Instructions for installing the reheating cassette

The installation work must be carried out by

Installation of reheating cassette in the ventilation unit
The installation work and commissioning must be carried out by a duly qualified person only. Due to applicable
electrical safety regulations, you are not permitted to install the reheating cassette yourself. The ventilation unit
warranty will continue to be applicable only if the installation work is carried out by a qualified service technician.

Instructions for installing the reheating cassette
Make sure that the cables are not in con-
tact with the heating element of the reheating
cassette. Bundle them together with bundling
straps, if needed.
11. Reinstall the rotor package back to its position.
12. Connect the quick-fit connector of the rotor.
13. Make sure that the power supply cable of the rotor pack-
age is not in contact with the surface of the rotor.
14. Reinstall the extract air filter back to its position.
15. Reinstall the protective plate back to its position.
16. Reinstall the access door back to its position.
The packaging contains the following items
• 2 screws
• Reheating cassette
• 2 small bundling straps
Tools required for installation
• Crosshead screw driver
Installation instructions
1. Unfasten the access door by removing the dummy plugs
and open the door fasteners.
2. Unscrew the screws and remove the protective plate inside
the ventilation unit.
3. Withdraw the extract air filter.
4. Disconnect the quick-fit connector of the rotor.
5. Withdraw the rotor package.
6. Lift the electric cables in the supply air section.
7. Place the reheating cassette at its position in the supply air
section below the fan. Push it into position from below as
shown in the image.
8. Fasten the reheating cassette to the frame plate between
the rotor package and the supply air section. Use 2 screws
(supplied) inserting them from below the frame plate.
9. Connect the quick-fit connector of the reheating cassette.
10. Place the cables in their original positions.

If the ventilation unit is reset to its
original factory settings, you will have to
program the unit again as described above.
The installation work, the entering of set-
tings and commissioning should be carried
out by qualified personnel only.
After you have connected the reheating cassette, you will have
to change the operational settings of the ventilation unit. You
can change the parameters from the Premium control panel in
the following way:
To activate the reheating function
• Go from the basic image by pressing the Menu button to
reach the Main menu
• Select Install and service and press Select
• Enter the code: 1234, and confirm by pressing the Set but-
ton
• In the Installation and service menu, select Functions and
press Select
• Select Heating and press Select
• Select On and press the Set button
• Leave the menu by pressing the Return button an appropri-
ate number of times
To commission the reheater
• Go from the basic image by pressing the Menu button to
reach the Main menu
• Select Install and service and press Select
• Enter the code: 1234, and confirm by pressing the Set but-
ton
• In the Installation and service menu, select El.heaters and
press Select
• Select Reheater and press Select
• Select On and press the Set button
• Leave the menu by pressing the Return button an appropri-
ate number of times
