SETUP & MANUAL TREAT BUTTON
1. Tap to manually dispense treat.
2. Press and hold approx 8 seconds to reset the device
and put into pairing mode.
INDICATOR LIGHT
1. Slow blinking GREEN light – Pairing mode.
2. Fast blinking GREEN light – Connecting to the network.
3. Solid GREEN light – Device is ON and network connected.
4. Slow blinking RED light – No treats in the bucket or
dispenser is blocked.

Why is the treat not dispensing when
pressing the Feed or Manual Treat button?
• Check the treat bucket has available treats.
• If the treat bucket is not empty check if the
outlet is blocked or damaged. Clean or
unblock if necessary (please power off during
cleaning/unblocking).
• Check the connection with the APP.
The device is not connecting
to the APP
• Check your Wifi username and password are
correct and you are only using 2.4Ghz Wifi
connections as the 5Ghz band is not supported.
