TBR 7 Handguard Installation Guide

1) Mount handlebar clamp to handlebar assembly with M5x35 Phillips head bolts. Leave bolts loose for final
fitment .
2) Install Steel retainer to handguard .
Note: Left and Right are different make sure the correct side retainer installed on to handguard.
3) Insert M6x60 Phillips head bolt through retainer, handguard, M6 washer and spacer. As shown
4) Install M6x60 Phillips head bolt with handguard assembly on to handlebar. Leave bolt loose for final fitment.
5) Insert M8x46 double head bolt through handguard and handlebar clamp.
6) Install M8 round head nut on both sides of M8x46 bolt.
7) Adjust handguard to the desired up/down position by spinning the handlebar clamp on the handlebar. Once
in position tighten all hardware.
Note: Do not over tighten mounting hardware, you want handguards to be tighten enough that they will not
move if you land hard or hit a jump, but you don’t want them too tight that they won’t rotate if you were to crash.
8) Repeat for other side.
TIP: All hardware may need to be re-tightened after the first ride.
Installation
