LCD window display:
Distance, time, speed, calorie, pulse, FAT, running sign, running track.
Function key:
Start/ stop key, program key, mode key, speed increase key, speed decrease key,
incline increase key, incline decrease key, quick speed key:3.6.9.12,14.16KM/H, and
quick incline key: 4.6.8.10.12%
Function key instruction:
A.”PROG”: program key, when it stop, it can choose the user-defined program; and
P1-P24 set programs; and FAT.
B.”MODE”: mode key: two functions: when treadmill stop, it can choose the set
item, in the P0 program, it can choose TIME COUNT DOWN---DISTANCE COUNT
DOWN —-CALORIES COUNT DOWN--- TIME COUNT these four mode; In P1 –P 24
program, the count down time is 30 minutes, press it can return to back; In FAT
program, it can choose FAT item.
C. “START/ STOP”key:when the treadmill is stopped, press the start, it will run at
the lowest speed; when it running, press the button, it will stop.
D. “+ “Key: speed increase key: When the treadmill stop or FAT function, it is the
item increase key; when treadmill running, it is the speed increase key.
E. “-” Key: speed decrease key: When the treadmill stop or FAT function, it is the
item decrease key; when treadmill running, it is the speed decrease key.

The treadmill can’t work and not switch on. Computer
show E1, and cause warning sound.
Cause:Bad connection between controller and
computer, check the wiring between the console and
the stand post,if the wiring is bad, change the wiring .

Bad connection of the motor
wiring
The treadmill can’t work and not switch on。Computer
show E2, other places no showing and cause warning
sound 9 times. Stop the treadmill; and it returns to the
normal appearance, it can start again.
Cause:Check the motor wiring and whether there is
bad smell of the controller, if yes, change the
controller.
E3
No speed signal: there is
electricity to the motor, but
there is no signal from the
motor speed more than
3seconds.
The treadmill can’t work and not switch on。Computer
show E2, other places no showing and cause warning
sound 9 times. Stop the treadmill, and it return to the
normal appearance, it can start again.
Cause:there is no signal more than 3seconds, check
the sensor plug is good or not, make sure it is good or
change it to the good one.

incline did not self-test
Check the incline wiring and the plug. Check the AC
wiring of the incline motor. Check the wiring of the
motor. After check, Press the incline button on the
control board, Self-test can be completed then can use
again.
E5
Electricity is too high: When
the treadmill is running, the
controller test there is big
electricity than the standard
electricity +6A, last 3seconds.
The treadmill can’t work and not switch on. Computer
show E5, other places no showing and cause warning
sound 9 times. Stop the treadmill; if it returns to the
normal appearance, it can start again.
Cause:The electricity is too high than the standard,
there is a self-protect. Or there is something stocking
somewhere, so the motor can’t work. Restart the
treadmill. Besides, check if there is noise and burnt
smell when running, and then change the motor. Or
check the controller, if there is burnt smell, change the
controller. Or check the voltage is standard or not, use
the right voltage to test again.
E6
Voltage is not correct
The treadmill can’t work and not switch on. Computer
show E5, other places no showing and cause warning
sound 9 times. Stop the treadmill, if it return to the
normal appearance, it can start again..
Cause: check the voltage is lower than 50% of the
standard voltage. Use the correct voltage to test again.
Check whether there is some smell in the controller,
and then change the controller. Check the wiring of the
motor.
E9
Incline failure
Check the incline motor wiring and the plug. Check the
AC wiring of the incline motor. Check the wiring of the
motor. After check, Press the incline button on the
control board, Self-test can be completed then can use
again.
