These warnings were drafted for your safety and for that of others. Please read them arefully
before installing or using the applian e:

The following instru tions are aimed at the qualified installer, to ensure that he arries out the
installation, adjustment and maintenan e operations as orre tly as possible and a ording to
urrent legal regulations. Any operation must be performed with ele tri al power ut to the
applian e.
Before using the applian e, arefully remove the spe ial adhesive film prote ting the parts in
stainless steel. Do not leave any glue residues on the surfa es. If ne essary, remove them at
on e, with an appropriate solvent.

drinking water, with hardness from 0.5°F to 3°F (it is obligatory to use a softener to redu e the

(1.0 - 2.0 bar).

the rear (on the bottom) of the applian e, fitting in between a me hani al filter and an on/off
tap (before you onne t the filter, allow a ertain quantity of water to flow out in order to drain
any waste from the pipe).

terminal board over by obtaining leverage with a s rewdriver on the two side fins. Loosen the

operating.

This applian e is not intended for use by persons (in luding hildren) with redu ed phy al,
sensory or mental apabilities, or la k of experien e and knowledge. Unless they have
beengiven supervision or instru tion on erning use of applian e by a person responsible for
their safety.
Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the applian e.
For first use, we advise you to let the applian e to run load-free at maximum temperature for
about one hour. In this way, any unpleasant smells due to thermal insulation and residual work
grease are eliminated.
This applian e must be used solely for the purpose for whi h it was expressly designed, i.e.
ooking foods in the oven. Any other use is onsidered unsuitable.
The applian e an be used: for all oven ooking of deserts, pizzas, meat, fish, vegetables, as
well as for gratinating, and for re- onditioning ooled and frozen foods.
When pla ing food in the ooking ompartment, leave a spa e of at least 40 mm between pans
in order not to over-obstru t air ir ulation.
Do not use pans with higher than ne essary edges: edges are barriers whi h prevent the
ir ulation of hot air.
Warm up the oven before every ooking operation to obtain maximum uniformity.
Do not salt foods in the ooking ompartment.

After a ooking operation, open the door autiously, to avoid a violent outflow of heat whi h
ould ause burns.
While the oven is in operation, pay attention to the hot zones (marked on the applian e) of its
external surfa es.
Pla e the ma hine on a ben h or similar support, at a height of at least 85 m from the floor.
The ben h or support must be able to support the weight of the ma hine and house it
orre tly.
The applian e ontains ele tri al parts and must never be washed with a jet of water or steam.
The applian e is ele tri ally onne ted: before attempting any leaning operation, ut power to
the applian e.
Do not use the door handle to move the applian e (the glass panel may break).
When the tilting door is wide open, do not use the internal surfa e to pla e obje ts to avoid
damaging permanently the door hinges.

Cooking desserts - Desserts require a very high temperature (usually from 150 to 200°C) and a
pre-heated oven (about ten minutes). The oven door must not be opened until at least 3/4 of
the ooking time has elapsed. Whipped dough must be diffi ult to deta h from a spoon
be ause ex essive fluidity would prolong ooking time to no avail.

Cooking meat - Meat to be ooked should weight at least 1 Kg to prevent it drying too mu h.
Very tender red meats to be ooked rare, whi h must be ooked on the outside to keep all their
gravy, require short ooking time at high temperature (200-250°C). The gravy ingredients must
be pla ed immediately in the pan only if the ooking temperature is brief, otherwise they should
be added during the last half-hour. You an he k the degree of ooking by squashing the
meat with a spoon: if the meat does not yield, it is orre tly ooked. For roast beef and fillet,
whi h must remain pink inside, ooking time must be very brief. Meats may be pla ed on a
plate suitable for oven ooking or dire tly on the grill, under whi h you should pla e a tray to
olle t the gravy. When ooking has finished, we advise you to wait for 15 minutes before
utting the meat so that the gravy does not ome out. Before being served, the dishes may be
kept hot in the oven at minimum temperature.

Grilling - Almost all meats may be grilled, with the ex eption of some lean game meats and
meat loaves. Apply a slittle oil on the meat or fish to be ooked and always pla e them on the
grill - put the grill in the guides nearest or furthest from the grill heating element in proportion
to the meat, in order to avoid burning the surfa e and ooking the inside insuffi iently. It is
useful to pla e a tray under the grill to olle t drops of gravy and fat.

General leaning - Clean the oven when it is old. Wash enamelled parts with lukewarm water
and soap, do not use abrasive produ ts, steel wool, or a ids, whi h ould ruin them. To lean
the steel parts, do not use produ ts ontaining hlorine (sodium hypo hlorite, hydro hlori a id,
et ) even if diluted. Use spe ifi off-the-shelf produ ts or a little hot vinegar. Rinse thoroughly
with water and dry with a soft loth. Clean the glass door of the oven with hot water only, and
do not use rough loths. Do not allow foods (espe ially a id foods su h as salt, vinegar, lemon,
et ) to stagnate on the stainless steel parts, be ause they ould deteriorate. Do not wash the
applian e with dire t jets of water, be ause if water enters, this ould limit the applian e's
safety. Do not use orrosive substan es (e.g. hydro hlori a id) to lean the oven' s support

Your applian e is overed by warranty. The seller will repla e or repair (and his de ision will be final), free
of harge for the ustomer, only those parts that are defe tive due to a manufa turing fault on ondition
that, under penalty of forfeiture:
−for domesti equipment, the ustomer notifies the fault within two months from the date when
he/she dis overed it and anyway within 2 years form the date of pur hase;
−for professional equipment, the ustomer notifies the fault within 8 days from the date when
he/she dis overed it and anyway within 12 months from the date of pur hase,
by registered letter with a knowledgement of re eipt and en losing the invoi e or re eipt proving the
pur hase.

when the above-mentioned terms are not omplied with, the warranty is expressly ex luded

6) tampering with the produ t;

8) inadequate or areless maintenan e of the produ t in ontrast with the user’s handbook supplied

9) damages aused by fire, natural disasters and a ident as well as by any ause not attributable to
