Care and Cleaning Instructions
Please always ensure appliances are disconnected from the power sup-
ply and are switched off before attempting any cleaning
The appliance is not designed to be dismantled without special tools.
Please do not attempt to separate the unit. Cleaning of the unit should
only be attempted with a slightly damp, soapy cloth. Care must be taken
to ensure there that cloth is sufficiently dry to not leave any standing
water. After wiping down the unit with the soapy cloth, dry any wet spots
with a dry paper towel.

Please keep this instruction manual in a safe place, along with
the warranty card, purchase receipt and carton for future refer-
ence. The safety precautions enclosed herein reduce the risk of
fire, electric shock and injury when correctly adhered to.
- If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the
manufacturer or its service agent or a similarly qualified person in
order to avoid a hazard.
- The appliance is not intended for use by young children or infirm
persons without supervision.
- Young children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play
with the appliance.
- Do not operate the appliance outdoors
- Power plug must be removed from power socket before cleaning,
servicing, maintenance or moving the appliance.
- The fan should be placed on a flat surface when operating to avoid
overturning.
- The fan should not be operated in a damp place or high humidity
(such as the bathroom)
- The fan is not designed to be outdoors.
- Improper installation may result in the risk of fire, electric shock and
or injury to persons
- The unit has no user-serviceable parts contained within. Do not
attempt to repair, disassemble or modify the appliance.
- Do not insert foreign objects into the safety grille as this may cause
damage to the appliance and/or user.
- Please ensure that the power supply the fan is intended to be
plugged into matches the power rating on the rating label of the
appliance.
Important features of your Chrome Floor Fan
Tilt-adjustable head
This feature allows the fan to be tilted upwards and downwards. The fan can be adjusted
to blow in the desired direction for maximum comfort.
Three speed operation
The box fan is designed to work in three different speed modes, varying from a gentle
breeze to full room cooling. The fan speed increases incrementally from 0 being the off
position through to 3 being the full speed of the fan.
Sleek chrome design
The floor fan is built from strong chrome metal. This not only provides a strong sturdy
base but also gives the fan a shiny modern design. The fan is also extremely quiet.
N.B. No assembly is required. Fan is ready for immediate use.
