
TROUBLESHOOTING
• Check the food bucket has available food.
• If the food bucket is not empty, check if the outlet
is blocked. Clean or unblock if necessary
(please power off the device during cleaning).
• Check the Pet Feeder is paired with the App and
then check the Wi-Fi connection it is connected to.
Why is the food not dispensing?
• Check your Wi-Fi username and password
are correct.
• Make sure you are only using a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi
connection as the 5GHz band is not supported.
The Pet Feeder is not connecting
to the App.
