Các bước chuẩn bịthiết bị.
- Đặt cân ởvịtrí tránh gió, tránh luồng máy lạnh, tránh cửa ra vào.
- Sửdụng cân đúng nguồn điện và nguồn phải ổn định.
- Quảcân chuẩn yêu cầu quảF1 thì tốt nhất.
Hướng dẫn cách cân.
- Mởcân bằng cách nhấn phím ON/OFF/ZERO chờkhi cân hiển thị0.0g.
- Đặt vật cân lên chính giữa đĩa cân và đọc kết quả.
TrừBì.
- Khi cân ởtrạng thái 0.0g, đặt bì lên bàn cân rồi nhấn phím ON/OFF/ZERO cân tựđộng trừbì và hiển thị
0.0g. Đặt mẫu vào bì và cân bình thường.
Lưu ý: Khi lấy bì ra khỏi cân, nhớnhấn phím ON/OFF/ZERO để cân vềtrang thái ban đầu trước khi tắc cân.

Ý nghĩa các phím chức năng.
Phím ON/OFF/ZERO Là phím tắc mởcân đồng thời là phím trừbì, phím trảcân vềđiểm 0.
Phím UNIT/CAL Là phím chuyển đổi đơn vị cân, cân có các đơn vị g, trc, thk, tsg, đồng thời là phím hiệu
chuẩn cân.
Đèn báo.
Khi đèn báo sáng ở đâu thì cân hiển thịởđó.
1. Đèn báo STABLE cân đang ở chếđộ ổn định.
2. Đèn báo ZERO cân đang ở chếđộ 0 tải, cân đang ở chếđộ trừbì.
3. Đèn báo "g": Cân đang ở đơn vị “g”
4. Đèn báo "trc": Cân đang ở đơn vị “trc”
5. Đèn báo "thk": Cân đang ở đơn vị “thk”
6. Đèn báo "tsg": Cân đang ở đơn vị “tsg”.
Hướng dẫn hiệu chuẩn nhanh Cân kỹthuật OS 1000.
Chuẩn bịquảcân F1 tương ứng với cân cần hiệu chuẩn.
Chuyển cân sang chếđộ mởkhóa bởi nút phía dưới cân "hình ổkhóa" nút này đóng khi vận chuyễn cũng như
khi không sửdụng cân trong thời gian dài.
1.Trước khi vào hiệu chuẩn cân, mởcân bằng phím ON/OFF/ZERO đợi 1 phúc cho cân ổn định.
2.Nhấn giữphím "UNIT/CAL" màn hình sẽhiển thịCAL, tiếp tục nhấn phím UNIT/CAL màn hình hiển thị
trọng lượng cân cần hiệu chuẩn.
"ví dụmàn hình hiển thị1000g chóp chóp ta bỏ1kg lên đĩa cân.
3. Đặt quảcân lên đĩa cân thương ứng với mức cân đang hiện thịtrên màn hình, đợi khi nào hiện thịPASS là
xong hiệu chuẩn cân..
4. Nhấn phím ON/OFF/ZERO tắc nguồn cân, mởcân lại bằng phím ON/OFF/ZERO kiểm tra lại xem cân
hiệu chuẩn đúng chưa, bằng cách bỏquảcân vừa hiệu chuẩn lên cân để kiểm tra lại nếu đúng thì cân hiệu chuẩn
thành công.
6.Vào chếđộ cân bình thường.
Vệsinh bảo trì định kỳcân.
Ngắt nguồn điện trước khi vệsinh cân, chắc chắn không có chất lỏng bên trong, vệsinh cân bằng khăn ẩm hoặc
sửdụng các chất tẩy rửa nhẹ. Không sửdụng cân trong môi trường dung môi, hóa chất khắc nghiệt.

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
All safety messages are identified by the following the words "WARNING" and "CAUTION". These words
mean the following:
△WARNING
Important information to alert you to a situation that might cause
serious injury and damage to your property if instructions are not
followed.
△CAUTION
Important information that tells how to prevent damage to equipment.
When using the scale/balance, the following safety precautions should always be followed.
△WARNING
Use only the AC adaptor with the scale/balance. Other adaptor may cause damage. (AC adaptor is optional)
△CAUTION
Avoid installing the scale/balance in direct sunlight, this may cause discoloration or malfunctions.
Do not mix the type of batteries. Replace all other batteries at the same time.
If the scale/balance is not to be used for a long period of time, remove all batteries from the battery
compartment to avoid leakage which may cause damage to the instrument.
Avoid overloading that could cause damage to the scale/balance.
Do not drop water in the scale/balance that is not water-resistant. It causes damage, if inside of the scale/balance
is wet.
Matter charged static electricity could influence the weighing. Discharge the static electricity. As example, the
method is to use the electrification prevention spray, to spray it to both side of weighing platform.

1. INTRODUCTION
This manual contains installation and operation instructions for the OS Series Scales. Please read the manual
completely before using the scale.
1.1 Safety Precautions Please follow these safety precautions:
• Verify that the AC Adapter input voltage matches the local AC power supply.
• Use the scale only in dry locations.
• For best results, use the scale in the specified optimum operating temperature.
• Do not operate the scale in hostile or unstable environments.
• Use your scale with care, gently loading items to be weighed onto the center of the pan. Avoiding rough
treatment will aid in the life of your scale.
1.2. General Product Features
• Power Up test: When the scale is turned on, all display segments will be displayed for a few seconds,
indicating that the unit is self adjusting to zero. Once the “0” is displayed, the scale is ready for use.
• Stable Reading indication: A star indicator will appear in the lower left corner of the display when a stable
reading has been reached.
• Overload: If the applied load exceeds the capacity of the scale, an “E” will appear on the display and the load
should be removed immediately. The scale will return to normal operation.
• Tare Function: Values can progressively be added to a sample. By pressing the ON/ZERO OFF button, the
scale display returns to zero. After adding additional mass, press ON/ZERO OFF to zero the scale again.
Additional mass may be added up to the capacity of the scale.
• Negative Value: When a load is removed from the scale, any zeroed value will be displayed as a negative
number. To return to normal operation, the zeroed value can be cancelled by pressing ON/ZERO OFF button.
• Low Battery Indication: The display will show “Lo” when the batteries are weak and need to be replaced.
Auto Shut-Off: To extend battery life, the scale will automatically turn off after approximately (4) minutes if
no active weighing is occurring. This feature is active with battery operation only.
2. INSTALLATION
2.1 Power Power the scale using the AC power adapter (not included) or 3 AA batteries.
Battery Installation Remove the battery cover on the bottom of the scale and place the 3 “AA” size batteries into
the compartment as indicated. Do not use excessive force or press the weighing pan. Re insert the battery cover.
AC Power Connection Connect the AC adapter (not included) to the receptacle at the rear of the scale. Plug the
AC adapter into a properly grounded electrical outlet.

2.2 Load cell Lock.
3. OPERATION
3.1 Two Button Keypad
• ON/ZERO OFF: Pressing this button turns on the scale. This same button operates the zero feature when the
scale is on. Press and hold this button for three seconds to turn the scale off.
• UNIT CAL: Press this button briefly to change the weighing unit. Press and hold this button to begin the
calibration process.
3.2 Calibration For best results calibrate the scale at regular intervals. This is especially important if the scale is
in use for prolonged periods.
Calibration weights are not provided with the scale

Press and hold the UNIT CAL button to start the calibration process. The display will show CAL.
The calibration process can be aborted by turning the scale off.
Press the ON/ZERO OFF button to capture 0. The display shows –C–while the scale stores the zero load
signal.
The display will show C xxx where xxx is the calibration weight in grams.
Place the appropriate calibration weight on the platform.
Press the ON/ZERO OFF button.
The display shows –C–while the scale stores the calibration point signal.
After calibration, the display returns to the normal weighing mode. The message CAL E will appear if the
calibration steps are not followed or the wrong weight was used.
