INSTRUCTIONS FOR FITMENT
1

This fitment instruction applies to the
2004-2011 corsa clip on tonneau kit
Thank you for choosing our product. Please adhere to these instructions as closely as possible. Always ensure all safety
equipment is used and that a safe working environment is established.
1) Check that contents are the same as above.
2) Unscrew two outside screws under window and attach
front rail with cover attached and screw back using same
screws just removed.
3) Attach plastic bracket onto side.
4) Remove first screw holding tie down hook at
front. Replace with longest screw in kit.
5) Push bracket onto long screw as shown. Rest side
brackets on top edge and using small black screws
and nut attaché bracket to side rail.
6) Push small aluminium into black plastic piece
protruding from rail fitted under window.
7) Using your foot push the aluminium rail so that
the hole lines up with the the hole where the long
screw has been pushed through. Use nut to hold.
8)Unscrew the rest of the screws holding the hooks.

Once fitted the cover should fit tight and secure. Check that the elastic is pulled tight and that the support brace is
inserted and working correctly. Only use a mild soap when cleaning your cover.

9) Push back rail into side rails, resting on
tailgate. Use 2 screw pins to hold in place.

WARRENTY: THE STITCHING IS GUARENTEED FOR 6 MONTHS. PLEASE ONLY USE SUNLIGHT DISH SOAP TO
WASH THE COVER AND DUBBIN TO POLISH. ALL CAR WASH PRODUCTS AND POLISHES SHOULD NOT BE
USED ON TONNEAU COVER, AS WELL AS HIGH PREASSURE HOSES AND BRUSHES.
