SAFETY OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
−Do not exceed the products rated maximum load capacity.
−Always distribute objects evenly on the Work Bench. Uneven weight distribution could
cause tipping.
−Do not lean or climb onto the Work Bench.
−Only use this device for the purpose for which it has been designed.
−Do not modify any component of this Work Bench.
−When servicing, use only Red Label identical replacement parts. Use of any other parts will
void the warranty.
−Only use on a flat surface capable of supporting the Work Bench and its rated maximum
capacity load. It is easy to lose control of the Work Bench if attempting to pull a load on a
sloping or uneven surface.
−Use the right product for the job. There are certain applications for which the Work Bench
was designed. Do not modify the Work Bench and do not use the Work Bench for a purpose
for which it was not intended.
ASSEMBLY, OPERATION, PREVENTITIVE MAINTENANCE
1. FEATURES
The Red Label Light Duty Work Bench is a multi-purpose workbench with plenty of storage
space including a peg board, two drawers, and top and bottom shelves. Durable steel
construction with composite wood table top. NOTE: Pegboard Hooks are not included.
2. ASSEMBLY
Unpacking: after removing the packing material, make sure the product is in perfect
condition and that there are no visible damaged parts. The packaging materials
(Polyethylene bags, polystyrene etc.), should be disposed of responsibly in an appropriate
refuse collection container. These materials must not be left within the reach of children
as they are potential sources of danger.

Assemble the Work Bench:
1. Attach Side Beams (4) to Front (1) and Back Posts (2).
2. Attach Rubber Feet (3) to bottom of each post.
3. Attach Bottom Beams (5) to Front and Back Posts.
4. Attach Side Beam (4) and Side Beam (4A) to the top 2 holes on Front Posts and the
middle 2 holes on Back Posts. Note: Side Beam with Power Strip Opening can be
attached to either the right or left side.
5. Attach Power Strip (22) to Side Beam with Power Strip Opening using U Brackets (F)
and Screws (E).
6. Attach Top Beams (6) to the top 2 holes on Front Posts and the middle 2 holes on
Back Posts. Note: Make sure the Front Top Beam carries the Warning Label and is
right-side up.
7. Attach Front (7F) and Back (7B) Drawer Brackets to Top Beams.
8. Attach Middle Drawer Mount (8) to Front and Back Drawer Brackets.
9. Attach Left (9L) and Right (9R) Drawer Mounts to Front and Back Posts. Tighten
hardware.
10. Attach Drawer Handle (14) to the Front Drawer Panel (11) using Bolts and Nuts (A).
Repeat for second Front Drawer Panel. Tighten hardware.
11. Lay Drawer Bottom (13) down on a flat surface. Attach Right (10R) and Left (10L)
Drawer Panels to the Front and Back (12) Drawer Panels. Tighten hardware. Repeat
for second Drawer.
12. Install Drawers, making sure the runners on the Drawers are level with the Drawer
Mounts.
13. Attach left and right Back Upper Posts (15) to left and right Back Posts.
14. Attach Back Shelf Beam (16B) to Back Upper Posts.
15. Attach Left Shelf Beam (17L) and Right Shelf Beam (17R) to the back Shelf Beam.
16. Attach Front Shelf Beam (16F) to Left and Right Shelf Beams.
17. Attach Pegboard (18) to Back Upper Posts and Middle Drawer Mount using Bolts and
Nuts (C).
18. Attach Bench Top (19) to Upper Side Beams and Bottom Shelf (20) to Lower Side
Beams using Bolts and Nuts (D).
19. Make sure all components are level and square, then tighten all hardware securely.
20. Attach Top Shelf (21) to Shelf Beams using Bolts and Nuts (D).

3. BEFORE USE
Prior to each use conduct a visual inspection by checking for abnormal conditions, such as
cracked joints and damaged, loose, or missing parts.
4. STORAGE
This Light Duty Work Bench should always be stored in a dry location on a level surface.
5. MAINTENANCE
Inspect the general condition of the Light Duty Work Bench checking:
−for loose hardware
−misalignment of binding or parts, cracked, bent, or broken parts, and
−any other condition that may affect the safe operation.
−Clean the Light Duty Work Bench after each use. Ensure dirt, oil, grease and debris
are cleaned off after each use.
6. SERVICE & REPAIR
Any Light Duty Work Bench found damaged in any way, or found to be worn or operates
abnormally should be removed from service until repaired by an authorised service agent.
Owners and / or operators should be aware that repair of this product may require
specialised equipment and knowledge. Only authorised parts, labels, decals shall be used
on this equipment. Annual inspection is recommended and can be made by an authorised
repair facility to ensure that your equipment is in optimum condition and that the
equipment has the correct decals and safety labels specified by the manufacturer.

WARRANTY
Red Label products have been carefully tested and inspected before shipment and are
guaranteed to be free from defective materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months
from the date of purchase except where tools are used for commercial purposes when the
guarantee period is ninety days from the date of purchase.
Should this equipment develop any fault, please return the complete tool to your nearest
authorised warranty repair agent or contact TQB Brands Pty Ltd Warranty team –
[email protected].
If upon inspection it is found that the fault occurring is due to defective materials or
workmanship, repairs will be carried out free of charge. This guarantee does not apply to normal
wear and tear, nor does it cover any damage caused by misuse, careless or unsafe handling,
alterations, accident, or repairs attempted or made by any personnel other than the authorised
TQB Brands Pty Ltd repair agent.
This guarantee applies in lieu of any other guarantee expressed or implied and variations of its
terms are not authorised.
Your TQB Brands Pty Ltd guarantee is not effective unless you can produce upon request a dated
receipt or invoice to verify your proof of purchase within the 12month period.
Consumer Guarantee
Our goods come with a guarantee that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer aw.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other
reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or
replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major
failure.
