If you have quesons about installaon, maintenance, or take down, please call us at [phone]. Our goal
is that you are completely sasfied with our products. Please read this installaon manual carefully and follow
all instrucons contained herein. Please note that the installer is responsible for the site selecon, installaon
and use. Do not erect during inclement weather and follow all safety procedures during the installaon and
take down process.
Please contact all ulity companies for underground services. In many states, the ulies work together and
have formed a Ulity Locang Service. It is your responsibility to locate all the underground services, including
speaking to the owner about irrigaon, pool and other special services that they may have installed. Also,
please note that special precauons should be taken such that any overhead powerlines are duly noted and
avoided during the tent erecon process.

estimate, and as such, does not imply that the figures are sufficient to hold any structure securely
in windy or adverse weather conditions. The installer accepts sole responsibility for the safe
installation, teardown, and maintenance of the MONARCHSTALL.TentCra does not represent in
any way that the materials provided with the purchase of the STALL are sufficient enough to
hold it up in windy or adverse weather conditions. There is no way for TentCra to know the
site conditions or the weather conditions at the event. This leaves us unable to recommend the
adequate amount of holding power needed to hold the STALL safely in position. Furthermore, we
are not responsible for the methods which the installer uses to erect the STALL or anchor it in
position. Installers MUST be empowered to deem the STALL unsafe for occupancy if/when the
weather becomes unstable.

Step 1

To start, lay out all parts on the ground in front of you as shown. Find the two back poles that are laser-
etched with “BACK TOP” and connect them together until the button securely clicks in place. Connect the
remaining poles together the same way.
You should have (3) complete poles once you are finished.
Step 2
Grab the laser etched “BACK TOP” bar and connect it to the elbow brackets. (The opposite side of this
piece ends in footpads.) Connect it by inserting the pole over the smaller, corner pole piece until it clicks
in place.
Repeat this step with the non-labled poles.

Step 3
Lift up the top “X” frame pieces and latch the steel stabilizer hook over the catch on the opposite pole. This
locks the “X” in place.
Step 4

Drape the roof over the top of the frame.
Wrap the front edge of the roof around the front bar of the frame. Use the Velcro to secure it. (If you have
a valence you will see a strip of Velcro on this front edge. This is where you will later attach your valence.)
Wrap the bottom of the roof around the bottom back wall of the frame. Use the Velcro to secure this piece.

Extend the top 4 legs of each X.
To extend, press the button and pull out the pole until it locks, extended, in place. Repeat this step for
the remaining legs.
Step 6
If you have a valence, attach it using the Velcro on the front edge.

Extend the bottom 4 legs of each X. To extend, press the button and pull out the pole until it locks,
extended, in place. Repeat for the remaining legs.

Your MONARCHSTALL is complete!
**Proper ballasting is the key to a long and happy life for tents. Use the included sand bags on the rear legs and
the stake kit or footplates on the front legs. **
