This item is made by mould with elegant appearance and sanitation. It can be placed on platform or
desk directly. Please read this manual carefully in order to ensure that you are more familiar with the
product performance and operation, using more safely as well as improving its working life. Thank you!
General Matters
* Initial use and maintenance should be made by professionals or those who get operation permit or are
licensed by manufacturers.
* Please keep the manual for future use.
* To ensure the integrity of machine when remove the packing. If in doubt, please consult expert before
using. To avoid danger, please don’t put packing materials where children could touch. (Material is plastic
bags, nails etc.)
* Turn off machine if not use or operator is out to avoid danger
* Maintenance should be carried out by professional staff and with original parts, if not that will endanger
the safety performance of the machine.

Transport and Storage
This equipment should be carefully handled, preventing violent vibration in the course of carriage. It
shouldn’t be long open-air storied and upside down, but in well ventilated warehouse without corrosive gas
after packing. But if it needs temporary outdoor storage, please take rain proof measures.
Installation Request
1. Please install this equipment on stable place. The back should be away from other things over 20cm, and
10cm at least away from non-combustible material (such as brick wall)
2. The voltage of power supply equipment use must be consistent with using voltage, and voltage fluctuation
is plus or minus 10%.
3. Users need to equip with a suitable power switch or fuse and leakage protective device, and please don’t
put sundry before switch for good operation.
4. The earth line of this equipment comes from the same source. It must be safe and connected by copper
bolt well.
5. Please check if all electric elements are connected well, power supply connection is correct and safety
earth ground is reliable as well before switching on.

6. Please ask the people who have electrician operation certificate to install this equipment.
Instruction
1. Please wipe the cooking plate with wet cloth and then put some cooking oil on it for first use.
2. Get through power supply, and turn on power switch then power indicator is on. At that time current has
been supplied to the equipment. Rotate the temperature controller clockwise, and green indicator is on. This
equipment can work normally after preheating. The cooking plate is being heated continuously in order to
keep a constant temperature during baking.
3. After using, please switch off the power and wait for several minutes, and then wipe with wet cloth. But
please clean it by cleanser for long time storage.

Warning:
1. Please don’t put any inflammable (such as towel etc.) on the equipment, otherwise it may fire and cause
accident.
2. Please switch off the power immediately after use.
3. Please shut off the power immediately for any leakage or trouble. And asking people who have electrician
operation certificate to maintain then re-use it.
4. If the power cord is damaged, please use the special soft line or replace it by special component from

factory or maintenance department.
