1- KULLANIM ÞARTLARI/CONDITIONS OF USAGE
Bu el kitabý size makinanýn kullaným ve bakýmý hakkýnda genel bilgi verecektir.Herhangi bir teknik problemle
karþýlaþmanýz halinde lütfen size en yakýn bayimizi veya servisimizi arayýnýz.

This manual will inform you about the operation and maintenance of the machine in general. If you encounter any
technical problem, please contact our suppliers or authorized services.
-This machine has been designed to be a power hoe and in compliance with what specified in the machine
description and safety warnings of this instruction manual.
-Any other use is not allowed. Our company is not responsible for the damages caused by the not prescribed
operation. The user is fully responsible.
-Use, maintenance and repair clauses prescribed by the manufacturer are also integral part of machine intended use.
-Only people familiar with this power hoe and well aware of its risks can use, repair and maintain it.
-The manufacturer is not responsible for damages caused by non-authorized changes made on this machine.
2- GÜVENLÝ KULLANIM KURALLARI/SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
1.Makinanýn kontrol ve kullanýmýný tamamýyla anlayana kadar bu kýlavuzu okuyun. Makinanýn nasýl kontrol ve
stop ettirileceðini öðrenin.
2. 18 Yaþýndan küçükler ve makinayý yeterince tanýmayanlar makinayý kullanamazlar.
3. Makinayý kullanan kiþi çalýþýrken diðer insanlar ve eþyalardan yeterince uzak olduðundan emin olmalýdýr. Direkt
ve dolaylý hatalardan kullanýcý sorumludur.
-Ýnsanlar (özellikle çocuklar) ve hayvanlar yakýnýnda iken çalýþmayýn.
4. Çalýþýrken el ve ayak yaralanmalarýna karþý maksimum dikkati gösterin.
5. Güvenli bir kullaným için daima orjinal yedek parça kullanýn.
6. Asla bu makinayý kapalý alanlarda çalýþtýrmayýn ve kullanmayýn.Egzoz gazý saðlýða zararlýdýr.
7. Motorun egzoz sýcaklýðý 80°'yi aþar yanma tehlikesi.!
8. Kapalý elbiseler ve tamamen kapalý güvenlik ayakkabýlarý giyin.Motorlu toprak frezesine bakým yaparken veya
frezeleri takarken mutlaka dayanýklý eldiven takýn.
9. Bütün baðlantý elemanlarýnýn sýkýlýðýný kontrol edin.
10. Çalýþacaðýnýz alandaki taþ, tel, cam parçasý, geniþ çalýlar,metal cisimler ve aðaç
kütüklerini temizleyin.
11. Güvenlik cihazlarý iyi durumda deðil ise makinayý çalýþtýrmayýn.
12. Eðer çalýþýrken bir cisme çarpýlýrsa makinayý durdurun ve hasarý kontrol edin.
13. Gün ýþýðýnda yada yeterince aydýnlatýlmýþ ortamda çalýþýn.
14. Asla makinayý çalýþýr vaziyette kullanýcýsýz býrakmayýn.
15. Makina için uygun olmayan aþýrý dik ve eðimli yerlerde çalýþmayýn.
16. Motoru sadece vites kolu boþta '0' iken çalýþtýrmaya baþlatýn.
17. Freze muhafazasý takýlmadan kesinlikle toprak frezelemesi yapmayýn.
18. Frezenin ve biçme býçaðýnýn çýkarýlmasý, takýlmasý temizlenmesi sýrasýnda motor kesinlikle durdurulmalýdýr.
19. Makinanýn orjinal parçalarýný çýkarmayýnýz. Tamir veya tadil ettirmeyiniz.
20. Yangýn tehlikesinden kaçýnmak için;
-Yakýt ikmalinde motor ve þasiye yakýt dökülmemesi için geniþ bir huni kullanýn.
-Yakýt deposunun seviye göstergesine uygun þekilde doldurun.
-Yakýt doldururken sigara içmeyiniz ve yanýcý maddelarden uzak durun.
-Aleti parlayýcý ve patlayýcý ortamlarda kullanmayýn.
-Motor çalýþýrken yakýt deposunu doldurmayýn.

-Bakým ve ayar yapmak için yakýt deposunda yakýt varsa makinayý devirmeyin.
21. Aletinizi kullanma ve bakým klavuzunda belirtilen ilerleme hýzlarýndan daha hýzlý kullanmayýnýz.
22. Alet üzerindeki emniyet stop tertibatýný kesinlikle iptal etmeyiniz.Alet üzerinde hiçbir deðiþiklik yapmayýnýz.
1.Read this manual until fully understanding the control and operation techniques of the tractor. Learn to control
and stop the machine.
2.People younger than age 18 and people, who are not familiar enough to the machine, cannot use it.
3.While operating the device, be sure of keeping distance from other people as well as items. The operator is
responsible of the direct and indirect harms resulting from disobeying the regulation.Do not operate the machine if
you are in the vicinity of people (especially children) and animals.
4.Take care of your foot and hands to prevent injury.
5.For a safety operation, always use original spare parts.
6.Never start up or operate the device in closed areas. Exhaust gas is hazardous to human health.

7.The temperature at the exhaust of the engine exceeds 80 C. Burning hazard!
8.Wear only closed clothes and safety shoes.During the maintenance of the motor-hoe or assembly of the hoes wear
safety gloves.
9.Check all the tightness of the joining elements.
10.Clear the area that you work on from particles such as stone, wire, glass, large bushes, metal parts and logs etc.
11. Check controls and safety devices before use. In case of not functioning get them repaired.
12.If you hit substance while operating the machine, stop and check any possible damage in the machine.
13.Use the machine during daylight or well-illuminated areas if no headlights provided.
14.Never leave the device while in operation.
15.Do not use the machine in too steep and sloped areas, which are not appropriate for the machine.
16.Start the engine only when gearshift control lever is at “0” position.
17.Do not use hoe without safety cover.
18.Any repair or cleaning works on the hoe should be carried out while engine is not working.
19.Do not dismantle the original parts. Do not repair or modify them.
20.To avoid risk of fire:
·Use suitable funnel to avoid split of fuel over the engine and vehicle.
·Do not overfill the fuel tank.
·Do not smoke and keep fuel away from fire.
·Do not use the machine in an environment, which contains flammable and explosive ingredients.
·Do not fill the fuel tank while engine is working.
·Do not overturn the machine while servicing if there is fuel in fuel tank.
21.Do not exceed given speeds in this manual.
22. Do not remove the safety stop mechanism on the machine.Do not make any change on the machine.
3- GARANTÝ ÞARTLARI/WARRANTY TERMS
-TARALTarým Makina ve Aletleri SanayiA.Þ. tarafýndan imal edilmiþ olan bu makinanin garanti þartlarý, makina ile
birlikte verilen Garanti Belgesinde belirtilmiþtir. 23.02.1995 tarihli 4077 no'lu Tüketicinin Korunmasý Hakkýnda
Kanun ile bu kanuna istinaden yayýnlanmýþ yönetmelik ve tebliðlere göre hazýrlanan bu Garanti Belgesi, Sanayi ve
Ticaret Bakanlýðý Ýstanbul Sanayi ve Ticaret Ýl Müdürlüðünce verilmiþtir.
1.Bu klavuzda belirtilen ilk çalýþtýrma iþlemi yapýlmadan kullanýlmasý halinde makina garanti kapsamý dýþýnda kalýr.
2.Ýmalatçý firmanýn sorumluluðu,defo veya imalat hatalarýna baðlý olsa bile, makinanýn kullanýmý esnasýnda kiþilere
ve eþyalara verilen zararý kapsamaz.Buna baðlý olarak dolaylý ve doðrudan verilen zarar ve hasarý bedeli
ödenmeyecektir.
3.Makine üzerinde damgalanmýþ seri numarasý deðiþtirilmiþ ise, herhangi bir deðiþiklik yapýlmýþ ise, makine bir
kazaya uðramýþ ise, satýn alan sözleþmedeki ödeme yükümlülüklerde gerektiði gibi uymamýþ ise, montaj firmanýn
yetkili elemanlarý tarafýndan yapýlmamýþ ise, imalatçý firmanýn onayý alýnmadan deðiþiklik veya onarým yapýlmýþ ise,
garanti geçerli deðildir.
4.Herhangi bir anlaþmazlýk durumunda, ilgili yasa, yönetmelik ve tebliðlerde belirtildiði üzere, tüketici, ilgili hakem
heyetine ve tüketici mahkemelerine baþvurma hakkýna sahiptir.
5.Aletin kullaným ömrü (10) yýldýr.
6.Makinanýzla birlikte size TARAL YETKÝLÝ SERVÝS KÝTAPÇIÐI verilecektir. Servis ve yedek parça istekleriniz
için bu kitaptan yararlanabilirsiniz.

The warranty specifications of this machine, which is produced by TARAL are given in the warranty certificate
supplied together with this machine. This warranty certificate, which is prepared regarding the regulations based on
the Law About the Protection of the Consumer with the date of 23.02.1995 and number of 4077, is given with the
permission of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, Istanbul Industry and Trade City Management.
1- The machine is out of the framework of the warranty, if the machine is operated disregarding the first operation
procedure described in this manual.
2- The responsibility of the producer company does not include the damages to the human beings and other items
during operation, even if they depend on the flaw or production errors. Therefore the cost of any direct and indirect
damage and loss will not be paid.
3- If the serial number stamped on the machine is changed, if any modification is made, if the machine is involved in
an accident, if the buyer does not obey the responsibilities in the contract appropriately, if the assembly is not done by
the authorized personnel of the producer company, if any modification or maintenance is performed without the
permission of the producer company, the warranty is not valid.
4- In the case of any disagreement, as stated in the corresponding regulations and laws, the consumer has the right to
apply to the arbitration committee and consumer courts.
5- The operation life of the machine is 10 years.
6- TARAL AUTHORIZED SERVICE BOOKLET will be given to you with the machine. You can make use of this
booklet for your service or spare parts needs.
4- ÝLK ÇALIÞTIRMA/FIRST OPERATION
Deðerli müþterimiz, ürünümüzü kullanmaya baþlamadan önce, ürünle birlikte verilen ÝLK ÇALIÞTIRMA
KUPONU ile birlikte size en yakýn TARAL Yetkili Servisine baþvurarak makinenizin ÝLK ÇALIÞTIRMASINI
yaptýrýnýz. Bu iþlem için, makinaya eklenecek yað, yakýt vb. sarf malzemeleri hariç herhangi bir ücret
ödemeyeceksiniz. Bu iþlem sýrasýnda size makinenin kullanýmý ve bakýmý hususunda bilgi verilecektir. TARAL
Yetkili Servisince Ýlk Çalýþtýrma Ýþlemi yapýlmamýþ makineler GARANTÝ KAPSAMI DIÞINA ÇIKACAKTIR.
Dear consumers, before starting to use our product, make the first operation of your machine by visiting the TARAL
authorized service, which is nearest to your location, together with the FIRST OPERATION COUPON supplied with
the machine. You will not be charged for this, except for the materials to be added to the machine like oil, fuel, etc.
During this procedure you will be informed about the operation and maintenance of the machine. The machines,
which are not gone through the first operation procedure performed by TARAL authorized service, will be
EXCLUDED FROM THE SCOPE OF WARRANTY.
19 S ve 22 S ELTRAKTÖRÜ ÇALIÞTIRMADA DÝKKAT EDÝLECEK HUSUSLAR
PAYATTENTION TO THESE POINTS BEFORE STARTING MOTOCULTIVATORS
19S AND 22S
19 S El traktörü 1 ileri 1 geri vitesli 22 S El traktörü 2 ileri 2 Geri viteslidir. 19S ve
22S El traktörlerinde ileri ve geri vites benzer kullaným özelliðine sahiptir. 22 S te
ilave olarak ikinci vites mekanizmasý bulunmaktadýr.(Þekil:1)
19S motocultivator has one forward speed, one reverse speed, 22S motocultivator
has two forward, two reverse speeds. In both 19S and 22S the forward and reverse
gears have the same kind of mechanism. In 22S there is an extra second gear
mechanism.(Fig:1)
El traktörünü çalýþtýrmak için önce didon kýsmýndaki
(Þekil:2) ortadaki siyah topuzlu(1)vites çubuðu ile traktörü
boþ konuma alýnýz.(Þekil: 3)
To start the machine adjust the gear lever with the black
handle (1) in the middle of the handle bar to the idle
position. (Fig.3)
Sonra didondaki stop emniyet ve debriyaj tertibatýný birlikte þekildeki
gibi kilitleyiniz.(Þekil: 4)
Then lock both stop safety and clutch mechanisms as shown in the
figure. (Fig.4)

Dizel motor çalýþtýrma;
Dizel motorlu 22S El traktöründe kaput altýndaki
kompresör mandalýna basýn,(1) starter ipini çekiniz.
Motor çalýþmadýðý durumda tekrar kompresör
mandalýna basarak starter ipini çekerek iþlemi
tekrarlayýn.
Starting Diesel engine;
In 22S with Diesel engine press on the compressor
latch under the main cover (1), pull the starter rope.
In case the engine is not started, repeat the same procedure by pressing on the compressor latch and pulling the
starter rope again.
Benzinli motor çalýþtýrma;
Benzin motorlu 19S El traktöründe sadece starter ipini çekerek çalýþtýrýn. Soguk çalýþtýrmada jikle tertibatýný
kullanýn.
Starting Gasoline engine;
In 19S with gasoline engine pull the starter rope only
to start the engine. In cold running use the choke
mechanism.
El traktörünün çalýþtýrýldýktan sonra didon da ortada
bulunan siyah vites(1) çubuðunu geriye doðru
çekerek ileri vitese , ileri doðru iterek geri vites
konumuna alabilirsiniz.(Þekil: 5)
After starting the engine you can run the machine in the forward direction by pulling the black lever backward,
you can reverse the tiller by pushing it forward.
22S El traktöründe 19 S ilave olarak 2 nci vites mekanizmasýna sahiptir.Aþaðýdaki fotoðrafta 22 S El traktörünün
boþtaki 1 nci vites ve 2 nci vitese geçmiþ konumlarý gösterilmiþtir.
There is an additional second gear mechanism in 22S as opposed to 19S. In the figures below the positions of
st nd
idling, 1 and 2 gears are shown.
Didon yüksekliðini þekilde görüldüðü gibi ayar kolu ile kolayca ayarlanabilir.(1) Didon yüksekliði için 3 ayrý konum
bulunmaktadýr.Bunun için ayar kolunu(1)aþaðýya doðru bastýrarak sabitleme yuvalarýndan kurtulmasýný
saðlayýnýz.Ayný zamanda(1)didon borusunu aþaðýya veya yukarýya doðru hareket ettirip uygun konuma getirin yaylý
sistem olduðundan sabitleme yuvasýna geçip sabitlenecektir.(Þekil:6)
The height of the handle bar can be adjusted using the adjusting lever (1). There are 3 different positions for the height
of the handle bar. Release the adjusting lever (1) from the fixing seats by pressing it downwards. At the same time (1)
put the handle bar to the suitable position by moving it downwards and upwards, as there is a spring system, it will be
positioned to the fixing seat and fixed (Fig.6).

Didon kumanda borusu , çayýrbiçme ve benzeri ekipmanlarý kullanabilmek için 180º dönebilmektedir.Ayrýca 25º
lik 3 ayrý konumlama yapýlabilir.Bunun için didonun baðlantý noktasýnda bulunan kilit tutamaðýný yukarýya doðru
çekerek çevirin pimin(2)yuvadan çýkmasýný saðlayýnýz.Sonra didon hafifçe döndürüp sonra tekrar kilit tutamaðýný
pimin yuvaya gelecek þekilde çeviriniz.

The handle bar can be rotated 180 to be able to use equipments like lawn mower. Also three different positions
o
with 25 can be adjusted. To do this release the pin(2) out of its seat by pulling upwards and turning the locking
handle at the junction of the handle bar. Then turn the handle bar slightly and rotate the locking handle so that the
pin is located in the seat.
19S VE 22 S TOPRAK FREZESÝ BAÐLAMATALÝMATI
DIRECTIONS FOR MOUNTING THE HOE OF 19S AND 22S
22S El traktörünün Toprak frezesini baðlamak için traktörün arka kýsmýnda bulunan baðlantý boðaz(1) içerisinin
tozdan arýndýrýlmýþ temiz olmasý gerekmektedir.Gerekirse bir bezle ile temizleyin ve ince yaðla yaðlayýn.

To be able to mount the tines to the 22S motocultivator the inside of the connecting body located behind the tractor
should be cleaned from the dust. Clean it with a duster and thin oil if necessary.(Fig.7)
Toprak Frezesini takmadan önce kilitleme mekanizmasýnýn(1) açýk konumda (Þekil:8) olmasýna dikkat
ediniz.Kapalý konumu (Þekil:9)
Make sure that the locking mechanism(1) is in the open position (Fig.8) before mounting the tines. The closed lock
position is in Fig.9.

Toprak Frezesini takmadan önce boðaz kýsmýný(1) ince yaðla yaðlayýp, takýnýz.(Þekil:10)
The connecting body(1) should be oiled with thin oil before mounting the tines.(Fig.10)
Kilit kolunu(1) çeviriniz. Saplamalara(2) rondela ve somununu(3) takýp anahtar ile sýkýnýz.
Turn the locking lever (1). Put washer and nuts (3) onto the bolts and tighten with key.
Dikkat ; Toprak frezesi uç kýsmýnda özel kavrama tipi olduðundan kavrama diþleri traktördeki kavramaya
geçmediði durumlarda aþaðýdaki yöntem dikkatle uygulanmalýdýr.
Toprak frezesini,traktöre baðlarken freze ve traktör kavramalarýnýn birbirlerini karþýlamasý için kazaya sebebiyet
vermemesi için traktördeki emniyet stop ve debriyaj tertibatýný açýk konumda tutunuz.(Þekil:11)
Warning: As there is a special clutch type at the front of the tines, the measures given below should be taken in case
that the clutch gears are not coupled with the clutch in the tractor.
While coupling the tines to the tractor keep the safety stop and clutch mechanisms in the tractor at the open
position in order to make a proper coupling between the tines and the tractor and prevent any possible accident
(Fig.11).
Toprak frezesi boðaz kýsmý traktörün baðlantý boðazýna resimdeki(Þekil:11a) pozisyonda takýlýr. Çapa ayýrma
çubuðunu (kýrmýzý topuzlu) (1) kendinize doðru çekerek kuyruk milin kavramasýný saðlayýnýz.Kuyruk mili
kavrama pozisyonu ve dönüþ yönü (Þekil:12) gösterilmiþtir.
The tines with gear box are mounted to the tractor as shown in the figure.(Fig:11a)
Engage the p.t.o shaft by pulling the red handle bar towards yourself. The engagement
position of the p.t.o. shaft and direction of its rotation are shown in Fig. 12.

Adjust the tiller to the forward or reverse gear position. (Fig.13) In case of Diesel type, press on the compressor
trigger (1). Pull the starter rope (1) slowly so that the engine does not start to run. Change the position of the
counter-clutch inside of the tractor by rotating. Push the tines towards the tiller, pull the starter rope (2) slowly and
release it until the clutch gears are engaged.

WARNING:A safety rod is mounted in the tiller to prevent the tines from rotating at the
reverse gear position. In the tiller it is important to use this safety rod during cultivating.

Pull the pin(1) equipped with a spring on the main cover and adjust the required depth
By putting the pin into one of the holes located on the depth adjustment lever (2).

To be able to increase the distance between the tines and the body, change the positions
of the holes on the tines mounted to the tiller body rear cover (Fig.14). Remove the rear

Using the lawn mower equipment;
Before mounting the lawn mower equipment, pull the handle bar lock on the gear box upwards, rotate the handle bar

180 (Fig.15) and lock it with the handle bar lock (1). Replace the blue gear lever with the forward-reverse red gear
lever . Replace the red gear lever with the second red gear lever given with the product as accessory.Remove the
safety lever responsible for the rear safety during cultivating (Fig.16).

Oil the tip of the lawn mower equipment with thin oil (Fig.19). As seen in the Fig.20 lock it with locking lever (1). If
the clutch is not engaged, implement the directions given in the manual for mounting the tiller.

Taral always tries to develop the design and the quality of the machine that it produces continuously. When this
owner's manual was pressed, although it had included the latest and the newest information, there might be some
minor differences between the motocultivator and the introduction and user's manual. In case of any doubt on the
manual, please consult to one of our authorized dealers.
This introduction and user's manual is a complete part of the motocultivator. And always it is given along with the
machine when the machine is sold. By squeezing firstly the stop handle (1) and later on the clutch handle (2), lock the
locking latch(3) and the two handles. Later on run your motor according to the motor user's manual. Use your
device by releasing the clutch handle while the stop handle (1) was in tight position.

running of 80 hours: Keep away from the heavy works taking a long time. Do not exceed 70% of the current power.
Note- At the very beginning of the working day, when you first start the machine, run the machine in idle position for

At every 10 hours: Check the connections of the mechanism whether they are strong and safety, if the control wires
are tightened as necessary and that they preserve their state. (Whenever deemed as necessary, tighten the screws,
nuts, connecting pieces etc.)
At the beginning of a working day, check:
-Oil level of the engine,
-The level of the fuel in the tank.
By checking the oil levels in the gear box of the motocultivator and in the gear box of the tines group and make the
necessary addition.

The gear box takes this tail spindle movement from the outlet spindle and the revolution number remains in
proportion with the speed of the motocultivator continuously. When it is changed from the forward gear to the
reverse gear, the direction of the tail spindle is changed too.
KUYRUK MÝLÝNÝN KULLANILMASI ÝLE ÝLGÝLÝ UYARI/WARNING REGARDING THE USE OF THE TAIL SPINDLE

The apparatus and the machines drawing power over the current power should in no case be connected to the tail
spindle.

2.Kumanda kolunu ilgili klavuz halkalarýndan dýþarý çekerek çýkarýnýz.Klavuz halkayý çýkarýnýz ve ilgili rondela ve
R þekilli emniyet pimini kullanarak nolu mesnete takýnýz.
3.Kolu çekerek didonu serbet býrakýnýz.Didonu saat ibresi yönünde 180°döndürünüz..
4.Dönme tamamlandýðý zaman kol serbest býrakýldýðýnda blokaj piminin destek pleytindeki deliðe girmesine dikkat
ediniz.
5.Vites kolunu deðiþtiriniz.
6.Vites seçme kolunu tekrar takýnýz ve bunlarý R þekilli emniyet pimleri ile saðlayýnýz.
Warning: When the handle bar is turned 180°, the speed level selection command comes to the reverse position. In
other words, the reverse gear becomes forward speed, two forward speeds (slow and speed) become reverse gears.
1.Remove R-formed safety pins connecting the gear shift lever to the related commanding handles.
2.Take out the control levers by pulling through the related guide rings. Remove the guide ring with number and
attach it to the support with number by using the related washer and the safety pin in the form of R.
3.Release the handle bar by pulling the lever with number . Turn the handle bar 180° clockwise.
4.When turning is completed and the lever is released, pay attention the blockage pin to get into the hole in the
support plate.
5.Change the gear levers.
6.Reattach gear selecting lever using the R-shaped safety pin.
5.2- EKÝPMANLAR/EQUIPMENTS

b.Aþaðýdakileri göz önünde bulundurarak aksesuarlarý taþýyan milin üzerine frezelerin poyrasýný sokun ve bunu
civata ve somun aracýlýðýyla sýkýþtýrýn.

The spindle carrying the accessories is made of a milled profile in order to provide to have the tines or the other
accessories mounted easily. Please perform the mounting process as explained below.
a. Clean thoroughly the spindle (2) carrying the hubs of the tines (1) and the accessories, apply some oil in order to
make the assembly work and later on the removing process easy.
b. Insert the hub of the tines onto the spindle carrying the accessories by taking the following into account and
tighten this by means of the bolt and nut.
- The sharp edge of the knives should be turned towards the front side of the machine.
- While operating on the sandy ground or on the grounds with no stone, mount the tines such that the knives will be
on both sides of the machine and opposite to each other and on the same axle.
- While operating on the stony grounds, mount the tines such that the knives will be on both sides of the machine and
opposite to each other and their tails will not be faced to each other; for this double holes are available at the hub of
the tines.
5.3-TAÞIMA/TRANSPORT
Uygun bir taþýma vasýtasý üzerinde veya bagajda uygun bir þekilde yerleþtirilerek taþýnabilir.Motoru dik taþýyýn.
It can be transported on a suitable means of carriage or in the trunk of a car by being placed conveniently. Carry the
motor upright.

kolay akmasýný ve içerideki tortu ve çözeltinin dýþarý çýkmasýný saðlar.
The processes to be indicated in this section are to be performed in the recommended time intervals. (When it is
Mentioned “hour” it is to be understood as the real working hours.)Please use SAE EP90 oil. Check the oil amount
from the oil level indicator. Do not put more oil than the oil level.
Engine: Please see the motor introduction and the owner's manual.
Air filter: Please see the motor introduction and the owner's manual.Lubricate the below indicated points with
grease once every 50 hours.
1.The pin locking and releasing the handle bar.
2.Tail spindle:Apply some grease to the keyed tail spindle.Fill in the necessary places with grease before
connecting the equipments.
Gear box: Remove the filling plug (1) and check the oil level.The oil level will be near to the upper side of the filling
Plug.
Note: Check the oil level at least after 10 minutes following stop of the motor and while the tractor is in the
horizonta position.
The gear box: Change the oil. Remove the drain plug under the gear box and also the filling plug in order to make
discharging easy and wait for 10 minutes for the oil to be discharged.Attach the lower plug and fill in with the oil
recommended at the “SERVICE” section. Warning- The oil is recommended to be discharged while it is still hot
following a long operating period. When the oil is still hot it ensures easy draining and that the deposit and the
solution to come out.

6.2 MAMULÜN UZUN SÜRE KULLANILMAMASI/ NON-USAGE OF THE PRODUCT FOR ALONG
PERIOD OF TIME
Toprak frezesi uzun süre (bir ay veya daha uzun) çalýþtýrýlmamasý halinde aþaðýdaki önlemlerin alýnmasý önemle
tavsiye edilir.
1.Traktörü özenle yýkayýp temizleyiniz.
2.Traktörün gövdesini kontrol ediniz.Gerekirse paslanmayý önlemek için boyasýný yenileyiniz.
3.Bütün cývatalarý kontrol ederek sýkýnýz.
4.Genel bir yaðlama yapýnýz. (Bak. Bakým Periyodik Yaðlama.)
5.Vites kutusundaki yað seviyesini kontrol ediniz. Gerekirse yað ilave ediniz.
6.Motor tanýtma ve kullanma kýlavuzunda belirtildiði þekilde motoru koruyunuz.
7.Tek akslý traktörü iyi havalandýrýlmýþ ve kuru bir yerde park ediniz.
8.Mümkünse tek akslý traktörü kaldýrýp destekler üzerine oturtunuz. Bu durumda lastiklerdeki hava basýncý yarýya
indirilmelidir.Eðer tek akslý traktörün kaldýrýlarak desteðe alýnmasý mümkün deðilse lastiklere tavsiye edilen
basýnçta hava basýnýz ve aracý zaman zaman hareket ettiriniz. Böylece lastiklerin yere basan yüzeyleri deðiþecektir.
9.Toprak frezesini bir koruyucu örtü ile örtünüz.Su geçirmeyen örtü (plastik veya muþamba gibi)
kullanmayýnýz.Bunlar nemi tutarak paslanmaya sebep olurlar.
It is recommended that the following measures are taken in the case that the motor-hoe is not used for a long period
of time.
1.Clean the motor-hoe by washing it thoroughly.
2.Check the body of the motor-hoe. If needed renew its paint to prevent corrosion.
3.Tighten all the bolts.
4.Make an overall lubrication.
5.Check the oil level in the gearbox. Add oil if needed.
6.Protect the engine as explained in the engine manual.
7.Park the motor-hoe in a place, which is well air-conditioned and dry.
8.If it is possible, lift the motor-hoe and put it on the supports. In this case the air pressure in the wheels should be
decreased by half of it. If it is not possible to lift it, increase the air pressure in the wheels to the recommended value
and move the machine occasionally. In this way the surfaces, which make contact with the ground will be changed.
9.Cover the motor-hoe with a sheet. Do not use watertight sheet (plastic or nylon). This kind of sheet keeps the
moisture and that results in corrosion.
