Before using the starter set, connect the radio server to
the power and LAN network, as shown in the adjacent
picture.
After 3 minutes all 3 LEDs on the radio server must light
up. If this is not the case, please check all connectors.
Further information can be found in the operating
instructions of the radio server, which are also enclosed.
The myTEM SmartHome app is available for download
from the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store.
Select the appropriate app for your smartphone and
install it directly from the store to your device.

1. Home screen of the app
Attention: Make sure that your mobile phone is
connected to the WLAN. Otherwise it cannot
connect to the radio server.
When the app is started for the rst time, the
following selection appears:
1. Select starter set and start the installation
2. Registration with an existing system
3. Test the app in demo mode
Press «STARTERSET WÄHLEN».

2. Starter Set Light
To install the starter set «LICHT», please select
this one.
If there is only one Radio Server in the LAN, its IP
address is displayed directly in the next step.
If there are several Radio Servers in the LAN, you
can start the server search with the magnifying
glass and the desired server can be selected.
You can nd the serial number on the back of the
Radio Server.
By choosing «WEITER», you continue with the
commissioning.

In the next steps, the Z-Wave devices are
connected to the radio server.
To start this process, click on «GERÄTE HINZU-
FÜGEN».
Now the radio server is coupled with the Z-Wave
devices. The exact procedure is described in the
operating instructions of the device, which are
included in the starter set light.
Adding and loading the settings can take several
minutes.
Switch the radio bulb lamp on or o three times
(make sure that only one lamp is screwed into
the socket, if several lamps can be switched with
the switch).
For the radio socket, press the button four times
briey (see picture on the right).

After successful addition, the display changes to
the menu «Neuen Raum erstellen».
A device is always assigned to a room.
The room consists of a name and a symbol, which
can be selected freely. It serves only for represen-
tation purposes.
1. Select symbol for the room

The next step is to dene the device name and
the function block name to be used for the
module.
This is needed when you have multiple light
modules in dierent rooms in order to dierent-
iate between them.
If the input was successful, the display returns to
the device list. The device that is now integrated
is checked. The pairing process can now be
repeated for the next two devices.

After integrating the second device, the display
changes to «Raum auswählen».
Since a room already exists, the new device can be
added to this room. A new room can be created by
clicking the «Plus» symbol.
If an existing room is selected, the function module
is automatically selected. There can only be one
lighting module per room.

In the next step the display jumps back to the
device list. The procedure can be repeated for
the third device.
For certain devices the rst part of the serial
number is required. It can be scanned via the
mobile phone camera with the help of a QR
code.
You will nd the QR code on the device or on
an enclosed label in the starter set.
Press «WEITER».

When all devices of the starter set have been
integrated, the display changes to «Passwort
ändern».
This is how you can reset the administrator
password (admin) of the radio server. This
password is required to access the radio server.
After setting the new password, the display
automatically switches to the Favourites view.
The devices can now be used.

Your system is now available in the local LAN.
If you want access from outside your LAN, you
can activate the cloud solution. You will need the
license key for this. The key is located on the back
of the radio server (adhesive).
Click on:
1. Settings
2. Cloud
The settings for remote access can be found
under cloud (2). You need a valid email address
and a cloud password. If you have not yet regis-
tered the server, click on «Jetzt registrieren».
Then enter your e-mail address and click on
«Verizierungscode senden». You will now
receive a code by e-mail. You need this code to
complete the registration. Follow the instructions
on the display.
