Schneiden von rohem oder gebratenem Fleisch ohne Knochen oder eventuell Brot
geeignet. Wenn Sie gefrorene Nahrungsmittel schneiden möchten, benutzen Sie nur
spezielle Klingen.
Dieses Gerät ist nicht zum dauerhaften Gebrauch bzw. zur Verarbeitung großer Mengen
geeignet. Es ist kein professionelles Gerät. Daher sollten Sie regelmäßige Pausen einlegen.
Siehe hierzu Abschnitt „Betriebsdauer“ der Gebrauchsanleitung.
Die Klingen sind sehr scharf. Geben Sie besonders acht beim Reinigen des Gerätes.
Sie sollten das Gerät sauber halten, da es in direktem Kontakt mit Nahrungsmitteln ist.
Ziehen Sie den Stecker aus der Steckdose, bevor Sie das Gerät reinigen.
Berühren Sie niemals die Klingen, wenn das Gerät eingeschaltet ist oder greifen Sie
niemals in das Messer, um es anzuhalten.

BETRIEBSDAUER
Dieses Gerät ist nicht für den Dauerbetrieb geeignet. Die auf dem Typenschild angegebene
Betriebsdauer darf nicht überschritten werden. Bei Nichtbeachtung kann der Motor
beschädigt werden. Richten Sie sich bitte nach dem Typenschild, auf dem die optimale
Betriebsdauer angegeben ist (KB xx min wobei xx die maximale Betriebsdauer ist). Die Pausen
sollten mindestens 10 Minuten betragen.
GEBRAUCH
•Während des Montierens der Messerklingen darf Ihr Gerät nicht am Netz angeschlossen
sein. Verletzungsgefahr! Nehmen Sie die Klingen aus der Schutzhülle (siehe Abb. 1) Fassen
Sie die Klingen mit dem Daumen und Zeigefinger so an, dass die Schneiden nach unten
zeigen, drücken Sie die Enden der Klingen in die vorgesehene Öffnung, bis sie deutlich
hörbar einrasten und ein Blockierungseffekt eintritt (siehe Abb. 2).
•Schließen Sie das Gerät ans Netz an und drücken Sie den Ein-/Ausschalter (siehe Abb. 3).
Jetzt können Sie mit dem Schneiden beginnen. Halten Sie Ihr Elektromesser immer ruhig,
da die Hin- und Herbewegung des Messers, die Sie von der konventionellen Handhabung
her kennen, jetzt automatisch erfolgt. Das Schneiden geschieht mühelos und ohne
Kraftaufwand. Natürlich können Sie mit Ihrem Elektromesser gerade oder auch schräg
schneiden, ganz nach Bedarf.
Achtung: Versuchen Sie niemals Gefrorenes oder Knochen zu schneiden! Dafür ist das
Messer nicht geeignet.
•Nach Beendigung des Schneidevorganges lassen Sie den Knopf wieder los und ziehen Sie
den Netzstecker. Danach drücken Sie die Auswurftaste und die Klingen lassen sich einfach
herausnehmen (siehe Abb. 4).
REINIGUNG
•Die Klingen sind aus Edelstahl und lassen sich deshalb leicht in warmem Seifenwasser
reinigen.
•Wollen Sie die Klingen einzeln reinigen, so schieben Sie die Klingen mit dem Führungsschlitz
nach oben, bis sie sich über dem Metallstift abheben lassen (siehe Abb. 5).
•Beim Zusammenmontieren verfahren Sie umgekehrt.
•Die Klingen bedürfen sonst keiner besonderen Wartung.
•Ein Nachschleifen erübrigt sich, da die Klingen durch die ständige gegenseitige Reibung
immer scharf bleiben. Nach der Reinigung bewahren Sie bitte die Klingen in der
Schutzhülle auf.
•Das Gerät selbst reinigen Sie am besten mit einem leicht angefeuchteten Tuch und
trocknen es danach ab.
•Halten Sie es niemals unter laufendes Wasser oder tauchen Sie es niemals in Wasser oder
andere Flüssigkeiten!

IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
Please read these instructions carefully before using the appliance.
Important: People (including children) who are not able to use the appliance in a safe way,
due to their physical, sensorial or mental capacity or their lack of experience or knowledge,
must never use the appliance except if they are supervised by a person responsible for their
safety or if they previously received instructions concerning the safe use of the appliance.
Close supervision is necessary to prevent children from using the appliance as a toy.
Check that your mains voltage corresponds to that stated on the appliance.
Never leave the appliance unsupervised when in use.
From time to time check the appliance and its cord for damages. Never use the
appliance if cord or appliance shows any signs of damage. All repairs should be made by
a competent qualified electrician(*).
Only use the appliance for domestic purposes and in the way indicated in these
instructions.
Never immerse the appliance in water or any other liquid for any reason whatsoever.
Never place it into the dishwasher.
Before cleaning or storing, always unplug the appliance from the power supply.
Never use the appliance near hot surfaces.
Always unplug the appliance from the power supply when it is not in use, especially if you
leave the appliance unsupervised or if you assemble or disassemble it and before
cleaning it.
Never use the appliance outside and always place it in a dry environment.
Never use accessories that are not recommended by the producer. They could constitute
a danger to the user and risk to damage the appliance.
Never move the appliance by pulling the cord. Make sure the cord cannot get caught in
any way. Do not wind the cord around the appliance and do not bend it.
Only use this appliance for cooking applications. It is only designed to cut row or cooked
boned meat or possibly bread. If you wish to cut frozen food, use exclusively special
blades.
This kind of appliance cannot function continuously; it is not a professional type of
appliance. It is necessary to make temporary stops. Check the section « Important
information » in the instruction manual.
The blade of this appliance is extremely sharp, always be very careful when cleaning the
appliance.
It is absolutely necessary to keep this appliance clean at all times as it comes into direct
contact with food.
Make sure the appliance is unplugged before inserting the blades or removing and
cleaning them.
Never touch the blade when the appliance is in use. Furthermore, never try to stop the
movement of the blade in any way whatsoever.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
This appliance is not for professional use. You should follow the requested breaks. Failure to
follow this instruction carefully may result in damage to the motor. Please refer to the rating
label for the maximum continuous usage time (KB xx min where xx is the maximum usage time).
The breaks should last at least 10 minutes.
USE
•Caution: Make sure that the appliance is unplugged when attaching the blades. Remove
the blades from the protecting covering (cf. Fig. 1). Hold on to the blades with the thumb
and forefinger in such a way that the cutting edges face downwards; then press the
back-ends of the blades into the opening provided for that purpose until they lock into
place (cf. Fig. 2).
•Plug in your appliance and press the on/off switch (cf. Fig. 3). Now the appliance is ready
for use. Do not use a cutting motion, simply hold the knife gently in place; it will do the
cutting automatically. Cutting takes place smoothly and without effort. With your electric
knife you can cut as needed either vertically or on a slant.
Caution: Do not use your knife for cutting bones or frozen food. It is not meant for this
purpose.
•When you have finished using your electric knife, release the button and pull out the plug.
Then press the eject button. The blades can now be easily removed. (cf. Fig. 4).
CLEANING
•The blades are made of stainless steel and can therefore be cleaned easily.
•We advise you to use warn soapy water. If you want to clean the individual blades, do so
by pushing the blades along the groove upwards until they can be removed from the
holding pin (cf. Fig. 5). To mount, reverse the process.
•The blades need no special maintenance.
•Sharpening is not necessary as the blades are self-sharpening due to the permanent
friction of the blades during use.
•After cleaning place the blades in the protective covering and store away.
•In order to clean the appliance itself use a damp cloth and dry afterwards.
•Never hold it under running water nor immerse in water or any other liquid.
PROTECTION OF THE ENVIRONMENT– DIRECTIVE 2002/96/EC
In order to preserve our environment and protect human health, the waste electrical and
electronic equipment should be disposed of in accordance with specific rules with the
implication of both suppliers and users. For this reason, as indicated by the symbol on the
rating label or on the packaging, your appliance should not be disposed of as unsorted
municipal waste. The user has the right to bring it to a municipal collection point performing
waste recovery by means of reuse, recycling or use for other applications in accordance with
the directive.

INTERVALLES D’UTILISATION
Cet appareil ne peut être utilisé de façon professionnelle. Vous devez respecter les pauses de
fonctionnement. Dans le cas contraire vous risqueriez d’endommager le moteur. Référez-vous
à la plaque signalétique de votre appareil pour connaître la durée maximale d’utilisation
continue (notée KB xx min. où xx est la durée maximale). Les pauses de fonctionnement
doivent durer au moins 10 minutes.
UTILISATION
•Il ne faut pas laisser l'appareil branché pendant le montage des lames. Vous pourriez vous
blesser!
•Prenez les lames qui se trouvent dans l'étui de protection (dessin 1). Tenez les lames entre
le pouce et l'index, la partie tranchante vers le bas, puis enfoncez l'extrémité des lames
dans l'orifice prévu à cet effet. Vous entendrez distinctement un déclic au moment du
blocage des lames (dessin 2).
•Branchez votre appareil et appuyez sur l'interrupteur marche/arrêt (dessin 3). Maintenant
commencez à couper. Tenez votre couteau électrique sans bouger la main, car le
mouvement de va-et-vient habituel du couteau se fait à présent d'une façon
automatique. Vous pouvez couper simplement et sans faire d’effort. Vous pouvez
évidemment tenir votre couteau droit ou incliné, selon vos besoins.
Attention: N'essayez jamais de couper d’os ou d’aliments surgelés. Le couteau n'est pas
conçu pour cela.
•Lorsque vous avez terminé de vous servir de votre couteau, ne poussez plus sur le bouton
et débranchez votre appareil. Ensuite appuyez sur la touche éjection et retirez simplement
les lames (dessin 4).
ENTRETIEN
•Les lames sont en acier inoxydable et par conséquent faciles à nettoyer.
•Le mieux est d'utiliser de l'eau chaude savonneuse.
•Si vous désirez nettoyer les lames séparément, glissez-les vers le haut à l'aide de la fente
de guidage, jusqu'à ce qu'elles s'enlèvent facilement de la cheville métallique (dessin 5).
•Pour les insérer, suivez le procédé inverse.
•Les lames n'ont besoin d'aucun entretien particulier.
•n affûtage n'est pas nécessaire, car les lames, du fait de leur frottement l'une contre
l'autre, restent toujours bien coupantes.
•Après l'entretien, remettez soigneusement les lames dans l'étui de protection.
•L'appareil lui-même se nettoie à l'aide d'un chiffon légèrement humide et essuyez-le.
•Ne trempez jamais l'appareil dans l'eau et ne le mettez jamais en dessous d’un jet d’eau!

capaciteiten, of wegens hun gebrek aan ervaring of kennis, het toestel niet veilig kunnen
gebruiken, mogen dit toestel niet zonder toezicht of instructies van een verantwoordelijke
persoon gebruiken. Hou kinderen goed in het oog om te vermijden dat ze met het toestel
spelen.
Controleer of de netspanning overeenkomt met deze van het toestel vooraleer u het
gebruikt.
Laat uw toestel tijdens het gebruik nooit zonder toezicht.

Dompel het toestel nooit onder in water of in enige andere vloeistof, noch om het te
reinigen, noch om welke andere reden ook. Steek het nooit in een afwasmachine.
Gebruik het toestel niet in de nabijheid van warmtebronnen.
Haal de stekker uit het stopcontact wanneer het toestel niet in gebruik is, vooral indien u
het toestel zonder toezicht laat, indien u het monteert of demonteert of vooraleer u het
toestel reinigt.
Gebruik het toestel niet buiten en berg het op in een droge plaats.
Gebruik geen accessoires die niet door de fabrikant aanbevolen werden. Dit kan het
toestel beschadigen en gevaarlijk zijn voor de gebruiker.
Trek nooit aan het snoer om het toestel te verplaatsen. Zorg dat het elektriciteitssnoer

Schakel het toestel uit als het niet in gebruik is of wanneer u de messen in het toestel steekt
of wanneer u ze eruit haalt.
Gebruik dit mes enkel voor culinaire doeleinden. Dit toestel is enkel ontworpen voor
uitgebeend rauw of gebraden vlees of eventueel brood. Als u diepgevroren voedsel
wenst te snijden, gebruik dan uitsluitend een speciaal lemmet.
Dit soort toestel kan niet constant functioneren. Het is immers geen professioneel toestel.
Las regelmatig pauzes in. Raadpleeg het hoofdstuk “Gebruiksinterval” van de
gebruiksaanwijzing.
Het mes van dit toestel is scherp. Wees voorzichtig bij het hanteren ervan, vooral bij de
reiniging.
Het is noodzakelijk om dit toestel proper te houden vermits het in direct contact komt met
eetwaren.
De stekker dient uit het stopcontact te worden getrokken alvorens de messen te
monteren of demonteren, en dus ook voor de reiniging.
Raak het mes nooit aan als het toestel in werking is, tracht evenmin om op welke manier
ook de beweging van het mes te stoppen.

GEBRUIKSINTERVAL
Dit apparaat mag niet op professionele wijze gebruikt worden. dient de gewenste pauzes
toe te passen. Bij het niet naleven kan de motor beschadigd worden. Gelieve de
signalisatieplaat te raadplegen welke u de optimale gebruiksduur zal aangeven. (KB xx min.
waar xx de maximale gebruiksduur is). De pauzes moeten minstens 10 minuten bedragen.
GEBRUIK
•Tijdens het monteren van de messen mag w apparaat niet aan het stopcontact
aangesloten zijn. Dit in verband met verwondingsgevaar. Neemt de messen uit de
beschermhoes (zie afbeelding 1). Pakt de messen met de duim en wijsvinger zo vast,
dat de snijkant naar onderen wijst, dari drukt de uiteinden van de messen in de
daarvoor bestemde opening totdat duidelijk een klik hoort en de messen geblokkeerd
zijn (zie afbeelding 2).
•Steek de stekker in het stopcontact en druk op de aan/uit schakelaar (zie afbeelding 3).
Nu kunt u beginnen snijden. Hou uw elektirch mes altijd stil, omdat de heen en weer
beweging van het mes nu automatisch gebeurt. Het snijden gebeurt moeiteloos en
zonder veel kracht. Natuurlijk kunt u met uw elektrisch mes ook recht of schuin snijden,
geheel naar behoefte.
Opgelet: gebruik het toestel niet om beenderen of diepgevroren voedsel te snijden. De
messen van het toestel zijn daarvoor niet geschikt.
•Na het snijden, laat de knop weer los en trek de stekker uit het stopcontact. Druk daarna
op de uitwerpknop en de messen laten zich er gemakkelijk uitnemen (zie afbeelding 4).
REINIGEN
•De messen zijn uit roestvrij staal vervaardigd en zijn daarom gemakkelijk te reinigen.
•Het best geschikt hiervoor is een warm zeepsopje.
•Indien u de messen afzonderlijk wilt schoonmaken, schuif dan de gleuf naar voren, totdat
de messen over de metalen stift glijden (zie afbeelding. 5).
•Het in elkaar zetten gebeurt in omgekeerde volgorde.
•De messen behoeven geen bijzonder onderhoud.
•Slijpen is niet nodig, omdat de messen door de permanente onderlinge wrijving altijd
scherp blijven. Berg de messen na het schoonmaken altijd in de beschermhoes op.
•Het apparaat zelf kunt u het best met een vochtige doek reinigen en droog het daarna
af.
•Hou het nooit onder een lopende kraan en dompel het niet onder in water of andere
vloeistoffen.
MILIEUBESCHERMING – RICHTLIJN 2002/96/EG
Om ons milieu en onze gezondheid te beschermen, moet afgedankte elektrische en
elektronische apparatuur in overeenstemming met welbepaalde regels weggegooid worden.
Dit vergt zowel de inzet van de leveranciers als van de gebruikers. Daarom mag uw apparaat,
zoals op het typeplaatje of op de verpakking aangegeven door het symbool , niet met

CONSEJOS DE SEGURIDAD
Lea detenidamente el modo de empleo antes de utilizar el aparato.
Importante: Las personas (incluidos niños) con incapacidades físicas, sensoriales o mentales, o
sin experiencia o conocimiento nunca deben utilizar el aparato, salvo si están bajo la
vigilancia de una persona responsable de su seguridad o si recibieron previamente

TIEMPO DE UTILIZACIÓN
Para una utilización óptima de su aparato y evitar el deterioro de su motor, controle el tiempo
de utilización continuada máxima indicada en la placa de características. (KB xx min. donde
xx es el duración máxima). Pausa de utilización: 10 minutos.
UTILIZACIÓN
•Mientras efectúa el montaje de las cuchillas no debe tener enchufado el aparato.
¡Peligro de accidente! Saque las cuchillas de la funda protectora (véase fig. 1) y sujételas
con el pulgar y el índice, procurando que el filo de la cuchilla quede hacia abajo; a
continuación, introduzca las cuchillas en el orificio previsto para tal fin, hasta oír un "clic",
indicando el bloqueo (véase fig. 2).
•Conecte el aparato a la red y, manteniendo pulsado el botón del interruptor (véase fig.
3), podrá comenzar a trabajar con el cuchillo. Manténgalo inmóvil mientras está
cortando, pues el movimiento de vaivén que antes se hacia con la mano - se realiza
ahora automáticamente. De este modo se le hará muy cómodo el cortar y no es
necesario hacer fuerza alguna. Con el cuchillo eléctrico, naturalmente, también puede
dar cortes rectos u oblicuos, según lo crea conveniente.
Atención: No intente nunca cortar huesos o alimentos congelados. Las cuchillas no estan
previstas para ello.
•Cuando haya terminado de trinchar, deje de pulsar el botón de funcionamiento y
desenchufe el cable del aparato de la red. A continuación presione la tecla de
desprender para poder sacar facilmente las cuchillas (véase fig. 4).
LIMPIEZA
•La limpieza de las cuchillas es muy fácil de hacer por ser éstas de acero inoxidable.
•Lo mejor para ello es una mezcla de agua caliente con jabón.
•Si desea limpiar las cuchillas por separado, deslice una de las cuchillas hasta que la
espiga metálica se encuentre enfrente de la parte más ancha de la ranura (véase fig. 5)
y separe las dos cuchillas.
•Para juntarlas, proceda de modo inverso.
•na limpieza especial de las mismas no es necesaria, ni tampoco un afilado posterior ya
que éstas se autoafilan debido al roce continuo de unas con otras.
•Concluida la limpieza guárdense en la funda protectora.
•Por lo que al aparato se refiere, límpielo con un paño ligeramente humedecido y
séquelo; nunca lo mantenga bajo agua corriente y, por lo tanto, tampoco lo sumerja en
ella.
PROTECCIÓN DEL MEDIO AMBIENTE –DIRECTIVA 2002/96/CE
Para poder preservar nuestro medio ambiente y proteger la salud humana, los residuos
eléctricos y equipos electrónicos deberían ser destruidos de acuerdo con unas normas
especificas con la implicación de ambos proveedores y consumidores. Por esta razón, como
indica el símbolo en la placa de datos técnicos, su aparato no debería ser tirado en un
contenedor municipal sino que debería ser devuelto a la tienda, o dejado en un punto de
recolección para ser reciclado o usado para otras aplicaciones conforme a la directiva.

PARA A SUA SEGURANÇA
Antes de utilizar o aparelho leia com sentido de responsabilidade as instruções de
funcionamento.
Importante: As pessoas (incluídas as crianças) com incapacidades físicas, sensoriais ou
mentais, ou sem experiência ou conhecimento não devem utilizar o aparelho excepto se
estiverem vigiadas por uma pessoa responsável pela sua segurança ou se receberam
previamente instruções relativas ao uso seguro do aparelho.
Convém vigiar as crianças para que elas não brinquem com o aparelho.
Antes de ligar a ficha do cabo da alimentação à tomada eléctrica certifique-se que esta
é igual à indicada na placa sinalética do aparelho.
Mantenha o aparelho sob vigilância quando em funcionamento.
Verifique com regularidade o estado do aparelho e em caso de danos leve-o a um
serviço técnico competente (*) para o analisar e reparar. Se o cabo da alimentação
estiver danificado este tem de ser obrigatoriamente substituído pelo que deve levar o
aparelho a um serviço técnico competente(*).
O aparelho destina-se ao uso doméstico e tem de respeitar as instruções de utilização.
O aparelho nunca deve ser mergulhado na água ou em qualquer outro líquido seja para
a limpeza ou por qualquer outra razão. Nunca meta o aparelho na máquina de lavar
louça.
Não ponha o aparelho próximo de fontes de calor.
Retire a ficha do cabo da alimentação da tomada eléctrica, logo que não precise do
aparelho e para montar, desmontar ou limpar o aparelho.
O aparelho não deve ser utilizado ao ar livre e deve ser guardado em locais secos.

O aparelho destina-se ao uso para preparações culinárias. Este aparelho foi concebido
apenas para cortar carne crua ou cozida desossada ou quanto muito pão. Se quiser
cortar alimentos congelados, utilize apenas lamas especiais.
Este aparelho não pode funcionar de forma continua. Não é um aparelho de tipo
profissional. É necessário respeitar as pausas de funcionamento. Veja o parágrafo "Pausas
na utilização" do manual das instruções.
Na limpeza tenha cuidado com a lâmina que é muito afiada e evite acidentes.
Após cada utilização o aparelho tem de ser limpo já que está em contacto directo com
alimentos.
A limpeza e a colocação das laminas são operações feitas com a ficha do cabo da
alimentação retirada da tomada eléctrica.
Sempre que o aparelho esteja a funcionar nunca toque na lamina em nenhuma
circunstancia e não tente parar o movimento da lâmina.

PAUSAS NA UTILIZAÇÃO
O aparelho só funciona com pausas. O não respeito por esta condição de utilização, pode
levar á danificação do motor. Cumpra a indicação inscrita na placa sinalética onde
encontra o tempo máximo do funcionamento continuo (atenção que KB xx minutos é o
tempo máximo). Pausas : 10 minutos.
UTILIZAÇÃO
•Nunca introduza ou retire as lâminas com a ficha do cabo da alimentaçãi ligada á
tomada eléctrica. Evite feridas!
•Tire as lâminas do estojo de protecção (fig.1). Mantenha-as entre o pulegar e o
indicador, com o fio das lâminas para baixo e introduza a extremidade das lâminas no
orificio previsto para este efeito. Empurre as duas lâminas no orificio (fig. 2), até oiir um
som seco indicando o bloqueio das lâminas.
•Ligue a ficha do cabo da alimentação á tomada eléctrica e carregue no botão de
funcionamento (fig. 3). Pode começar a cortar. Conduza a faca, não sendo necessário
aplicar nenhuma pressão. Pode cortar facilmente e sem esforço. Excuta o corte
mantendo a faca direita ou oblíqua, de modo que mais lhe convém.
Atenção: Nãotente cortar ossos ou alimentos congelados. A faca não está concebida
para isso.
•Depois do uso, deixe de pressionar o botão de funcionamento e retire a ficha do cabo
de alimentação da tomada eléctrica. Carregue no botão para libertar as lâminas a
retire-as (Fig. 4).
LIMPEZA
•As lâminas são fáceis de limpar já que são em aço inoxidável.
•Aconselhamos utilizar água em sabonária.
•Se quiser limpar as lâminas separadamente, deslize uma das lâminas até a saliência
metálica ficar na parte mais ancha da ranhura e separe as lâminas (fig. 5).
•Para juntá-las, proceda de modo contrário.
•As lâminas não devem ser limpas de uma forma particular.
•Não é necessário afiar as lâminas, já que, com a fricção duma contra a outra, ficam
sempre bem cortantes.
•Depois da limpeza, volte a arrumar as lâminas no estojo de protecção.
•Limpe o corpo do aparelho com um pano ligeiramente humedecido e seque-o.
•Nunca mergulhe o aparelho na água e não o coloque por baixo da água!

Para a preservação do ambiente e da nossa saúde, a eliminação no fim da vida útil dos
aparelhos eléctricos e electrónicos, deve-se efectuar no cumprimento das legislações em

que o vosso aparelho tem na placa sinalética o simbolo , informando que em caso

AVVERTENZE
Vi invitiamo a leggere attentamente le istruzioni prima di utilizzare l’apparecchio.
Importante: Le persone (inclusi i bambini) che non sono capaci di utilizzare l’apparecchio, sia

impigliarsi per evitare eventuali cadute dell'apparecchio. Non avvolgere il cavo intorno
all’apparecchio e non storcerlo.
Staccare la spina dalla presa di corrente se l'apparecchio non è in funzione o per inserire
o ritirare le lame.

INTERVALLI D’UTILIZZO
Quest’apparecchio non può essere utilizzato in maniera professionale. E' obbligatorio
effettuare delle pause durante il funzionamento. Se non si rispetta questa precauzione il
motore potrebbe essere danneggiato. Verificare sulla targa dati dell’apparecchio la durata
massima d’utilizzo continuo (KB xx min dove xx è la durata massima). Le pause devono durare
almeno 10 minuti.
USO
•Staccare sempre la spina dalla presa di corrente per montare le lame. Non ferirsi!
•Tirare le lame fuori dall'astuccio di protezione (fig. 1). Tenere le lame tra il pollice e l'indice
avendo i bordi taglienti seghettati delle lame rivolti verso il basso. Spingere le due lame
nella fenditura fino a quando non si sente lo scatto di bloccaggio di entrambe (figura 2).
•Collegare la spina alla presa di corrente e premere l'interruttore acceso/spento (fig. 3).
Adesso è possibile cominciare a tagliare. Tenere ben saldo l’apparecchio, senza
muoverlo, poichè il classico movimento in avanti e indietro della lama è automatico: si
può quindi tagliare facilmente e senza fatica. E’ possibile tenere il coltello diritto o
inclinato, secondo la necessità.
Attenzione: Non usare il coltello per tagliare ossa e alimenti surgelati, non é concepito per
questo scopo.
•Al termine dell'uso dell’apparecchio, rilasciare l'interruttore acceso/spento e staccare la
spina dalla presa di corrente. Poi premere il pulsante di rilascio (4) e togliere le lame (fig.
4).
PULIZIA E MANUTENZIONE
•Le lame sono in acciaio inossidabile e facili da pulire.
•Il modo migliore è usare acqua calda e sapone per stoviglie.
•Se si desidera lavare le lame separatamente, fare scorrere una delle lame finché la
punta metallica si trovi nella parte più larga della ranura e separare le due lame (fig. 5).
•Per assemblarle, procedere in maniera opposta.
•Le lame non hanno bisogno di alcuna manutenzione particolare.
•Non è necessario affilare le lame poichè la loro frizione continua fa sí che rimangano
costantemente affilate.
•Dopo la pulizia, rimettere le lame nel loro astuccio di protezione.
•Il corpo motore si pulisce grazie ad un panno morbido leggermente umido ed
asciugandolo poi con cura.
•Mai immergere l’apparecchio in acqua.

Per preservare l'ambiente e la nostra salute, l'eliminazione dei vecchi apparecchi elettrici e
elettronici non più utilizzati, va fatta secondo la direttiva sopra citata che impone l'obbligo al
costruttore, al commerciante e a l'utilizzatore di consegnare gli apparecchi ai centri di
raccolta specializzati, i quali saranno in grado di smaltire e riciclare i vecchi prodotti come la
legge prescrive.
Per questa ragione troverete apposto sulla etichetta segnaletica il simbolo che indica di
non gettare il vecchio apparecchio non più utilizzato, in pattumiera o nel cassonetto delle
immondizie.
Per eliminare il vecchio apparecchio non più utilizzato, potete consegnarlo al rivenditore il
cambio di quello nuovo acquistato, o direttamente nei centri di raccolta specializzati messi a
disposizione dal vostro comune di residenza
