DESCRIZIONE PRODOTTO
/ DESCRIPTION
Ultra Hydro Clean Machine è un idropulitrice a bassa pressione ideale per la pulizia delle batterie alettate e dei
filtri delle unità interne e delle batterie delle unità esterne.
La macchina dispone di una batteria ricaricabile 12V/45W e permette all’ operatore di muoversi agevolmente
senza dover muovere cavi di alimentazione scomodi soprattutto quando si opera all’ interno delle abitazioni.
Il getto d’acqua nebulizzato a bassa pressione è ideale per non danneggiare i pacchi alettati. Consigliata per
lavorare all’ interno delle abitazioni in quanto gli schizzi dovuti al lavaggio sono nulli.
Con Ultra Hydro Clean Machine, Tecnosystemi ha a catalogo una vasta gamma di accessori adatti alla pulizia
degli split in modo tale da permettere un intervento efficacie e funzionale.
Per una buona pulizia di uno split interno Tecnosystemi consiglia di procedere come segue:
Ultra Hydro Clean Machine is a low pressure cleaner, ideal for cleaning finned coils and filters of the indoor units and
the coils of the outdoor units. It has a 12V/45W rechargeable battery, which enables the user to move easily without
dragging cords especially when operating inside houses. The low-pressure jet of atomized water does not damage
the finned coils. Recommended for indoor use because of the very low quantity of water splashes With Ultra Hydro
Clean Machine, Tecnosystemi has extended its range of accessories suitable for cleaning splits allowing an effective
and functional intervention.
1. Scollegare la rete elettrica dello split
2. Smontare la carenatura frontale e rimuovere i filtri
3. Applicare allo split il kit telo di protezione professionale per pulizia delle unità split interne Tecnosystemi
e coprire in modo adeguato le parti elettriche.
4. Applicare lo spray schiumogeno per batterie per unità interne Tecnosystemi
5. Dopo aver fatto reagire il prodotto schiumogeno lavare la batteria con Ultra Hydro Clean machine
facendo attenzione a non spruzzare su parti elettriche.
6. Utilizzare il pulitore per filtri con spruzzino Tecnosystemi per la pulizia dei filtri
7. Risciacquare i filtri i filtri con Ultra Hydro Clean machine prima di montarli sull’ unità spilt
8. Rimontare i filtri sullo split
9. Rimuovere il kit telo di protezione professionale per pulizia delle unità split Tecnosystemi e rimuovere le
protezioni sulle parti elettriche
10. Versare il detergente per scarico condensa condizionatori Tecnosystemi
11. Rimontare la carenatura dello split
12. Pulire esternamente lo split ed il telecomando della macchina con spray igienizzante superficie
Tecnosystemi
13. Assicurarsi che tutti i componenti dello split siano asciutti
14. Ridare tensione allo split
15. Accendere lo split e spruzzare il deodorante per unità split Tecnosystemi sui filtri

Please read these instructions and warnings carefully before using your Ultra Hydro Machine
WARNING:
Small parts may cause choking hazard
For a good cleaning of an indoor unit, Tecnosystemi advises to proceed as follows:
1. Disconnect the split from the power supply
2. Remove the front panel and disassemble the filters
3. Apply the protective cover on the split and adequately cover the electrical parts.
4. Apply the foam spray Tecnosystemi for the coil of the indoor unit and let it work
5. Wash the battery with Ultra Hydro Clean machine taking care not to spray on electrical parts.
6. Use the filter cleaner Tecnosystemi to clean the filters
7. Rinse the filters with Ultra Hydro Clean machine before assembling them on the spilt
8. Reassemble the filters on the split
9. Remove the professional protective cover Tecnosystemi from the split and remove the protections on the
electrical parts
10. Pour the detergent for air conditioner condensate outlets Tecnosystemi
11. Apply the front panel of the split
12. Clean the split and the remote control using the sanitizing spray for surface Tecnosystemi
13. Ensure that all the components of the split are dry
14. Reconnect the split to the power supply
15. Turn on the split and spray the deodorant for split units Tecnosystemi on the filters

/ WARNING
PER RIDURRE IL RISCHIO DI LESIONI:
1 - Non allontanarsi dall’apparecchio quando è collegato. Scollegare la spina dalla porta di alimentazione in
caso di inutilizzo e prima della manutenzione dell’apparecchio.
2 - Questo apparecchio NON è un giocattolo. È necessario prestare molta attenzione se si utilizza vicino ai
bambini.
3 - Non utilizzare se il cavo o la spina sono danneggiati. Non utilizzare l’apparecchio se è danneggiato o se è
caduto in acqua e quando non funziona correttamente.
4 - Non tirare o trasportare l’apparecchio afferrando il cavo, non utilizzare il cavo come maniglia e non
arrotolare il cavo attorno a spigoli vivi. Tenere il cavo lontano da superfici calde.
5- Assicurarsi che l’ugello sia sempre libero da ostruzioni. Non usare l’apparecchio se l’ugello è intasato;
rimuovere polvere, lanugine, capelli e tutto ciò che può ridurre il flusso dell’acqua nebulizzata.
6 - Non utilizzare senza il filtro dell’acqua in posizione.
7 - Spegnere tutti i comandi prima di scollegare la spina.
8 - L’uso ad una tensione non corretta può causare danni al motore e possibili lesioni all’utente. Caricare
Ultra Hydro Machine con tensione 230 V.
9 - Non dirigere il getto d’acqua verso l’unità stessa, le parti elettriche o altre apparecchiature elettriche.
10 - Non modificare il diametro originale dell’ugello nebulizzatore.
11 - Scaricare la pressione residua prima di scollegare il tubo dalla macchina
12 - Prima di ogni utilizzo della ULTRA HYDRO MACHINE, controllare che le viti siano ben strette e che non
vi siano parti rotte o usurate.
13 - Non utilizzare con detergenti a base di cloro o altri detersivi.
14 - Non riempire il contenitore dell’acqua con altri liquidi, in quanto ciò ANNULLERÀ la garanzia.
15 - Non immergere l’apparecchio nell’acqua.
16 - Non lasciare che il sistema si congeli. Vuotarlo sempre e conservarlo al chiuso. Il congelamento
danneggia la pompa e le linee di alimentazione dell’acqua.
17 - Non tentare di smontare l’apparecchio. Ciò annullerà la garanzia e potrebbe causare gravi lesioni.
18 - Utilizzare sempre un fusibile del tipo raccomandato a seconda del connettore o dell’amperaggio. L’uso
di fusibili diversi può causare danni all’apparecchio o lesioni fisiche.
19 - Non spruzzare l’acqua direttamente sugli occhi o sulla bocca.
TO REDUCE THE RISK OF INJURY:
1. Do not leave appliance when plugged in. Unplug from power port when not in use and before maintenance
of machine.
2. This is NOT a toy. Close attention is necessary when used near children.
3. Do not use with damaged cord or plug. Do not use the appliance if it is damaged or dropped into water and
when it is not working as it should.
4. Do not pull or carry by cord, or to use cord as handle, or to pull cord around sharp edges. Keep cord away
from heated surfaces.
5. Keep nozzle free of obstructing objects. Do not use machine when nozzle clogged; keep free of dust, lint, hair,
and anything that may reduce of water.
6. Do not use without water filter in place.

7. Turn off all controls before unplugging.
8. Using improper voltage may result in damage to the motor and possible injury to the user.
9. Do not direct the water jet toward the unit itself, electrical parts or towards other electrical equipment.
10. Do not alter the original diameter of the spray nozzle.
11. DISCHARGE residual pressure before disconnecting the hose from ULTRA HYDRO MACHINE.
12. Before using the Mini Outdoor Cleaner, CHECK every time that the screws are fully tightened and that there
are no broken or worn parts.
13. Not to be used with chlorine based type cleaners, or any detergents.
14. Do not fill the water container with anything but water, or your warranty will be VOID.
15. Never submerse the machine in water.
16. Do not allow the system to freeze. Always empty and store indoors. Freezing will damage pump and water
lines.
17. Do not attempt to disassemble your machine. This will void all warranty, and may cause serious injury.
18. Always use the recommended plug/amp fuse for your machine. Any other may cause damage to your
machine or cause injury to people.
19. Do not spray water directly at eyes or mouth.
When you use the appliance, basic precautions should always be followed
1. DO NOT FILL ANY LIQUID OTHER THAN CLEAN WATER, SERIOUS INJURY MAY OCCUR.
2. READ THE INSTRUCTION MANUAL CAREFULLY

REPLACE THE HIGH PRESSURE HOSE SHOULD THIS OCCUR.

Sbloccare le 4 cerniere di plastica, togliere il
coperchio, collegare il coperchio del serbatoio alla
base e bloccare / Unbuckle the 4 plastic hinges, take
off the lid, connect the reservoir lid to the base & buckle
the hinges up.
Estrarre l’alimentatore per attivare il pulitore.

SPEGNIMENTO AUTOMATICO DELLA PISTOLA A SPRUZZO
/ AUTOMATIC SHUTOFF
FUNZIONE DI SPEGNIMENTO AUTOMATICO:
Rilasciando il grilletto, la pressione dinamica spegne automaticamente il motore. Premendo il grilletto, la
diminuzione della pressione attiva automaticamente il motore e si forma nuovamente pressione con un
leggero ritardo. Per garantire il corretto funzionamento dello spegnimento automatico, l’intervallo di tempo
tra il rilascio del grilletto e l’innesco non deve essere inferiore a 5-10 secondi.
Ruotare la testa dell’ugello sulla pistola a spruzzo e regolare la
modalità di erogazione dell’acqua secondo necessità
Nota: Quando non c’è più acqua nel contenitore, l’apparecchio non si
spegne automaticamente rilasciando il grilletto, ma occorre premere il
pulsante On-Off sull’apparecchio.
SPEGNERE ULTRA HYDRO MACHINE:
1. Spegnere l’interruttore situato sulla base o bloccarlo tenendolo premuto per oltre 5 secondi.
2. Tirare il grilletto dell’ugello nebulizzatore per scaricare la pressione dell’acqua nel tubo o nello stesso ugello
nebulizzatore.
3. Scollegare il tubo dall’unità.
4. Scollegare l’ugello dal tubo
5. Premere il grilletto dell’ugello nebulizzatore o aprire il coperchio per rimuovere l’acqua in eccesso.
THE AUTOMATIC SHUTOFF FEATURE:
When the trigger is released, the dynamic pressure shuts the motor off automatically. When the trigger is pressed,
the pressure drop automatically activates the motor and pressure is formed once again with a slight delay. To ensure
correct automatic shutoff operation, the time interval between trigger release and engagement must not be less than
5-10 seconds.
Rotating the nozzle head on spray gun and adjust water mode as needed.
Note: When the water is empty in the container, the machine won’t shut
off automatically when release the trigger but turn off the on-off switch
on the machine.
SHUTTING DOWN ULTRA HYDRO MACHINE:
1. Turn off the switch on the base or lock it by holding the button for over 5 seconds.
2. Pull trigger on spray nozzle to relieve any water pressure in hose or spray nozzle.
3. Disconnect hose from unit.
4. Disconnect nozzle from hose.
5. Press spray nozzle or open the cover to remove excess water.

WARNING: ALWAYS DISCONNECT THE PLUG FROM THE POWER SUPPLY BEFORE ANY MAINTENANCE IS STARTED
1. WATER FILTER: Check the water filter on the motor base before attach the cover on. Clean the filter when necessary.
2. NOZZLE CLOGGED: A clogged nozzle will cause the operating pressure to be too high causing the Ultra Hydro
Machine. If this happens turn unit off:
• Turn the unit off, pull trigger on spray nozzle to relieve pressure, remove nozzle from hose.
• Clean the spray nozzle (See Diagrams 1&2 below).
• Flush wand assembly backwards with water or compressed air.
• If pressure is still too high, repeat steps 1-2.
3. LUBRICATION: No lubrication is required for this pump. Silicone grease may be added to hose connector O-rings if
connecting becomes difficult.
MANUTENZIONE GENERALE
/ GENERAL MAINTENANCE
AVVERTENZA: SCOLLEGARE SEMPRE LA SPINA DALL’ALIMENTAZIONE PRIMA DI QUALSIASI INTERVENTO
DI MANUTENZIONE.
1.FILTRO DELL’ACQUA: Controllare il filtro dell’acqua nella base del motore prima di posizionare il coperchio.
Pulire il filtro quando necessario.
2.UGELLO INTASATO: Un ugello intasato causerà una pressione di esercizio troppo alta, generando un
aumento della pressione di Ultra Hydro Machine. Se ciò accade, spegnere l’unità e procedere nel modo
seguente:
• Spegnere l’unità, premere il grilletto dell’ugello nebulizzatore per scaricare la pressione e rimuovere l’ugello
dal tubo.
• Pulire l’ugello nebulizzatore (Vedere le immagini1 e 2 di seguito riportate).
• Spurgare il gruppo lancia con acqua o aria compressa.
• Se la pressione è ancora troppo alta, ripetere i passaggi 1-2.
3. LUBRIFICAZIONE: Questa pompa non richiede alcuna lubrificazione. Se i collegamenti diventano difficili, è
possibile aggiungere grasso al silicone sugli O-ring dei raccordi del tubo.

STEP 1:
Pull back quick coupling and detach the spray gun
from the hose.

Clean the nozzle with the tool.
Remove any dirt from the nozzle and rinse.
4. Add some silicone grease to the spray nozzle if it has not been used for a long time

4. Aggiungere un po’ di grasso al silicone sull’ugello nebulizzatore se non è stato utilizzato per lungo tempo.
• Non conservare l’apparecchio in un ambiente con una temperatura elevata per un periodo di tempo
prolungato.
• Conservare l’apparecchio in un luogo asciutto, fresco e ben ventilato e proteggerlo dalla luce diretta del sole.
• L’apparecchio deve essere conservato in uno stato di carica parziale, idealmente al 50 per cento (caricare
la batteria circa 1 ora dopo ogni utilizzo) e ad una temperatura consigliata compresa tra 0°C e 20°C,
se non viene utilizzato regolarmente. Assicurarsi di caricare la batteria al 50% circa, invece di caricarla
completamente, almeno ogni 3 mesi.
• Per caricare la batteria, assicurarsi di utilizzare il caricabatterie originale fornito con il prodotto. L’uso di un
altro caricabatterie può danneggiare la batteria o causare gravi lesioni
Ultra Hydro Machine deve essere conservato in modo da proteggerlo dal congelamento. Non conservarlo
all’aperto o in un’area dove le temperature scendono al di sotto di 0°C (32°F). Ciò può causare gravi danni
all’unità e annullare la garanzia. Prima di riporre l’apparecchio, seguire le istruzioni per lo spegnimento.
SCARICARE L’ACQUA DALL’APPARECCHIO:
1. Spegnere l’interruttore e premere la leva dell’ugello per rilasciare la pressione. Rimuovere l’ugello e premere
la leva dell’ugello per scaricare l’acqua dall’ugello. Svuotare l’acqua dal serbatoio. Accendere l’unità e farla
funzionare per circa 30 secondi senza ugello.
2. Scollegare il tubo ad alta pressione. Sollevare un’estremità e lasciare defluire l’acqua dal tubo.
3. Rimuovere e posizionare il tubo, l’ugello e il cavo di alimentazione in vani portaoggetti in rete.
STOCCAGGIO
/ STORING
• Do not store the machine in elevated temperature for an extended period of time.
• Store the machine in a dry, cool and well-ventilated place, protect from direct exposure sunlight.
• The machine must be stored in a partial state-of-charge, ideally 50 percent ( charging the battery about 1 hour
after each time of use), recommended temperature 0°C ~20°C, if it is not regular use, be sure to charge the battery
to approx 50% SOC instead of fully charged at least every 3 months.
• To charge the battery, make sure use the original mains charger included in the product. Use other charger may
damage the battery or may cause serious injury.

The Ultra Hydro Machine should be stored in such a way to protect it from freezing. Do not store it outdoors or on
an area where temperatures will fall below 0°C (32°F). This can cause extensive damage to this unit and void the
warranty. Before storing, follow the shutting down instructions
DRAIN WATER FROM MACHINE:
1. Turn off the switch, squeeze nozzle lever to release pressure. Remove nozzle and squeeze nozzle to drain water
from nozzle. Empty water from tank. Turn unit on and run for approximately 30 seconds without nozzle.
2. Detach high pressure hose. Elevate one end and allow water to drain from hose.
3. Remove and place hose, nozzle and power cord in mesh storage compartments

posizionata nel cartone di imballaggio. Per attivarla, è sufficiente ricaricare
la batteria per alcuni secondi con il caricabatterie fornito in dotazione / Check

the on-off switch over 5 seconds before packed into carton, to activate it, simply
recharge the battery with the provided charger for a few seconds

La garanzia ha durata di 1 (uno) anno a decorrere dalla data di consegna indicata sul d.d.t (bolla). E’ prevista altresì
l’estensione d’ufficio, a titolo gratuito, per il secondo anno (due anni complessivi di garanzia) con decorrenza sempre
dalla data indicata nel d.d.t di consegna (bolla).
L’azienda fornitrice garantisce la qualità dei materiali impiegati e la corretta realizzazione dei componenti. La garanzia
copre difetti di materiale e di fabbricazione e si intende relativa alla fornitura dei pezzi in sostituzione di qualsiasi
componente che presenti difetti, senza che possa venir reclamata alcuna indennità, interesse o richiesta di danni.
La garanzia non copre la sostituzione dei componenti che risultano danneggiati per:
• trasporto non idoneo;
• installazione non conforme a quanto specificato in questo manuale di installazione uso e manutenzione;
• la non osservanza delle specifiche tecniche di prodotto;
• quant’altro non riconducibile a vizi originari del materiale o di produzione a condizione che il reclamo del cliente
sia coperto dalla garanzia e notificato nei termini e modalità richiesta dal fornitore, lo stesso si impegnerà, a sua
discrezione, a sostituire o riparare ciascun prodotto o le parti di questo che presentino vizi o difetti.
The warranty is valid for 2 (two) years from the delivery date indicated on the delivery note / waybill.
The supplier company guarantees the quality of the materials used and the correct construction of the components. The
warranty covers defects in materials and manufacturing defects and refers to the supply of spare parts of any components
featuring defects, without any compensation, interest or claim for damages.
The warranty does not cover the replacement of components damaged due to:
incorrect transportation;
installation not compliant with that specified in this installation, use and maintenance manual;
non-observance of product technical specifications;
Anything else that is not linked to original faults of the material or production provided that the
customer complaint is covered by the guarantee and a claim is made within the time limit and
in the way requested by the supplier, the same supplier will commit, at their own discretion,
to replace or repair any product or part of product showing signs of faults or defects.
