1. LETTER UPON DELIVERY –THƯ CHÀO KHÁCH HÀNG
Dear Customer,
The ITG traction units have been designed and manufactured in compliance with the
Machinery Directive 2006/42/FC, EN12100-1, EN12100-2, EN12100-3 and observing the
standards EN.81: 2104-20 and EN.81: 2014-50, therefore they are safe for the installer and
the Maintenance operator, if used accordingly with the prescriptions of the present manual
and is their safety devices will be kept in the due efficiency.
I.T.G is harmless for each and any nonauthorized modification, tampering and operations
carried on without following the prescriptions of the present manual or other documents
relating to the installation and maintenance of the traction unit.
The Company I.T.G compliments you for choosing its products and is sure that you will
achieve the best possible performance from them.

2014- 50, do đó chúng an toàn cho người lắp đặt và người vận hành Bảo trì, nếu được sử

2. MACHINE IDENTIFICATION –NHẬN DẠNG MÁY KÉO
For whatever communication relating to one of our hoisting machines, please always indicate
its serial number and have available also the data of the brake electromagnet and of the
electric motor, which are all easily traceable thanks to the specific plates on the machine.

lòng luôn cho biết sốsê-ri của nó và cung cấp dữliệu của nam châm điện phanh và của động
cơ điện, tất cảđều có thểdễdàng theo dõi nhờtem cụthểtrên máy.

3. WARRANTY –BẢO HÀNH
3.0 The warranty, unless other contractual arrangements, is governed by the following
clauses:
3.1 ITG warrants its hoisting machines for a period of two years from the date of dispatch from
its premises. In that period, ITG will take over the replacement of any component found to be
defective.
A component part can be considered as defective only if the defect has been verified and
accepted by ITG.
3.2 The parts under warranty for repair or replacement, must be delivered to ITG on DDU
basis.
3.3 Any request for technical intervention by the Customer must be submitted to ITG in writing.
Labor costs, travel, meals and lodging are upon the Customer.
3.4 The warranty becomes automatically void whether any of the following conditions may
apply:
- The drive unit or its component parts have been subject to tampering;
- The application of the drive unit is different from the conditions of use indicated to ITG at time
of the order of the drive unit and also when it differes from the conditions of use stated on the
ITG technical catalogue and in this manual;
- Lack of identification plates of the machine.
3.5 Warranty doesn’t include operations and component parts subject to normal wear, such
as: friction linings of the brakes, bearings, electric windings and hydraulic seals.
3.6 The warranty does not cover or implies compensation whatsoever for any downtime or
transport.
3.7 Procedures for warranty repair. Any warranty claim must be reported in detail to ITG within
8 days after the first occurance of the defect, by e-mail or by fax;
3.7.1 ITG shall confirm by e-mail or fax the possible acceptance of the warranty claim and
authorise the Customer for operating the repair or shall arrange for the intervention of ITG
Technicians.
3.7.2 Any component part considered defective and replaced by the Customer must remain
at the disposal of ITG for at least 180 days, in order to allow it to carry out any check or
verification, or it must be sent directly to ITG itself upon its simple written request.
3.7.3 In no event ITG recognizes charges for warranty repairs that were not approved in
advance by itself.
