AdjustmentProcedure
Check Setting
Using aTorqueAnalyser, checkthesettingof
thescrewdriver.
Ifadjustmentisnecessary
Usea5mmhexagonkeytoremovetheendcap
fittedtoPro&ESDmodelsonly.Alsoremove
theT-Barwherefitted. Theninsertthehexagon
keyintotheendofthehandgriptoengagethe
adjustingscrew.
TLS Screwdriversaredesignedforusewith
sockets,screwdriverbitsandblades.
At thesettorque,thehandlerotatesthrough
an angleof 60Obeforeresetting.

Reduce Torque
When adjusting,alwaysapproachtherequired
torquefromalowersetting.
Toreducethetorque,rotatethekeyanti-
clockwisepastyoursetting,thenincrease
torquetotherequiredvalue.
IncreaseTorque
Rotatethekeyclockwiseuntil thecorrect
torqueisshownconsistentlyontheanalyser.
(10 readings).
