Precautions for Use
1. For gymnastic only, It should be used under the guidance and
supervision of professionals；
2. Children under 10 years old are not allowed to use
3. It shall not be used by more than one person at the same time, maximum
load 500Kg;
4. For indoor use only；
5. Please install and use special protective mat；
6. Before using, check all parts of the equipment in good condition, lock
firmly.
7. Bar rails is high-risk part,carefully checked before using.If
damaged,not allowed to use.
8. In case of abnormal sound and loose parts, stop using immediately
9. No adjustment during use；
10. The bar rail cannot be excessive polished；
11. Gymnasts could spray water and magnesium onto the rails,with
moderate amount.
12. Warm up before using the equipment, Stop using if you dont
feel well.

13. No knock and scratch with hard object；
14. Wipe the surface of equipment with neutral detergent and clean

Product Introduction:
This competition parallel bars can be used in competition and training. The
height adjustment tube adopts chrome plating process, abrasion-resistant
material and easy installation ; the special locking parts are firm and

bar rail has strong elasticity, which meets the professional needs of
competition and training.
Description:
1. overall dimension is 3.5m×1.84m, and the height is adjustable from
1.6m-2.1m;
2. The width adjustment of the two rails 420mm-620mm;
3. The length of the bar is 350cm, and the vertical axis length is 5cm, the
horizontal axis length is 4cm;

Installation steps:
1. Place the base on the flat surface for installation and the safety of
installation personnel.
2. As shown in the figure below, use a K-24 single-head open wrench to
connect A-base, B-upright, F-hex head screws, G -Flat washers and
J-elastic washers are tightened firmly.
Note: When installing, coordinate the direction of Taishan logo; upright
bolts needs to be tightened gradually.

3) As shown in the figure below, use L-allen wrench to install and fix the
B-upright component and C-bar rail with I-adjusting washer, H-support pad
and E-hex socket screw.
Note: The installation quantity of adjusting washer can be adjusted
according to the actual situation. It is suggested to install one on each
upright(usually each upright is equipped with 2 washers). After tightening
the hex socket screw, there will be no obvious block when adjust the width
of two rails. Shake the bar rail vertically to ensure there is no obvious
shaking between the bar rail and the upright.If shaking occurs, remove the
adjusting washer. If there is obvious block when adjust the width of two
rails, increase the adjustment washers to 2 pieces.

Directions for use
This product is designed for parallel bars competition and training use.
Description of adjustment: as shown in the figure below, first raise the
handle (see the figure below), and then adjust inner tube to achieve the
purpose of height adjustment.
At the same time, rotate the lock device and the elbow to achieve width
adjustment, to ensure that the height of four inner tubes and the width of the
two rails coordinate well.

Maintenance:
1) During the use of the parallel bars, check regularly whether all the
connecting parts of the product are loose or fall off, and tighten or replace
them in time to ensure the safety.
2) When the rails are dirty,use the wet clean towel to wipe gently.
2) After 1 year of use, the equipment should be checked and maintained by
professionals before use.
4) Apply lubricating oil to inner column(1) and locking pipe (3) (see the
picture below), supporting shaft (2)and stud bolts (5)to make the handles
(4)rotate and adjust flexibly and lock the instrument. It is strictly prohibited
to apply lubricating oil to other parts.
Note: special liquid lubricating oil should be used. Vegetable oil can be
used instead if there is no special lubricating oil.

4) when the lock parts loose (see picture below),raise the handle(1) and use
the M allen wrench to unscrew the hex socket screw(4) on both ends.Hold
the handle (1) tightly, then use the parallel bar clamp (3) to adjust the
wrench.Adjust the left locking nut (2) and the right locking nut (5) evenly
in the direction shown in the figure below, so that the lock device is locked
tightly, and ensure that the hex socket screw (4) is aligned with the locking
nut slot and tightened. Finally, restore the handle (1) to the original position.
