We would like to point out the following points before starting:
•Our calf housing solutions are engineered and constructed for young
animals with a maximum weight of 150 KG;
•When assembling the rear- and side walls, make sure you don’t tighten
the nut too tight, since it could deform / damage the walls;
•Please follow the assembly instructions in this manual. Topcalf won’t be
held responsible for incorrect assembly;
•When cleaning the calf hutch, make sure to use detergents that don’t
damage the materials of the calf hutch.
We recommend you to use a high-pressure cleaner at 80 bar, to clean
the calf hutch.

Hand-tighten the tumbler lock bolt. If the
tumbler lock bolt doesn’t get in the right
position, then unscrew the lock and adjust the
blind rivet nut in such way, the tumbler lock
bolt gets in the right position.
Make sure to hand-tighten the lock
