Network cable length: it is better not longer than 80m
Wire sequence of network interface:

2.Introduction of the outdoor visit panel
1).Installation of the outdoor visit panel
Flush install with the embedded box

Remote configuration and update
1).Intercom calling
Notice: make the relative configure from Mangement
Center before intercom calling
Call management center: Press the “ ” button from the
main interface and input “0000” or directly press the
“ ” button to call management center.
Call residents: Press the “ ” button from the main
interface and input the resident room no. to call, eg. Dial
“0101” and then dial “ ” to call no. 0101 room.
Call response: It will ringing after the call succeeded, and
the screen will show the status for the calling.
Answer: After connect to the management center or
indoor machine, voice will prompt answering , then the
system will stop ringing.
Message leave: If no answer when calling the resident,
press “ ” to leave message, maximum with 3 minute
video message, and press the “ ” button to finish.
Calling hang up: press the “ ” button to hang up.
Image transmission: After the call succeeded, the
outdoor visit panel will transfer images to the indoor
machine or management center.
Overtime hang up:
1) if 30 sec no answer, the system would hang up.
2) talking for 3 minutes the system would hang up and
there is countdown prompt.

2).System monitoring
The indoor machine and management center can monitor
the outdoor visit panel and the outdoor panel will transfer
video to the indoor machine or management center.
Indoor machine and management center answering the
outdoor visit panel, it can transmit the audio data.
Outdoor visit panel can response the hang up command
from the indoor machine or management center.
3).System unlock
Unlock under monitoring: when the outdoor visit panel is
in a state of monitored intercom, when the monitoring
indoor machine or management center proceed the unlock
operation, the door phone unit will have corresponding
unlock actions.
Call and unlock: When the outdoor visit panel called the
indoor machine or management center, and received the
unlock command, it will respond to unlock actions.
IC cards unlock: When swiping the authorised IC card, the
outdoor visit panel will have corresponding unlock actions,
and user will hear a voice and the relay actions.
Password unlock: Touch at standby interface entry the
unlock interface, or touch at dial interface, and then
enter public password (default password: 111111) and
then touch to unlock.
4).Play videos / pictures
The advertisement display is a important function of the
outdoor station, enter the setting menu and enable the
advertisement display, the default status of the system is
advertisement off.
The system only support MP4 format for video, jpg format
for picture, and the advertisement volume could be
adjusted in the “night mode”.
5).Door open over time alarm
Timeout alarm: If the door is not closed overtime, it will
alarm to management center, and outdoor station buzzer
alarm.
6). Access IC cards function
Notice: Before use the IC card function, please down load
the configured data from management center.
Swiping card and unlock: with prompt voice when the
outdoor phone read the IC card. Buzzing one time means
unlock success, twice means fail.
Support card types: IC card
Card Status indicate: The system could recognize the IC
card by the registered information, and indicate the
relevant prompt message.
Access card time period: the management center could
setting the IC card validity period and card use period for
every resident.
Swiping card successfully: only the registered IC card can
swiping card and unlock successfully.

7). The door close detector:
If the visitor or resident did not close the door after
they go through the gate, the system would alarming
within 225 sec. till the door was closed. The door close
detector time could be setting by management center
as bellow:

4. The configuration instructions of
outdoor visit panel
1).Automatic configuration of system start up
when system startup, allocate according to the factory
default IP address, it’s IP address can be automatic
configured by the management center.
2).Configuration of IC card information
The specific operation of IC card configuration by the
management center:
Add card: read and edit the IC card number, and
configure for the resident.
Download card: after edit and add the IC card, batch
download the data to the outdoor visit panel.
Modify the card: according to the requirement, modify
the IC card number for the resident and re-download it
again to the outdoor visit panel.
Remove card: according to the requirement, edit and
delete the IC card number, and re-download it again to
the door phone unit.
3).Configuration of the outdoor visit panel IP address
The network card physical address:
The MAC address for each door phone unit is unique on the
global network.
The IP address configuration way:
a. setting the IP database of the intercom project by the
management center, and choose the target building which
have given the IP address for the outdoor visit panel, the
management center can searching the online device,
setting it to the given IP, and the IP address of the outdoor
visit panel will be automatically changed.
b. setting the IP address by outdoor visit panel menu, touch
“ " button and input the project passwords (the initial
passwords is: 111111), and touch to entry the main
interface of system setting.
Then enter the IP setting menu and the modify the Local IP
Address, it can manually change the IP address of the
outdoor visit panel.
