MEMORIZE THE START FUNCTION, PRESS TWICE THE REMOTE BUTTON ON THE BOARD TO MEMORIZE THE STOP FUNCTION, PRESS THREE TIMES
THE REMOTE BUTTON ON THE BOARD TO MEMORIZE THE PEDESTRIAN FUNCTION, PRESS FOUR TIMES THE REMOTE BUTTON ON THE BOARD TO
MEMORIZE THE OUT1 ON/OFF FUNCTION. THE CORRESPONDING LED (R1-START, R2-STOP, R3-PEDESTRIAN, OR R4-OUT1) WILL BE STEADY ON TO
CONFIRM MEMORIZATION.
TO ERASE ALL SAVED REMOTES PRESS AND HOLD THE REMOTE BUTTON ON THE BOARD FOR 6 SECONDS. LEDS R1, R2, R3, AND R4 WILL GO ON
STEADY THEN WILL GO OFF INDICATING CORRECT DELETION OF ALL REMOTES.

PROGRAMMING OF OBSTACLE DETECTION SENSOR. The programming must be operated while the gate is closed.
PRESS AND HOLD THE OBSTACLE BUTTON ON THE BOARD FOR 5 SECONDS. The automac procedures starts:
Led A is steady on.
The control board is
seng the sensor in
presence of an obstacle.
Led A and B are steady on.
The gate starts opening ,
then it slows down. The
control board is seng the
sensor in absence of
obstacles.
Led A,B and C are steady on.
The gate starts closing,
then it slows down. The
control board goes back to
the inial posion of
the gate. The procedure has ended.
The obstacle sensor is fully set.

It's advisable to re-do the programming of the obstacle sensor every me the motor power is modified.
AUTOMATIC CLOSURE: THE GATE AUTOMATICALLY CLOSES AFTER THE SET PAUSE TIME.
• DURING CLOSING, A START OR PEDESTRIAN COMMAND INVERTS THE GATE MOVEMENT.
• DURING OPENING, A START OR PEDESTRIAN COMMAND STOPS THE GATE MOVEMENT.
COMMUNITY PLUS AUTOMATIC CLOSURE: THE GATE AUTOMATICALLY CLOSES AFTER THE SET PAUSE TIME.
• DURING CLOSING, A START OR PEDESTRIAN COMMAND INVERTS THE GATE MOVEMENT.
• DURING OPENING, A START OR PEDESTRIAN COMMAND IS IGNORED.
STEP-BY-STEP: THE GATE STAYS OPEN AT THE END OF THE OPENING PHASE.
• DURING CLOSING AND OPENING, A START OR PEDESTRIAN COMMAND STOPS THE GATE MOVEMENT.
STEP-BY-STEP PLUS AUTOMATIC CLOSURE: THE GATE AUTOMATICALLY CLOSES AFTER THE SET PAUSE TIME.
• DURING CLOSING AND OPENING, A START OR PEDESTRIAN COMMAND STOPS THE GATE MOVEMENT.
OBSTACLE SENSOR: IF THE CONTROL BOARD DETECTS AN OBSTACLE IT INVERTS THE GATE MOVEMENT OR ENDS THE WORKING PHASE. IT
INVERTS THE GATE MOVEMENT IF IT’S THE FIRST OBSTACLE DETECTION IN THE CURRENT WORKING CYCLE (OPENING/CLOSURE). OTHERWISE,
IT ENDS THE WORKING PHASE SO TO FIND THE FULLY OPEN/CLOSED GATE POSITION AND RESTORE THE STANDARD GATE FUNCTIONING.
SLOW DOWN: THE GATE SLOWS DOWN FOR THE SET SLOW DOWN TIME AT THE END OF THE OPENING AND CLOSING PHASES. DURING THE SLOW
DOWN PHASE THE MOTOR WORKS AT ITS MAX POWER.
PEDESTRIAN WORKING TIME: THE GATE OPENS AND CLOSES FOR THE SET PEDESTRIAN WORKING TIME.
SOFT START: THE MOTOR POWER INCREASES GRADUALLY TILL IT REACHES ITS MAX VALUE.
TESTS: THE CORRECT FUNCTIONING OF MOTOR AND PHOTOCELLS ARE CHECKED BEFORE ANY GATE MOVEMENT. IF ONE OF THE TWO TESTS
FAILS THE GATE DOES NOT MOVE. THE LEDS ON THE BOARD INDICATES THE TYPE OF FAILURE. THE MOTOR TEST FAILS WHEN THE MOTOR IS IN
TERMAL PROTECTION OR THERE IS A CONNECTION ERROR. THE PHOTOCELLS TEST FAILS IF TRANSMITTER AND RECEIVER ARE NOT PROPERLY
ALIGNED, IF THERE ARE INSTALLATION ERRORS, OR IF THE PHOTOCELLS ARE DAMAGED.
DISABLE NOT WIRED N.C. INPUTS: DISABLE ALL THE NOT WIRED N.C. INPUTS. IF LATER, A N.C. INPUT IS WIRED, THE BOARD WILL
AUTOMATICALLY ENABLE IT.
MOTOR BREAK: THE BOARD AUTOMATICALLY SLOWS DOWN THE MOTOR IF THE GATE REACHES THE LIMIT SWITCH WITHOUT THE GATE
SLOWING DOWN, PREVENTING MOTOR DAMAGE.
FAST CLOSURE: THE GATE STARTS THE CLOSING PHASE 3 SEC AFTER THE EXTERNAL PHOTOCELLS HAVE BEEN ACTIVATED. THIS FUNCTION
WORKS ONLY ONCE PER WORKING CYCLE AND ONLY IF THE GATE HAS NOT BEEN STOPPED DURING OPENING OR CLOSING.
OIL RECIRCULATION / COLD CLIMATE MODE: THE MOTOR IS ACTIVATED AT THE MINIMUM POWER FOR 1 MIN EVERY 10 MIN WHEN THE GATE IS
FULLY OPEN/CLOSED, IF MORE THAN 20 MIN LASTED FROM LAST GATE MOVEMENT.
SUGGESTIONS
THE RADIO CASE CAN BE
INSTALLED IN COMBINATION
WITH THE FLASHING LAMP ONE UP.

SUGGEST YOU USE THE RADIO CASE (CODE RANPC5T).
