UV-C TECHNOLOGY
A battery of high performance UV-C lamps,
located in the filters, emits a high intensity
disinfectant UV light radiation into the
sterilisation channel with a wavelength
range of 253.7 nm.
This causes the irreversible process of
destroying bacteria, viruses, mould, fungi
and other micro-organisms in the air that
may flow through the unit, while also
disinfecting the filters.
Thanks to the special construction of the
closeddisinfectionchannel,thehigh-energy
UV-C radiation emitted does not spread
outside of the interior of the unit, allowing
the purifier to operate safely in rooms
where people are present.

maintenance and care
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCECLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Turn off and disconnect the device from the power outlet before cleaning or servicing it.
Use a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth with a little neutral cleaning agent to wipe the exterior of the
product to prevent the accumulation of dust and dirt.
If you are not going to use the product for an extended period of time, store it in a safe, well-ventilated
place.
Do not use detergents, abrasive sponges, chemically treated cloths, gasoline, benzene, alcohol or other
solvents, as these could scratch or damage the tank and cause leaks.
Do not immerse the product in water or any type of liquid. The only filter that can be cleaned with water
is the pre-filter.
Clean the air quality sensor at least every two months to increase its life span.
When the indoor humidity level is very high, condensation may occur on the air quality indicator. Even
if the air quality is good, the air quality indicator will indicate that the quality is bad. In this case, clean the
air quality indicator.
1.1. Remove the air quality sensor’s protective cover.
2.2. Clean the sensor inlet and outlet with a soft brush.
3.3. Carefully clean the sensor’s air inlet and outlet with a damp cotton bud.
4.4. Replace the protective cover of the quality sensor.
Cleaning the pre-filterCleaning the pre-filter
To ensure the best possible performance of the filter, clean it every two months or 480 hours.
Clean the pre-filter with a damp cloth or a neutral soap solution to prevent dust build up.
The device must be turned off and unplugged while the filter is cleaned. This is the only filter that can
be cleaned.
Use a low-powered vacuum cleaner to prevent damage to the filter.

11

After filter replacement, if the usage time of the device is reduced, it is recommended to change the
filter again every 6 months.
After replacing the filter, under normal conditions, the filter should be changed again every 12 months.
Steps to follow:
1.1. Turn off and unplug the device.
2.2. Press the tabs on both sides of the air inlet panel and pull it out, then up.
3.3. Remove the interior filters.
