Why is the water not dispensing when
pressing the dispense button?
• Check the water bucket has available water.
• If the water bucket is not empty check if the
outlet is blocked or damaged.
Clean or unblock if necessary.
• Check the connection with the APP.
The device is not connecting to the APP
• Check your Wifi username and password are
correct and you are only using 2.4Ghz WiFi
connections as the 5Ghz band is not supported.

It is recommended to change the water once every 3-4 days to prevent poor water quality
Remove the water tank
cover and clean
Remove the filter and
groove carefully
Clean the filter groove
and remove dirt
Clean the pump Clean inside of the water
tank and dry outside
When the filter slot is
replaced by the top
cover, check whether
the bayonet is closed
