first use. NOTE: Charge the battery of the device every 2–3 month if it is
not used!

Use of the device
→Charging
Before first use, connect the USB port of the charging cable to the
TX-112. Then connect the USB port of the charging cable to the
USB port of an AC adapter* (*not included) or to the USB port of a
computer. During charging the yellow LED is flashing. When it is
fully charged, yellow LED will steady on.
Note: the camera is provided with the built-in hi-capacity lithium
battery. The battery has no memory effect and can be charged at
anytime, but it has to be charged fully after having been used up for
the first five times of charging so as to activate the maximum
capacity of the battery and obtain the standard operating time.
→Internal storage
Since the TX-112 uses a built-in memory card (MicroSD), it is not
recommended to remove or replace other memory cards.
→Before Operating video, audio, photo or data transfer
Note: If you’d want to take videos on powering on, please check
whether the change-over switch is on video status. For each power
on, the unit enters into the initialization state. During the process of
initialization, the system is busy, please don’t operate other
functions. If press the button repeatedly, or connect the unit with a
computer. The time of initialization is a little different in the units
with different memories.
→Audio and Photo recording
Start Audio recording
Set operation switch to position 1, long press power key, blue LED
will turn on. Yellow LED flashes 2 times and TX-112 starts audio
recording automatically. Short press power key again, the audio will
be saved and TX-112 will go into standby mode.
To record a new audio long press the power key again. The yellow
LED flashes 2 times and turns off. A new audio recording starts.
Take a photo
You only can take a photo, when you have done an audio recording
before. Then short press the button once after saving the audio file.

The blue indicator flashes once, it means a photo has been taken
and saved, the unit is still in the mode of photo.
Note: It will take some time to save a file. The interval to press the
button shall not be too short for continuous photos.
→Video recording
Set operation switch to position 2, long press power key, yellow
LED will turn on. Blue LED flashes 2 times and TX-112 starts video
recording automatically. Short press power key again, the video will
be saved and TX-112 will go into standby mode. The yellow LED
will turn on. If you want to record again just short press the power
key.
Note:
a. If the battery is low in working, the camera will save the file and
turn off automatically; please charge.
b. For continuous recording, the camera will save the file once after
each 15min and keep recording until the battery is used up or the
camera is turned off manually.
c. The loop operation of each starting and stopping of recording will
generate a new video file.
d. It will take some time to save a file, please do not operate it
during the process when the indicator is changed from blue to
yellow. For example, press the button repeatedly, connect it with a
computer. Those operations will lead to fail in saving the recorded
file, or the camera does not react to your operation anymore.
e. Please use it under a condition with sufficient illumination and
keep its body straight and stable. Keep 30cm between the camera
and the object in taking photos, ensuring the correct direction,
natural color, clear image and stable picture of a recording.
f. After 1 minute without any operation (standby) the TX-112 will
automatically power off.
→Recording while charging
5 seconds after connecting to the adapter or a computer USB, the
adapter goes into standby mode. Then same operation like normal
using.

→Turn off camera
Set operation switch to position 2. Under standby mode, long press
power key, all LEDs turns off. The TX-112 turns off.
→Connecting with PC
Power off the device then connect it with PC using USB cable. Do
not have any operation on the device during this connection. If the
device is not read by PC, please re-connect and make sure the
USB driver/cable is alright.
Note: It will take a little longer time for the computer to identify the
USB Disc according to the computer configuration and system
difference. Wait patiently, meanwhile, don’t press the button during
in waiting time so as not to interfere the computer to identify the
hardware. If the USB Disc cannot be identified over a longer time,
try to insert the disc again. If the disc cannot be identified again,
then you have to confirm if the operating system, driver, USB
interface and connection line are normal; when you unload the unit,
you’d better to operate as required by the normal procedures so as
not to cause any damage to the camera or the computer.
→Reset
To reset camera, insert a toothpick or other nonmetal hard thin stick
into the reset position and press down lightly for reset. After reset,
the unit is in the turnoff status.
Note: When the unit stops reacting due to illegal operation or other
reasons, it shall be reset. For reset, please press down with a
moderate force and do not press down too forcibly or damage of
other parts may happen. When you feel something is pressed down,
it means the unit is reset successfully.
→Set Date and Time stamp
The date and time will be revised for video in next recording.
→Plug in the USB cable to the camera and to the computer.
→→ Go to <My Computer> or Computer or Explorer (for Windows).
→→→ The camera will be recognized as removable Disk Drive.
→→→→ Double left click on removable Disk Drive and it will bring
up the Video folder. DO NOT OPEN IT!

→→→→→Edit the text document named “time” by double left click
on the “time.txt” document.
→→→→→→ Fill in the current Day-Month-Year
Hour:Minute:Seconds [eg: 31-12-2021 12:59:59] ,Go to File and
Save, then close file.
Power off the TX-112 and restart. The device now has the current
date and the current time.
FAQs
Q1: What happens to my recordings when the battery goes out of
charge? A1: Before the TX-112 pen goes off, all recordings are
saved automatically.
Q2: What can I do when the TX-112 pen shows no reaction, e.g.
when buttons are pressed? A2: Press the RESET button; then turn
ON the TX-112 again.
Q3: How can I delete files from the internal memory of the TX-112?
A3: Delete single files on your PC/Notebook or format (FAT32) the
whole internal memory of the TX-112.
Important Hints
(1) Do NOT press the RESET button while recording; this stops the
recording and recorded data is deleted.
(2) Always charge the battery after usage.

⚫Do not attempt to disassemble the device, it may result in short-circuit or
even damage. ⚫Do not drop or shake the device, it may break internal circuit
boards or mechanics. ⚫Use it under normal temperature and normal
humidity. ⚫Do not put it in a moist working environment since it is not
waterproof. ⚫Do not use it directly against strong light, to avoid damage
optical device. ⚫Do not use under high dust density environment, to avoid
the lens and other components stain dust and affect the camera quality. ⚫Do
not make its strong shock, vibration, do not use under high magnetic field. ⚫
Keep the device away from little children.
Disposal
Waste electrical equipment from private households
⚫If you no longer have any use for the device, hand it in free of charge at a
public collection point designated for old electrical devices. ⚫Under no
circumstances should old electrical equipment be disposed of in the residual
waste.
Further notes on disposal
⚫Always return the old electrical equipment in such a way that its
subsequent reuse or recycling is not impaired. Batteries must be removed
beforehand and damage to containers containing liquids must be avoided.
⚫Waste electrical equipment may contain harmful substances. If the device
is handled improperly or damaged, this may result in damage to health or
contamination of water and soil during subsequent recycling.

Security and Disposal Hints for Batteries: Hold children off
batteries. When a child swallowed a battery go to a doctors
place or bring the child into a hospital promptly! Look for the
right polarity (+) and (–) of batteries! Always change all
batteries. Never use old and new batteries or batteries of
different types together. Never short, open, deform or load up
batteries! Risk of injury! Never throw batteries into fire! Risk
of explosion!
Batteries can be returned free of charge after use in retail
stores. The end user is legally obliged to return used batteries.
Separate collection and recycling of old batteries for the
environment and health. Remove batteries before disposing of
the device.
Hints for Environment Protection: Packages materials are
raw materials and can be recycled. Do not disposal old devices
or batteries into the domestic waste. Cleaning: Protect the
device from contamination and pollution (use a clean drapery).
Avoid using rough, coarse-grained materials or
solvents/aggressive cleaner. Wipe the cleaned device
accurately. Important Notice: Should battery fluid leak from a
