IMPORTANT PRECAUTIONS:
• Make sure you read all the nstruct ons.
• This applian e is not intended to fun tion using an external time-swit h or a separate remote
ontrol system.
• For your safety, th s appl ance meets appl cable standards and regulat ons

• Th s appl ance s not ntended for use by persons ( nclud ng ch ldren) w th reduced
phys cal, sensory or mental capab l t es, or lack of exper ence and knowledge,
unless they have been g ven superv s on or nstruct on concern ng use of the
appl ance by a person respons ble for the r safety.
• Ch ldren must be superv sed to ensure that they do not play w th the appl ance.
• Bearing in mind all the different standards in for e, if this applian e is to be used in a ountry
other than that where it was pur hased, make sure it is he ked by an approved servi e entre.
• Do not move the applian e while it is in use.
• This applian e is not designed to be builtin to other furnishing units. Pla e your oven on a flat,
stable, heat-resistant work surfa e or on a kit hen unit whi h an tolerate a temperature of at
least 90°C.
• Make sure that air an flow freely all around your applian e.
• We advise you when using for the first time, to operate your oven empty (without grill).
• Allow a distan e of at least 2 m between food arti les and the upper heating element. It is
quite normal if you noti e a slight amount of smoke or some smells of newness when you use
your applian e for the first time, and this ompletely normal o urren e will qui kly disappear.
• The lamp must only be used for providing light to the oven. It should not be used on fittings
for lighting rooms (a ording to model).
• Che k that the mains voltage orresponds orre tly to that indi ated on the applian e
(alternating urrent only).
• Do not use the applian e if:
- it has a faulty or damaged power ord,
- the applian e has been dropped and shows visible signs of damage or of malfun tion.
• In ea h of these ases, to avoid any risks to your safety the applian e should be sent to the
nearest approved servi e entre.
• To ensure safety, if the power ord is damaged, it must be repla ed by either the manufa turer,
its approved servi e entre or similarly qualified persons.
• Make sure that your ele tri ity supply is suffi ient for an applian e of this power.
• Always plug the applian e into an earthed so ket (16A).
• Do not allow the power ord to hang down or ome into onta t with the hot parts of the oven.
• Do not unplug the applian e by pulling on the power ord.
• Unplug the applian e when you need to arry out major leaning to the applian e, when you
need to hange the light bulb or in the event of a thunderstorm.
• Only use an extension lead whi h is in good ondition, with an earthed plug, and with a
ondu ting ord whi h is at least as thi k as the ord supplied with the produ t.
• Unplug the applian e when it is not in use.
• In order to avoid the risk of ele tri sho ks; do not dip the ord, the plug or the applian e itself
into water or any other liquid.
