1 About Data Storage and Operation
The area of internal phone storage and external
storage media such as MicroSD cards that
eventually might be included with this device, are
empty (excluding own internal device information for
standard operation), which means it does not contain
any pictures, music or videos, Internet application or
data from those applications.
TOCH Mobile shall not be responsible for the data
that the phone user reads, writes, modifies or
deletes in the phone storage areas. These data will
be sole responsibility of the phone user.
2 Considerations and safety
In order to use your phone safely and effectively,
please read this information before using it:
• Next to a chemical plant, a gas station, oil depot or
other explosive points, please address the
recommendations of these places on the use of cell
phones. As a recommendation, please turn off the
phone.
• When you are driving, please do not use the
phone. If necessary, first park the vehicle before
using the phone.
• Do not use the phone in a hospital in order to not
disrupt the operation of medical equipment,
especially cardiac pacemakers, hearing aids and
medical electronics. Please obey the rules and
regulations of the hospital before using the phone.

• Before flying, turn off the phone as to not affect the
operation of the aircraft. Using the phone in an
aircraft may be dangerous. Please address the
recommendations of the crew about it.
• Telephone usage by children should be supervised
by adults.
• Accessories and battery: Please use the battery
and accessories supplied by our company.
Otherwise, you risk damaging your phone beyond
repair. Please do not open or destroy the battery. If
the battery is too hot, discolored, swollen, sweats or
exhibits an unusual phenomenon, please stop using
it immediately and replace it to avoid affecting your
safety. Please take it to an electronic devices
recycling place, and do not discard it in the everyday
trash. Attention: Please do not charge more than 12
hours.
• Do not charge without battery . When the battery is
removed, turn off in order not to damage the phone.
• Your phone is not water resistant. Please keep it
dry.
• Avoid using your phone if you feel it is too hot or
too cold.
• Do not throw, drop or hit the phone so as to not
destroy it.
• According to the FCC certification obtained by this
device, it must be used at a distance of 1.5 cm from
the human body.
• Authorized Service: only seek maintenance of your
phone through authorized service centers for TOCH

5. Install and remove the SIM card
1) Turn off the phone: If it is on, turn it off by
pressing the key for 5 seconds.
2) Remove the back cover: Remove the back cover
by pushing down as shown in picture 3:

3) Insert the SIM card as shown in the following
image 3-1 ensure that the metal part of the SIM card
is facing downwards.

6. Battery and charger
6.1 Battery
This phone uses a battery type: Li-ion.
When using the phone for the first time, install the
battery and charge the phone for 4 hours.
To install the battery follow these steps:
1) Remove the back cover: Remove the back cover
by pushing down as shown in image 3-2:

2) Install the battery: battery metal points should be
placed face to face with metal points inside the
phone, then push the battery down until it is in place,
as shown in image 3-3.

NOTE: When the battery is low, this image is
displayed: and a high -pitched beep
warning signal sounds.
1.2 Use of the Charger
a) To charge the battery, connect the power adapter
to the power outlet and then the wall outlet to the
desktop charger, then place the phone in the
desktop charger and as seen in image 3 - 4.
