AssemblyandTorchInstallation:
•Assemble the Pole Sections
together (see FIG 1).
•Insert the Torch Pole into the ground a
minimum of 6"until secured.
Note: The Pole Section with the angled
end is the Lower Pole Section.
•Assemble the Torch to the Pole Assembly (see FIG 2).
•Do not place Torch under covered shelter, near pedestrian
traffic or combustibles such as wood structures, fuel, clothing
or dry vegetation.

Torch stability depends on many conditions. TIKI®Brand
products offer a variety of installationoptions for multiple
backyard environments. For best results, select one of
these recommended torch installation options.

FillingandLighting:
•Remove the Fuel Canister from the Glowing Torch.
•Unscrew metal Flame Guard from the Fuel
Canister (see FIG 3).
•Fill the Fuel Canister with 3 oz. of TIKI®Brand Torch
Fuel – DO NOT OVERFILL (see FIG 4).
•Reattach the metal Flame Guard to the Fuel
Canister – DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN (see FIG 3).
• Wipe away any spilled fuel before lighting.
• Place Fuel Canister into the Glowing Torch.
• Allow Wick to become saturated with fuel before lighting.
•Use a TIKI®Brand Lighter or long fireplace match to light
the Torch (see FIG 5).

•Fill with TIKI®Brand
OFF!®BiteFighter®
or Citronella Torch Fuel.

Refilling:
•Carefully place Snuffer over Flame Guard to extinguish
flame – DO NOT BLOW OUT (see FIG 6). Allow to cool for 30
minutes before handling and refilling.
•Remove the Fuel Canister from the Glowing Torch.
•Unscrew the metal Flame Guard from the Fuel
Canister (see FIG 3).
•Fill with TIKI®Brand Torch Fuel – DO NOT OVERFILL (see FIG 4).
•Reattach metal Flame Guard to Fuel Canister – DO NOT
OVERTIGHTEN (see FIG 3).
•Wipe away any spilled fuel before lighting.
Extinguishing:
• Using the metal Snuffer that is provided, carefully place completely over
Wick until flame is extinguished – DO NOT BLOW
OUT (see FIG 6).
Note: Leave the Snuffer on the Glowing Torch to prevent water
contamination.
Note: If the Fuel becomes contaminated with water, the Wick and Fuel must
be replaced and properly disposed of in accordance with local laws and
regulations.
GlowingTorchActivation:
• Remove the Tab from the slot (See FIG 7) in the Glowing Torch Base and
dispose of the Tab immediately. This allows the Control Switch in the Base
(See FIG 6) to control the Glowing Torch color when activated.
•Utilize Glowing LED option at night for optimal illumination effect.
-Push once for white LED.
-Push twice for multi-colored LED.
-Push three times to turn off.

Storage:
•Store Fuel in original Fuel Bottle with Cap secured, and dispose
of any unwanted Fuel in accordance to local laws and regulations.
•Store upright in a dry location (see FIG 11).
•For best results, store product away from the weather conditions
when not in use.
•Remove batteries for long term storage.
Cleaning:
•Use damp cloth to remove debris from glass as needed.
WickReplacement:
•Carefully remove the Wick from the Flame
Guard (see FIG 9). Properly dispose of the Wick in
accordance with local laws and regulations.
•Replace the Wick with a new TIKI®Torch Wick and position
the Wick with 1/2"exposed (see FIG 10).
•Trim as required.

BatteryReplacement:
•Remove the cover retaining screw and open the battery
compartment cover (see FIG 8).
• Remove the old batteries carefully.
•Replace Batteries with (2) AA Batteries.
•Replace the battery compartment cover and install the
retaining screw.
CAUTION
• Donotmixstandard,alkaline,
andrechargeablebatteries.
• Donotmixoldandnewbatteries.
• Removebatteriesforstorage.
• Disposeofbatteriesproperly.
