12-22°C.Forinstalledwaterre-heaterthesetpointsare:12-40°C.

11.Rotatetheexchangerbyhand.Checkthatthebeltpulleyrotatesandthebeltdonotslip.
12.Remounttheheatexchangerpackageandsecureitwiththescrews.
13.Reconnecttheheatexchangercablestothemotorandsensor.
14.Inserttheextractairlterifitwasremoved.Remountlterbracketandsecureitwithscrews.
15.Closeandfastenthesidecoverandconnecttheunittomains.
16.CheckthatthealarmhasceasedontheControlDisplay.

necessarytoremovetheheatexchangerpackageinordertotemporaryrepairabrokendrivebeltifthe
beltpulleycanbeaccessed.
1.Stoptheunitbydisconnectingthemains.
2.Openthesidecover.
3.Usetapetoattachthedrivebelttooneoftheheatexchangers.Rotatetheexchangerbyhandtoget
holdofthedrivebelt.
4.Pullthedrivebeltontothebeltpulleyandusetapetoattachthedrivebeltontotheotherheatexchanger.
5.Rotatetheexchangerbyhandtogetholdofthedrivebelt.
6.Removethetapeandputthe”empty”end(2)ontothejointnipple(1).

Dustandgreasedepositsmaybuildupintheductsystem,evenifrequiredmaintenancesuchaschanging
ofltersisbeingcarriedout.Thiswillreducetheefciencyoftheinstallation.
Theductrunsshouldthereforebecleaned/changedwhennecessary.Steelductscanbecleaned
bypullingabrushsoakedinhotsoapywaterthroughtheductviadiffuser/louvreopeningsorspecial
inspectionhatchesintheductsystem(iftted).
Itisrecommendedtodothisevery5yearsandisnormallycarriedoutbyauthorizedcompanies
specializedinthisarea.

Atriggeredfrostprotectionalarmresultsinthe
following:
•Bothfansstop.
•Outdoorandexhaustairdampersclosed.
•Watervalveopenscompletely(10Vsignalgoes
outtotheactuator).
Theunitwillrestartoncethewatertemperature
reaches+5°Cabovethesetfrostprotection
temperature.
Atriggeredoverheatprotection(EMT)givesanalarm
inthecontrolpanel.
Resetbypushingtheresetbutton.Seechapter5.8.
