nstallat on, adjustment and ma ntenance operat ons as correctly as poss ble and accord ng to
current legal regulat ons. Any operat on must be performed w th electr cal power cut to the
appl ance.
Before us ng the appl ance, carefully remove the spec al adhes ve f lm protect ng the parts n
sta nless steel. Do not leave any glue res dues on the surfaces. If necessary, remove them at once,
w th an appropr ate solvent.

For f rst use, we adv se you to let the appl ance to run load-free at max mum temperature for
about one hour. In th s way, any unpleasant smells due to thermal nsulat on and res dual work
grease are el m nated.
Th s appl ance must be used solely for the purpose for wh ch t was expressly des gned, .e.
cook ng foods n the oven. Any other use s cons dered unsu table.
The appl ance can be used: for all oven cook ng of deserts, p zzas, meat, f sh, vegetables, as
well as for grat nat ng, and for re-cond t on ng cooled and frozen foods.
When plac ng food n the cook ng compartment, leave a space of at least 40 mm between
pans n order not to over-obstruct a r c rculat on.
Do not use pans w th h gher than necessary edges: edges are barr ers wh ch prevent the
c rculat on of hot a r.
Warm up the oven before every cook ng operat on to obta n max mum un form ty.
Do not salt foods n the cook ng compartment.

After a cook ng operat on, open the door caut ously, to avo d a v olent outflow of heat wh ch
could cause burns.
Wh le the oven s n operat on, pay attent on to the hot zones (marked on the appl ance) of ts
external surfaces.
Place the mach ne on a bench or s m lar support, at a he ght of at least 85 cm from the floor.
The bench or support must be able to support the we ght of the mach ne and house t
correctly.
The appl ance conta ns electr cal parts and must never be washed w th a jet of water or steam.
The appl ance s electr cally connected: before attempt ng any clean ng operat on, cut power
to the appl ance.
To prevent ncorrect connect on of the appl ance, the relevant electr cal and water connect ons
are marked by dent f cat on plates.
Do not use the door handle to move the appl ance (the glass panel may break).
When the t lt ng door s w de open, do not use the nternal surface to place objects to avo d
damag ng permanently the door h nges.

su table for oven cook ng or d rectly on the gr ll, under wh ch you should place a tray to collect

and soap, do not use abras ve products, steel wool, or ac ds, wh ch could ru n them. To clean the
steel parts, do not use products conta n ng chlor ne (sod um hypochlor te, hydrochlor c ac d, etc)
even f d luted. Use spec f c off-the-shelf products or a l ttle hot v negar. R nse thoroughly w th
water and dry w th a soft cloth. Clean the glass door of the oven w th hot water only, and do not
use rough cloths. Do not allow foods (espec ally ac d foods such as salt, v negar, lemon, etc) to
stagnate on the sta nless steel parts, because they could deter orate. Do not wash the appl ance

free of charge for the customer, only those parts that are defect ve due to a manufactur ng fault on
cond t on that, under penalty of forfe ture:

he/she d scovered t and anyway w th n 2 years form the date of purchase;
−for profess onal equ pment, the customer not f es the fault w th n 8 days from the date when
he/she d scovered t and anyway w th n 12 months from the date of purchase,
