To couple the two modules, it is necessary to open the clips on
the side of the WATERBOX, then place the COILBOX on top,
making sure that the legs fit into the corresponding holes.
Coupling the COILBOX to the WATERBOX:
1
operating instructions
The COILBOX equipment consists of two separate parts: the COILBOX itself and the WATER-
BOX.
COILBOX: This is a module for the injection of a chemical product and water for rinsing,
which has a connection for mains water.
WATERBOX: This is a module with a water tank, it provides water to the COILBOX
if there is no mains water available.
Steps for a correct COILBOX installation:
Then close the side clips so that the equipment is thoroughly
clamped.
It is important to remember that when the machine is to be
used without mains water, the tank must be full before cou-
pling the modules. See "filling the WATERBOX" in section 3.

As we said above, the battery powers the machine when it is switched on without mains power. When this
happens, the battery display is active. When you first press the control panel button, the display shows the
battery charge level. After a second press, the display shows the battery voltage. A third press turns the
display off.

Connecting to the mains or using the battery:
2
The COILBOX has a removable battery. It powers the equipment when it is switched on without mains
power. When the equipment is connected to the mains, the battery charges. The battery lasts for more than
35 minutes of continuous use.
Next, how to connect to the mains and how to use the battery.
The connection is done using the electrical connection cable that
comes with the machine. This cable has a standard mains plug
and a special power connector for the machine. Connect the
cable to the mains and then connect it to your COILBOX. The
connection to your COILBOX is done by turning the connector
clockwise as shown in the figure.
Connection to mains power:
Using the battery:
To remove the battery, you have to press the plate so it can fold
down and give access to the battery.

slide free. Now you can lift out the battery.
operating instructions
To reinstall the battery, you must position it so that it snaps into
place, and push it until it is properly locked in place.

Connection to mains water outlet:
3
If using a mains water supply: only connect the hose to a water
supply with a minimum pressure of 2 bar. There are adapters
for various taps that are offered as optional accessories. Con-
nect the hose to your COILBOX water inlet connector.
If using the WATERBOX, connect the water hose to your COIL-
BOX. Follow the WATERBOX filling instructions before coupling
the COILBOX and the WATERBOX.
The COILBOX equipment has two options for water intake. It can be used with a mains water connection or
with the tank called WATERBOX. With either option it is necessary to connect the COILBOX water inlet hose.
There are adapters for various taps that are offered as optional accessories.
The temperature of the mains water at the inlet
must not be higher than 80oC. If the input temper-
ature is higher than 80oC, it may cause internal
damage to the equipment.
To fill the WATERBOX tank, unscrew the WATERBOX cap an-
ti-clockwise, as shown in the figure.
After filling the tank, refit the cap by turning it clockwise.
Now you can couple the COILBOX and the WATERBOX.
The tank can hold enough water for 7 minutes of continuous
rinsing.
Filling the WATERBOX:

Connection of the chemical:
4
Remove the cut-out from the Bag in Box’s box where the chem-
ical nozzle will come out.
Remove the nozzle cap from the Bag in Box as shown in the
figure.
Failure to remove this cap when making the con-
nection between the Bag in Box and your COIL-
BOX will result in damage to the machine.

Cleaning of air conditioning coils
coilbox 19-33
Press the machine inlet connector against the chemical outlet
nozzle until you hear a "CLIC" that ensures a proper connection.
Put the Bag in Box into the compartment as shown in the figure.
Handle the box using the side handles.
The first time a COILNET is connected to your COIL-
BOX, it will take a few minutes until the chemical starts
to draw, as all the excess air has to be sucked out to
create a vacuum. Once the vacuum has been created,
the chemical will be drawn in continuously.
