc no
hauria de cobrir el clatell. Asseguri’s que el casc estigui posicionat tot el camí

2. Prova d’ajust:Rodeu suaument o aixequeu el casc del cap. Si la pell del
front es mou lleugerament, teniu un bon ajust.
3. Ús adequat: Sempre ajusti i asseguri la sivella de corretja de barbeta
abans d’usar. Ajusti les corretges per a mantenir el casc en el seu lloc.
Finalment, ajusti l’arnès de dos punts per a un ajust i protecció perfectes.
Les dues corretges de cada costat haurien de tenir la mateixa tensió.
Comprovació de les corretges: Aga el casc amb les dues mans mentre
està assegut al cap i intenti retirar-lo empenyent-lo, en la mesura que pugui,
cap endavant i cap enrere. IMPORTANT! Si podeu empènyer el casc tan
endavant que la vostra vista estigui obstruïda o ns al punt que el front estigui
exposat, el seu casc no està correctament col·locat. Si és així, torni a les
seccions 1 i 2 i repeteixi els passos per a ajustar el casc. Asseguri’s que el
seu casc se senti còmode. Surti i gaudi del passeig!
NOTA:
Per a alguns usuaris, el casc no encaixa a causa de la diferència entre la
forma del casc i la forma del cap. Si és així, és possible que hagui de provar
diferents models per trobar el més adequat per a vostè.
NOTA:

4. Per a la neteja, utilitzeu aigua neta (temperatura màx. 30 ° C) i detergent
suau. Deixeu assecar naturalment i no en contacte amb la calor directa o

5. Eviti qualsevol aplicació de pintura, adhesius / transferències adhesives,

配 戴 头 盔：

POKYNY PRO UŽIVATELE:

Pokud vám postup přizpůsobení připadá složitý, požádejte prodejce, aby vám
pomohl helmu správně nastavit. Vyzkoušejte, že vám helma sedí pokaždé,
když si ji nasadíte. Dle potřeby ji nastavte. Pokud má helmu nosit dítě, musí ji

PŘIZPŮSOBENÍ HELMY:
1. Nasazení helmy: Zarovnejte přední okraj helmy nad vaše obočí. Držte
popruhy na obou stranách a natáhněte helmu přes zadní část hlavy. Ujistěte
se, že přední strana je umístěna nízko oproti čelu; jinak vám žádná velikost
ani model nepadne nebo vás nebude řádně chránit. Mezi helmou a obočím
by měla být minimální nebo žádná mezera. Jakmile je helma nasazena,
dalším krokem je kontrola pohodlí a mezer. Pohodlné polstrování by mělo
být zarovnáno s čelem bez velkých mezer. Zadní strana helmy by neměla
zakrývat šíji. Ujistěte se, že je helma na hlavě zcela nasazena.
2. Zkouška přizpůsobení: Jemně helmu stáhněte nebo zvedněte z
hlavy. Pokud se kůže na vašem čele mírně pohybuje, máte helmu dobře
přizpůsobenou.
3. Správné použití: Před použitím vždy nastavte a zajistěte přezku řemínku
na bradě. Nastavte popruhy tak, aby helma držela na místě. Nakonec
nastavte dvoubodový postroj, aby dokonale seděl a chránil. Oba popruhy
na každé straně by měly mít stejné napnutí. Kontrola popruhů: Uchopte
helmu oběma rukama, když ji máte pevně nasazenou na hlavě, a pokuste
se ji sejmout tlakem v míře, v jaké to dokážete, ve směru dopředu a dozadu.
DŮLEŽITÉ! Pokud můžete helmu zatlačit tak daleko dopředu, že vám překáží
ve výhledu, nebo tak daleko dozadu, že vaše čelo je odkryté, pak vaše helma
není správně přizpůsobena. V takovém případě se vraťte zpět k bodům 1
a 2 a opakujte kroky pro nastavení helmy. Ujistěte se, že se v helmě cítíte
pohodlně. Jděte ven a užijte si jízdu!
POZNÁMKA:
Pro některé uživatele nemusí být helma vhodná kvůli rozdílu mezi tvarem
helmy a tvarem hlavy. V takovém případě budete pravděpodobně muset
vyzkoušet různé modely, abyste našli ten správný pro vás.
POZNÁMKA:

poskytovanou touto helmou.

6. Při vystavení teplotám nad 62 °C (přibl. 150 °F) dojde k poškození helmy.
Nenechávejte helmu v autě (ani na podobném místě) v horkém počasí,
protože může snadno dojít k překročení této teploty. Při vystavení takovým
teplotám je nutné helmu okamžitě vyřadit a nahradit.
7. Pokud některé z originálních prvků helmy upravíte nebo vyměníte, helma
nebude fungovat tak, jak bylo zamýšleno. Mějte na paměti, že žádné vlastní
úpravy se nedoporučují a budou mít za následek ztrátu platnosti záruky.
Společnost Sweet Protection ani její distributoři nenesou žádnou odpovědnost
za škody nebo zranění způsobené nesprávným používáním nebo úpravou
helmy.
8. Při uložení nebo přepravě helmy použijte originální ochranný obal, v
němž byla helma dodána. Po použití je třeba helmu skladovat nezabalenou
na chladném, suchém a tmavém místě, mimo dosah zdrojů tepla, mrazu,
vysoké vlhkosti, korozivních látek a jiných potenciálních příčin poškození.
Během přepravy dbejte na to, aby byla helma chráněna před poškozením
ostrými nebo těžkými, padajícími nebo narážejícími předměty. Uschovejte si

Helmy Sweet Protection mají roční záruku vztahující se na vady při zpracování
a materiály. Vadnou helmu vyměníme nebo opravíme, pokud byla řádně
používána a vrácena do jednoho roku od zakoupení. Mějte na paměti, že tato
záruka je omezena pouze na původního kupujícího. Tato záruka se nevztahuje
