Cauon!
The following safety precauons should be thoroughly understood before aempng to
begin assembling this machine.
1. Select an area for assembly that clean and free of any debris which might cause persons
working on the assembly to trip.
2. Do not li heavy parts or assemblies. Use crane jack, fork trucks or other mechanical de-
vice.
3. Never put hands, or any part of body, under blocked up assemblies if at all possible.
4. Aer compleng assembly, thoroughly inspect the machine to be sure that all nuts, bolts,
hydraulic ngs or any other fastened assemblies have been thoroughly ghtened.
5. Before operang equipment, if you have any queson regarding the proper assembly or
operaons, contact your dealer or the manufacturer.
Assembly!
1. Unpack the grade blade from shipping crate and check if there are any parts missing.
2. Assembly blade (45) to the moldboard (1).
3. Assembly swivel assembly (21) to the moldboard swivel frame (5).
4. Install the mounng frame (32) to the swivel assembly (21).
5. Then assembly the support foot (39) to the moldboard swivel frame (5).

Important Safety Informaon!
Working with unfamiliar equipment can lead to careless injuries, read the manual and the
manual for your tractor. Before assembly or operang, to acquaint yourself with the machine.
It is the grade blade owner’s responsibility, if this machine is used by any other person other
than yourself, is loaned or rented, to make certain the operator is instructed in safe and
proper use.
Most accidents occur because of neglect or carelessness. Keep all helpers and bystanders
twenty ve (25’) from an operang grader blade. Only proper trained people should operate
this machine.
Personal protecon equipment including safety glasses, safety shoes, and gloves are recom-
mended during assembly, installaon, operaon, adjustment, maintaining, repairing,
removal, or moving the snow blade.
Never place any part of your body where it would be in danger if movement should occur
during assembly, installaon, operaon, adjustment, maintaining, repairing, removal, or
moving the snow blade.
Before you operate the snow blade, check over all pins, bolts, and connecons to be sure all
are securely in place. Replace any damaged or worn parts immediately.
Do not allow anyone who is not familiar with the safety rules and operation instructions to
use this snow blade.
