INTRODUCTION TO TÄNDA REGENERATE
Congratulations on your purchase of the Tända
Regenerate Anti-Aging Light Therapy Treatment.
From the number one manufacturer of home-use light
therapy products, the Tända Regenerate Anti-Aging
Light Therapy Treatment delivers professional
treatments in the comfort of your own home in just
minutes a day. Tända Regenerate uses red LED light
to diminish the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles
and improve skin color, texture, firmess and hydration.

GETTING STARTED
DEVICE SET UP
Getting started with the Tända light therapy device
is easy.
1. Unpack the Tända light therapy device and all the
accessories.
2. Before use, remove the plastic plug (4) from the
bottom of the Tända cordless handpiece,
otherwise it will not activate when the orange
power button (5) is pressed.
3. Peel the protective lens cover off the treatment
head and discard.
4. Firmly place device in the recharging stand and
use the power supply to plug the recharging
stand into a power outlet. Ensure orange indicator
light (6) is on. Once the charging is complete
(requires about 4 hours), the orange light will
turn off. See Charging the Battery for details.
5. The Tända light therapy device is now ready to
begin treatment.

CHARGING THE BATTERY
• Firmly place the device in the recharging stand (3)
• Plug the power supply into the base of the
recharging stand and the other end into an AC
power outlet (such as a wall socket).
• The power supply may also be plugged directly
into the receptacle at the bottom of the handpiece
(2) and then into an AC power outlet.
• The device will take about 4 hours to charge.
• The indicator light (6) will be orange while device
is charging; it will turn off when charging is complete.
• The Tända device is now ready to be used unplugged.
• Keep the Tända device fully charged at all times.
It is recommended to store the device in the
recharging stand after every use. You cannot
overcharge your Tända light therapy device.
• A fully charged device will be able to deliver 10,
three-minute cycles between charges.
Note:
• You can also use your device plugged into an
AC power outlet (such as a wall socket). Simply
plug one end of the power supply into the
receptacle at the bottom of the handpiece and
connect the other end to the AC outlet in the wall.
The device will draw power from the AC outlet.
USING THE TÄNDA REGENERATE
ANTI-AGING LIGHT THERAPY TREATMENT
1. Cleanse your skin.
2. Apply the Tända Regenerate Pre-Treatment Gel
all over your face (avoid eyes).

3. Press the orange power button (5) once.
4. When the indicator light (6) is flashing green,
the device is ready to begin a treatment.
5. Place the Tända Regenerate device in contact
with your skin (the light will only activate when
the treatment head is in direct contact with the skin).
6. The light treatment head operates in three
minute cycles. An audible beep will sound every
30 seconds. Two quick beeps will indicate when
the cycle is complete.
7. Treat for three minutes over each target area
(e.g. around the eyes). Then move the device all
over your face, moving every 30 seconds with
the “beep” until you have treated all areas.
8. Allow 24 hours between treatments.
9. Use every day for 30 days, then three times per
week to maintain results.
10. Store the device in its recharging stand.
USING THE GOGGLES
The goggles have been provided for your conve-
nience and comfort as some people find the light
bright. Company sponsored testing showed that,
when used as directed, the device did not pose risk
of damage to the eyes.
• Position the goggles over your eyes
• Tie the elastic band so that the goggles fit
comfortably around your head.
Note: Do not shine light source directly into the eyes.
