Speaker sockets (connected in parallel)
This loudspeaker is equipped with two (2) 4-pole speaker sockets located on the rear
speaker panel which allow to connect 4-pole female speaker twist connectors.
The sockets are connected in parallel. You can use either of them for signal input from
your audio equipment.
The second speaker socket may be used to “loop through” to other loudspeaker in the
installation (for instance to power more loudspeakers from a single amplier).
Note! Never connect two (2) speaker sockets simultaneously to a single amplier
output or connect two ampliers to a single loudspeaker – this loudspeaker is not
designed for bi-amp. Use only one (1) speaker socket for the input signal – otherwise
you may damage the loudspeaker and/or audio equipment and void your warranty.
Check the below wiring diagram for the connector (single channel):
Note! The connector and speaker wires are not supplied with this loudspeaker. They
should be purchased separately.
Most connectors can accommodate up to 10 AWG bare speaker cables. It is
recommended to leave about 150 cm (5 feet) of extra cable at the speaker end to
facilitate positioning and installation of the speaker. Do not use staples, nails or other
metal objects to secure the speaker cables.

7
Hooking up the wires
Note! Make sure to avoid short-circuit of the speaker wires – this may damage the
loudspeaker and/or your audio equipment and void your warranty.
Check the below diagram for connecting two (2) loudspeakers to a single amplifer:
Note! When using more than one (1) loudspeaker connected in parallel make sure to
check whether your amplier can handle the nal system impedance – otherwise you
