nearest you. Under no circumstances can a dealer or distributor accept return of a kit if assembly has started.

a.Remove the bike's front suspension by disassembling the "E" clips on the steering shaft.
b.Remove the shaft that holds the front steering mount and front fork shocks.
c.Lift the entire set and remove it from the motorbike's assembly.
d.Tighten the motor pinion with hexagon screw
e. Install the motor mount and motor unit onto the side chassis by treading two internal hexagon screws
through the washers and motor mount.
f. Use a thin sheet of paper and insert it between both gears to set proper gear mesh.
g.Tape the E.S.C. to the top of the battery tray by using the supplied double-sided tape.
h.Install the E.S.C. switch onto the left side of the chassis frame by using a piece of appropriated double-
sided tape
i. Solder the E.S.C. black/red wire to the terminals on the motor. (Note: The red wire to the positive
terminal, black wire to the negative terminal)
j. Reassemble the front suspension assembly.

a. Mount the steering servo on the servo tray. (Note that its output shaft should be centered between the
chassis frames.)
b.Install the receiver on the receiver tray by using double-sided tape.
c. Thread the receiver antenna/wire through the antenna tube, and then press-fit the antenna tube on
the receiver tray
d. Properly plug the connection/wire into the receiver: steering servo connector/wire into the channel 1
slot, BEC power connector/wire into channel 2 slot.
e.The assembly diagram for the entire radio control system is shown.

a.Install the thread part of the linkage rod into the plastic tie-end.
b. Locate the supplied silicone fuel tube in the bag, and then cut two short tubings as the flexible and
extended linkage arm. (The silicone tubing is approximately 3cm long for each)
c.Assemble the linkage rods with the short silicone tubings, and set the screw collars tightly compressed
against the tubing.
d.Put the tubings over the steering servo horns and press the tie-end into the standoff ball on the steering
mount to complete the steering system.

a.Use a hexagon driver to loosen the screws of the mount on the side of the body frames.
b.Install the supplied side guard wire onto the mount.

a. Install the antenna into transmitter
b.Check the frequency printed on the transmitter crystal.
c. Check the frequency printed on the receiver crystal, and make sure it matches with the transmitter
crystal. Make sure no one will operate on the same frequency when you are. When there is a radio
glitch, it will most likely be caused by improper crystal, damaged crystal, or people operating on the
same frequency.

a.Install 8 AA size alkaline batteries into the transmitter.
b.Secure the Ni-Cd battery pack (not included) into the battery tray with supplied rubber bands

a.When turning radio on, first turn on the transmitter.
b.Then, turn on the receiver. When turning off, first turn the receiver off, then the transmitter off.
c. To reverse the functions of servos, use the small, white servo reverse switches located on side of the
pistol transmitter (or the inset servo reverse switches located at the bottom of the stick transmitter). To
trim the servos on pistol transmitter, use the trim switches on side of the steering wheel (the ST. trims
steering, and the TH trims throttle/brake). On a stick transmitter, the trim levers are located accordingly
around the sticks.

Due to its unique steering system, the following advises for the controlling should be noted,
a.First, flip the steering servo reverse switch (see 7c). The steering is basically accomplished by changing
the center of body gravity, not the turning of the forks. With the radio transmitter and receiver on, turn
the steering wheel/stick to the right. The body leans towards the right side (The front tire/wheel should
turns left oppositely), the chassis follows, leaning to the same side. If not, flip the steering servo reverse
switch again.
b.Return the steering wheel/stick to neutral. The front tire/wheel should point straight forward.
c.Turn the steering wheel/ stick to the left. The front tire/wheel should turn right oppositely.

Before operating your model, you have to set to either NEUTRAL or HIGH SPEED position of the electric
speed controller prior running the motor.
a.Neutral Setting
Hold on your R/C model carefully. (Always keep the wheels off the ground when checking the operation
of the radio equipment)
Connect the wire to the battery pack
Turn on the transmitter, and then switch on the electric speed controller afterwards.
Set up the throttle of the transmitter (trigger/stick) to the neutral position and the throttle trim knob/lever
in the middle.
Find the supplied tuning wand in the package or a small screwdriver.
Insert the wand into the adjustment hole on the electric speed controller, and slowly adjust the "Neutral"
screw (potentiometer) on the unit until the green led indicator goes out. Then the motor should stop
at the neutral point.
b.High Speed Setting
Hold on your R/C model carefully. (Always keep the wheels off the ground when checking the operation
of the radio equipment)
Give the throttle of the transmitter (trigger / stick) to the full position.
And then adjust the H.S. "High Speed" (potentiometer) screw to the position where "High Speed " is
commanded from your transmitter and the led indicator turns into red constantly.
You may adjust the throttle travel to customize the best control to meet your requirement by tuning
the "High Speed" position.

Make sure that the battery pack is completely discharged prior to charging. Discharging the battery pack
by running the electric motor until it slows down.
For best results, let the battery pack cool before charging. Heat may prevent the battery from charging
to full capacity and also decreases the performance of the battery.
Once the battery is ready to be charged, first plug the AC charger into the outlet of AC power source,
then plug your battery pack in the charger.
Continue to monitor the battery as it is being charged.As soon as the battery is fully charged, disconnect
the charger from the battery.

1. Hold the transmitter with one hand, finger on throttle,
2. With the other hand hold the bike. And then give it throttle while you push the bike a little. The bike
goes away in a straight line. Then you reach for the steering control and the fun begins!
3. When cornering, slow down the speed to make the turn easier.
4. If the bike falls due to loss of balance, the side guard wire will support and prvent the body from
scraping.
5.To continue bike's running, technically give it a slightly more throttle to help the bike back to the balanced
running.
(Note: Do not give the throttle too much to avoid the spin.)

MAINTENANCE AFTER RUNING
1.Always turn off the radio system and unplug the battery pack when not using the bike.
2. Remove the sand, dirt, and any other elements completely from the bike before you store it.
