Bag Rack Kit for E-Merge
Part # 90021-17
These instructions provide the installer with an
overall procedure for mounting the Bag Rack Kit to
the Tomberlin E-Merge E2 or E4.

Bag Rack Kit for E-Merge
Part # 90021-17
Make sure parking brake is engaged so vehicle
does not move while mounting basket, or
serious damage to vehicle or personnel could
occur.
1. Attach frame (2) to vehicle as shown using
screws (17), lock washers (13), flat washers (18)
and spacers (5).
2. Attach basket (7) to mounted frame using
brackets (4), screws (14), flat washers (15), flat
washers (15) and nylok nuts (16). For proper
position of basket with brackets, see Detail A.
3. Attach cradle with straps (3) to mounted frame
using screws (8) and lock washer (9).
4. Install cap plugs (10) into exposed holes on
mounted frame (2).
5. Verify all hardware is tight and secure.
