1.Warning
1. Must follow the rated input voltage.
2. Please store the battery in the non-combustible material environment or keep it from sun exposure.
3. During charging or discharging conditions, the battery may generate high temperature. Please keep the
battery from combustible material.
4. When the battery is charging or discharging, please do not place any objects on its surface.
5. Please keep the battery and the related charging accessories away from children.
6. If the battery is broken, please remove or replace the battery immediately.
7. Do not use the battery if smoke is coming out.
8. Don’t discard or expose the products into water or heat sources.
9. Recycle with certified depots.
10. Needs to be repaired by original manufacturer or authorized maintenance centers.
11. Always use a TiMOTION charger.

2.Introduction
The TBB9 is a rechargeable battery that provides mobility to height adjustable desk applications.
ON / OFF Button Operation:
ON: Press continuously for 2 seconds and there will be a short beep.
OFF: Press continuously for 2 seconds.

5.Installations
5.1Mounting position

5.2Assembly
1. Charge the battery completely.
2. Assemble the whole system (ex: height adjustable desk) completely prior to connecting the battery.
3. Disconnect the control box to AC power.
4. Use M4 screws (3 pieces) to fix the charging cradle into the desired position on the desk. (PIC1)
5. Connect the charging cradle and the control box. (PIC 2)
6. Put the TBB9 into the charging cradle. (PIC 3)
7. Turn on the TBB9.
8. Connect the control box to AC power to charge the desk via control box.

7.Charging
TBB9 can be charged directly from the control box or via the standard Micro USB.
7.1Via control box
If the control box is connected to the AC power and the TBB9, the TBB9 will charge via the control box.
It takes about 8 hours to fully charge.

7.2Via Micro USB
The TBB9 can be charged independently via the Micro USB.
It takes about 16 hours to fully charge.
Recommendations for the Micro USB output specifications:
1. Voltage: 5 VDC
2. Current: > 2A (Note: It may take more time if using the charging output with small current.)

7.3Remarks
1. To avoid losing battery, charge to 75% (4 LED lights) before storing. The battery will display 2 LED lights
when lower than 50% capacity.
2. When the TBB9 is not in use, please charge it every six (6) months.
3. The battery life will be affected by use and working environment. After recharging 300 times, the battery
may only support 60% capacity.
4. For best performance, charge the TBB9 fully before use.

9.3Packaging and Transportation
The TBB9 is packed according to 2017 Lithium Battery Guidance Document by IATA. The packaging is
supplied with a label (see image below) stating the package contains lithium ion batteries.
All the packaging and transportation comply with the regulations within the 2017 Lithium Battery
Guidance Document; even re-packaging or returned products.
Shipping by land, sea or air is allowed. Please contact TiMOTION for the related safety report.
