(DE) Hinweis: Die vorbildnahen und ligran gestalteten TILLIG-
Elite-Weichen sind in den Funktionsmaßen unter Berücksichtigung der
Norm Europäischer Modellbahnen (NEM 110) gefertigt. Um Betriebs-
sicherheit zu erzielen, müssen alle verwendeten Radsätze auch dieser
Norm entsprechen. Mit der „Lehre für Radsätze und Gleis“ (TILLIG Art.-Nr.
08962) sind alle in Fahrzeugen und Weichen wichtigen Maße problem-
los zu kontrollieren. Zum Umstellen der Federzungen ist der Unterur-
Motorweichenantrieb (Art.-Nr. 86112) erforderlich. Das verwendete Neu-
silber-Schienenprol ist brüniert und auf der Lau󰀪äche geblankt.
Bei dieser EKW sind das Herzstück, die Zunge und die Mittelschiene des
abzweigenden Gleises elektrisch miteinander verbunden und müssen
je nach Weichenstellung entsprechend polarisiert werden. Die Beschal-
tung dieses Anschlusses kann durch den potentialfreien Umschalter des
Unterur-Motorweichenantriebes oder durch ein zusätzliches Relais er-
folgen. Dabei versorgt ein Weichenantrieb stets das gegenüber liegende
Herzstück mit Spannung. Die Einspeisung erfolgt über die Kontaktklem-
me (Lötfahne) am Gleis. Die Isolierschienenverbinder (Kunststo󰀨) sind
zur elektrischen Trennung zwischen Herzstück und den anschließenden
Gleisen notwendig. Sie werden an den Herzstückenden aufgesteckt.
Achtung! Wenn beide Weichen in Stellung „gerade“ stehen, dann
treten beim Überfahren konstruktionsbedingt Kurzschlüsse im
Fahrstromkreis auf. Um diese Weichenstellung auszuschließen, sind die
beiden Weichenantriebe WA 1 und WA 2 zusätzlich wie folgt zu verbinden.

the exible tongues, you need the underbase motorised turnout actuator
(article no. 86112). The nickel-silver track prole used is browned and po-
lished on the running surface.
In this single-slip tournout the frog, the tongue and the middle rail of the
diverging track are electrically interconnected and must be polarised ac-
cordingly depending on the turnout position. This connection can be wired
up using the potential-free reversing switch on the point motor or via an
extra relay. Here a points actuator constantly supplies voltage to the op-
posite frog. The power is fed through the contact terminal (solder lug) on
the track. The insulating rail joiners (plastic) are required for the electrical
isolation between the frog and the tracks being joined on. They are moun-
ted onto the ends of the frog.
Caution! Due to the particular design involved, short circuits will
occur in the traction current circuit when both turnouts are in the
“straight” position and a train or other vehicle drives over it. To prevent this
turnout position, the two turnout actuators WA1 and WA2 must be joined.

TILLIG Elite proches de l’exemple et ligranes sont fabriqués en tenant
compte de la norme de modélisme (NEM 110). Pour assurer la sécurité
de fonctionnement, tous les essieux montés utilisés correspondent à cette
norme. Le « Calibre pour essieux montés et voie » (réf.: TILLIG n° 08962),
toutes les dimensions importantes dans les véhicules et les aiguillages
peuvent être contrôlées sans problème. Pour commuter les languettes de
ressort, l’entraînement d’aiguillage inférieur à moteur (n° art. 83112) est
nécessaire. Le prolé de rail en maillechort utilisé est bruni et lustré sur la
surface de roulement.
Dans cette croisement simple, le cœur, les lames d’aiguille et les rails
médians des voies déviées sont reliés électriquement entre eux et doivent
être polarisés en fonction de la position de l'aiguillage.
La commutation de ce raccordement peut s’e󰀨ectuer par un commutateur
exempt de potentiel de l’entraînement d’aiguillage inférieur à moteur ou
par un relais supplémentaire. Ce faisant, un moteur d’aiguillage assure
toujours l’alimentation électrique du cœur opposé. L’alimentation est réa-
lisée par le biais de bornes de contact (cosses à souder) sur la voie. Les
connecteurs de rail d’isolation (plastique) sont nécessaires pour la sépa-
ration électrique entre le cœur et les rails raccordés. Ils sont insérés aux
extrémités du cœur.
Attention! Lorsque les deux aiguillages sont en position «droite»,
des courts-circuits se produisent dans le circuit de traction en raison
de la conception de la voie lors du passage. Pour exclure cette position
d'aiguillage, les deux moteurs d’aiguillage WA 1 et WA 2 doivent être rac-
cordés comme suit.

U této jednoduché křížení jsou srdce, jazyky a střední kolejnice odbočo-
vacích kolejí navzájem elektricky spojené a musí být polarizovány v
závislosti na postavení výhybky. Elektrické zapojení lze zajistit přes be-
zpotenciálový přepínač motorického pohonu výhybky nebo pomocí přída-
vného relé. Přestavník přitom vždy napájí protilehlé srdce. Napájení je
zajištěno přes kontaktní svorku (pájecí výstupek) na koleji.
Izolační spojky kolejnic (plastové) jsou nutné pro elektrické oddělení mezi
srdcovkou a přilehlými kolejnicemi. Nasazují se na konce srdcovek.
Pozor! Pokud jsou obě výhybky v poloze „přímo“, vznikají při pře-
jezdu konstrukčně podmíněné
zkraty v trakčním obvodu. K vyloučení tohoto postavení výhybek je třeba
oba přestavníky WA 1 a WA 2 navíc propojit následovně.

Elite są produkowane w wymiarach funkcyjnych z uwzględnieniem norm
europejskiego modelarstwa kolejowego (NEM 110). Dla osiągnięcia
bezpieczeństwa eksploatacji, stosowane zespoły kół muszą spełniać
również wymogi tej normy. Przy pomocy "Szablonu do zespołów kół i
torów" (nr art. TILLIG 08962) można sprawdzić wszystkie istotne dla po-
jazdów i zwrotnic wymiary. Do przestawiania iglic sprężystych konieczny
jest podpowierzchniowy napęd do zwrotnic silnikowych (nr art. 86112).
Stosowany prol szynowy z mosiądzu wysokoniklowego jest oksydowa-
ny, a na powierzchni tocznej szyny wybłyszczony.
W przypadku tej prosta (pojedyncza) zwrotnica krzyżowa, krzyżownica
iglice, i szyny środkowe torów zwrotnych są z sobą połączone elektrycz-
nie, i zależnie od pozycji zwrotnicy, trzeba je odpowiednio polaryzować.
Przyłącze to może być przełączane poprzez przełącznik bezpotencjałowy
silnikowego napędu zwrotnicy lub poprzez dodatkowy przekaźnik. Napęd
zwrotnicy zasila przy tym stale krzyżownicę leżącą naprzeciw. Zasilanie
odbywa się poprzez zacisk kontaktowy (końcówka lutownicza płaska) na
torze. Łączniki izolacyjne do szyn (tworzywo) konieczne są do rozdziału
elektrycznego pomiędzy krzyżownicą i podłączonymi szynami. Wtyka się
je na końcach krzyżownicy.
Uwaga! Gdy obie zwrotnice znajdują się w pozycji "prosto", to przy
przejeździe występują z powodów konstrukcyjnych zwarcia w je-
zdnym obwodzie elektrycznym. Dla wykluczenia takiej pozycji zwrotnicy
oba napędy zwrotnic WA1 i WA2 należy dodatkowo połączyć w następu-
jący sposób.

All the main dimensions of the vehicles and points can easily be checked using the 'Wheel Set and Track Gauge' (TILLIG Item no. 08962).
