Read and undertand this entire manual before riding. Thumpstar
bikes strongly recommend having this bike assembled
by knowledgeable person.

Please read this manual thoroughly before assembling,
riding, or performing maintenance on this bicycle.

STEP 02:
WHEEL INSTALLATION
1. Grease and insert the wheel
axle between the fork tubes so
that the axle fit into slots of the
end of the fork blades.
2. Install the axle retention
devices, washers and axle nuts to
each side of axle. While
tightening the axle nuts by hands,
be sure to keep the axle centered
between the fork blades.
3. Use adjustable wrench tighten
the axle nuts to 15 foot pounds
torque each. (Front and Rear
wheel is the same)
STEP 03:
HANDLE BAR ASSEMBLY
1. Insert handle bar assembly
into the frame stem.
2. Line up the handlebar stem
with the front wheel.
3. Adjust the nut to make sure
handle bar is secured

STEP 04:
SEAT ASSEMBLY
1. Insert the seat post
into the frame.
2. Adjust the height.
3. Tighten the seat
post bolt enough to hold
the seat in place.

WARRANTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The Limited Warranty starts from the date of purchase of the bike by the
customer. Thumpstar will cover PARTS AND FREIGHT ONLY. Thumpstar
does not cover the labor required to remove or repair the bike or part for
warranty repair or replacement. (Unless otherwise negotiated) In some cases,
replacement parts may have to be shipped from overseas and can take up to 8
weeks for delivery.
Purchasing a bike in the crate without setup by a Thumpstar Authorized Dealer
void the limited warranty.
Limited Warranty is not transferable and if valid for original purchaser only.
USA: Competition models are absence from a manufactures/limited warranty.
WARRANTY CLAIMS
All warranty claims must be accompanied with the following
information and attachments:
– Picture of the bike
– Picture of the problem
– Description of the problem
To file a warranty claim, please visit your local Thumpstar website, which is
located in the footer of the website.
