With your CleanyTeeth ultrasound starter kit you
achieve the most effective dental hygiene for
your dog at home.
Cleany Teeth cleans your dog’s teeth and gums
and protects from caries and inflammation in the
gums. Cleaning is performed by ultrasound and a
compatible cleaning gel. Ultrasound waves create a gentle air vibra-
tion. Every second, one million air oscillations flow through the bristles
and the foam (created by the tooth brush gel). They can reach any-
where in the oral cavity; this means that ultrasound penetrates the
gum tissue.
Ultrasound reaches the smallest spaces, crevices, cracks and gaps and
cleans where conventional toothbrush bristles cannot reach. Ultra-
sound cleans without brush movement – thus it is extremely gentle
and beneficial for sensitive teeth and gums. The enamel is especially
protected against abrasion and the gums protected against irritation.
Medical studies conducted over several decades prove the antibacte-
rial effect of ultrasound waves. Cleany Teeth was developed by Ger-
man engineers and dentists and is manufactured in Germany.

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS  ATTENTION
The Cleany Teeth device is an electronic device.
Please pay attention to these instructions:
• Only use the device for the purpose described in this manual.
• The sole purpose of this device is to clean teeth, gums and tongue.
Techmira AG accepts no liability for any damage that may occur in
the event of improper use, and no liability is assumed for any
damage that may occur. Guarantee for faultless and functional
work of the components or the complete device.
• In particular, never place or use the device on the eye, ear,
adam apple or in the nostrils.
• The Cleany Teeth toothbrush is a personal hygiene device. The use
is designed in such a way that one person changes the brush
heads at intervals of approximately three months. A daily change
of brush heads for different persons in the household would pos-
sibly wear the toothbrush head more.
• If pain and / or bleeding (which are excessive or last longer than
1 week), irritation and / or discomfort or the like of the gums / teeth
should occur in connection with the use of this device, stop

device, please contact your doctor or the manufacturer of the pace-
maker.
• This device is not intended for use by persons (including chil-
dren) with impaired physical, sensory or mental abilities or for lack
of experience and/or knowledge, unless they are supervised by a
person responsible for their safety or have received instructions
from them on how to use the device.
• Always hold the device firmly in your hand, as a fall to the ground
can damage the device.
• Proper operation: The complete appliance may and should be held
directly under running water for rinsing after use, so that it is
rinsed off and shaken off immediately afterwards carefully from
the residual water so that the toothbrush (especially the brush
head) does not hit other objects.
• Do not place the unit in direct sunlight or on radiators.
• The device may only be operated indoors and at room tempera-
ture. Do not use the device outdoors or near hot surfaces, or keep
the device away from hot surfaces during daily and long-term
storage and when charging the battery/rechargeable battery.
• Keep the device on a dry and non-slip surface for daily and long-
term storage and always when charging the battery/rechargeable
battery. Please make sure that the toothbrush does not fall into
water-filled containers (e.g. bathtub, shower cubicle, washbasin) or
onto the hard floor (down). Please do not use the toothbrush in
the shower.
• Do not use flammable or aggressive chemicals and/or substances
(e.g. acids) to clean the unit itself (only externally). Only mild clean-
ing agents are used.
• Splash water protection: The device complies with IP43 class.

With Cleany Teeth, ultrasound has a broad range of action(wide-space
effect) . The width of the effective area clearly exceeds the actualbris -
tle area (3 times wider than the brush head and radiates the
ultrasound in ellipsoid-like, three-dimensional form, whose effective
length is about 65 - 70 mm. Cleany Teeth cleans much faster than oth-
er toothbrushes.
WARRANTY AND DISPOSAL
The Cleany Teeth device is covered by a warranty of 24 months after
purchase. If the unit does not function properly, please contact

or inspection.
Never open the device, as this could damage the electronics and the
warranty expires. Consult with a Cleany Teeth employee if you have
any questions.
Your Cleany Teeth has been developed and manufactured
from high-quality materials and the best components that
can be recycled.
If the symbol of a crossed-out wheeled waste bin is at-
tached to a product, the product falls under the European
Directive 2012 / 19 / EU. Please inform yourself about the
local collection points for electrical and electronic products.
Follow local regulations and dispose of your old cosmetic
products with normal household waste. Correct disposal
helps to avoid possible negative effects on the environ-
ment and human health.
Your Cleany Teeth ultrasound device contains batteries that
must be disposed of in accordance with the European
Directive 2013 / 56 / EU.
They must not be disposed of with normal household
waste. Please dispose of the device including the battery in
accordance with local regulations for the disposal of
small electrical appliances. Correct disposal helps to avoid
negative effects on the environment and health.

1. Turn on the unit (press the ON switch
twice in rapid succession in order to
activate silent vibration-free mode);
one click = vibration-mode
two clicks = silent mode
2. Disinfection and moistening
of the brush head and neck
To disinfect the brush, switch on the
device and rinse under slowly running
water for about 3 seconds. Ultrasound
has a disinfecting effect.
3. Use ultrasound tooth brush gel
Apply about one centimeter/half-inch
of the ultrasound toothbrush gel to the
brush head. The special ultrasound gel
supports ultrasound by forming billions
of tiny bubbles that destroy and
remove bacteria with other deposits.
4. Distribute gel onto tooth surfaces
(front, back and chewing surface)
before you start the actual cleaning.
Cleaning times:
2-3 seconds per tooth

5. Tooth Cleaning
With the device running, place the
brush head on each tooth surface for
2-3 seconds to clean them (front and
back, chewing surface), then move to
the next tooth. Do not apply pressure
to the teeth with the brush head.
You should moisten the brush head or
the dog’s mouth, because water assists
the transmission of ultrasound.
Repeat the steps until all teeth have
been cleaned. If you want to brush,
that is no problem. With a single brush
head you will be able to finish in 60
seconds and with a three-sided brush
head in 30 seconds.
Foam between the bristles is perfect
for ultrasound transmission and thus
for cleaning results.
Cleaning the tongue: Simply place the
brush head in the centre of the tongue
for 3 seconds.
6. Rinse, disinfect and
switch off the device.
After cleaning, give the dog some wa-
ter to drink. To disinfect your the brush,
hold brush head under slowly running
water for 3 seconds with the device
running. Then switch off the unit.

USING CLEANY TEETH FOR THE FIRST TIME
The Cleany Teeth toothbrush is intended for your dog, in the case of several
dogs we recommend the purchase of one device per dog for hygienic reasons.
The brush heads and neck are designed so that they should be changed every
three months. It is not intended to change the head constantly – this would
eventually weaken the neck.
The Cleany Teeth’s battery has been pre-charged at the factory, so you can use
the device immediately out of the box.
Charging the CleanyTeeth ultrasound unit
To charge the Cleany Teeth device, connect it with the charging cable to any USB
charger. You can use the charger of your smartphone (e.g. iPhone, iPad or An-
droid) or the USB output of your laptop computer.
When charging, the yellow LED flickers on and off. As soon as the battery is
fully charged, the green LED lights up permanently as long as the micro-USB
plug of the charger is connected to the charging socket of the toothbrush (see
pages 15 and 17).
Switching the unit on and off
Press the on/off switch once to turn on the unit (in vibration mode), press the
ON/OF switch twice rapidly to enable the vibration-free mode of Cleany Teeth
The blue LED light goes on; it indicates that the device is on and working
correctly (= ultrasound is generated). The hand piece starts to vibrate.
For safety reasons, the unit switches itself off after three minutes. You can turn
it on again for another three minutes.
• Press the switch again to deactivate the device.
• If the yellow LED flashes, you should charge the Clea-
nyTeeth to continue using it.
• Blue light signals that ultrasound is generated.
• Timer: The device signals the cleaning time after 60 and
120 seconds by vibration and LED signals.

CHARGING VIA USB PORT
Almost all chargers / power supplies of mobile phones and smart-
phones (e.g. iPhone or Android) and tablet computers with micro USB are
suitable..
The charger / power supply must have an output voltage of 5 volts DC and
be able to supply 1 ampere (1A) or more current. For your own safety,
make sure that the charger/power supply used complies with the SELV
standard (indicated by the printed symbols or ) other than the
above, must NOT be used.

HOW DO I CHARGE THE BATTERIES?

The water-proof base must be removed to gain

base, your hands and the complete handpiece
should be dry.

Cleans gently and thoroughly with billions of nano bubbles. Techmira’s re-
search team has perfected tooth cleaning with its symbiotic Cleany Teeth
tooth brush gel. This gel differs from normal toothpaste, because it doesn’t
contain any abrasive particles. These particles are not required for cleaning
with ultrasound. The lack of abrasives prevents abrasion of the tooth enam-
el during cleaning. This is a big problem when brushing with electric rotating
sonic toothbrushes (known as over-brushing): brushing too long and too
strong with too much pressure. Over time, the bristles rub the enamel off
the teeth and irritate the gums with each use. Enamle doesn’t grow back.
The use of the specially formulated CleanyTeeth tooth brush gel is essential
for a perfect cleaning. Conventional toothpaste does not produce any of the
nano bubbles. Special active ingredients in Techmira’s formula ensure opti-
mal ultrasound transmission. As soon as ultrasound hits the foam in the
mouth, billions of nano bubbles are produced every millisecond. The bubbles
cavitate and implode. They are extremely agile and reach everywhere in the
